Alex is an amazing woman with a real passion for her job. I am not a natural girly girl and the thought of wearing a dress terrified me. My two best friends found this shop and arranged and appointment for me as I was putting off buying a dress. I was so surprised to feel welcome and made to feel right at home. I was given great advice about what suited me and didn't. The choice of dresses was overwhelming but Alex guided me through and we must have selected about 12 to try. Suffice to say what I thought I would pick was nothing like the dress I ended up with but I was so happy and comfortable. The adjustments needed were very minimal and I chose to use Amanda's service who has a link in with the shop. It only took two fittings before my dress fitted like a glove. The tiara and veil I chose also were beautiful and again there was a great choice for any prospective bride. I would thoroughly recommend this shop as the experience I have had from start to finish made me feel like a queen. So much love for this business.

From my wife--They are very accommodating and friendly, they have a great choice of dresses, didn't make a plus size bride feel uncomfortable and put her at ease, nothing was too much trouble, prices very reasonable and was a good experience..

Where to start...with Karen! Such a kind, genuine and warm hearted person. She zapped away all my insecurities instantly and for me this was a big thing. I went to see Karen back in February and tried on nearly every dress in store. There was no rush or pressure to buy, it wasn't just a sale to Karen, she genuinely just wanted me to find "the one". And I did 😊 I went back today to try it on (was doubting myself) and again Karen was amazing. I could not have found my dress without you Karen so thank you so so much. I love the fact it's so private and the personal touch just adds to a truly magical experience xx
