We initially got in in touch with James and his team 2 Years ago when we began to plan our wedding. After having to cancel twice due to Covid it was 3rd time lucky! James has been so accommodating with all of our challenges and we couldn’t thank you guys enough! The bell tents were outstanding! Our guests loved them and we loved our bridal tent! Amazing service from start to finish. JB came and set up 4 beautiful glamping tents for our wedding. We used one for the bridesmaids to stay in the night before and that was then turned into the bridal tent. Everything was clean and lovely and all the finishing touches just made it extra special. 100% recommend JB Hot Tub Hire! James and the team were so friendly, helpful and quick to respond from beginning to end. We booked a hot tub for my friend's hen party and they threw in some complimentary inflatables for us which was so kind! We were also sent a detailed video of how to operate the hot tub and we weren't there when it was set up and arrived to a bottle of prosecco and plastic flutes to enjoy it in - fantastic customer service!

I can't recommend JB Event hire enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a Tipi for my daughter's birthday - they filled it with everything we could possibly need from beds (with theme matching bedding!) lights, sweets, cushions and more. She was over the moon and has been telling all her friends about 'Glamping' outside ever since. The set up and clear down was quick, customers service was fantastic and the tipi itself was beautiful. A real showstopper! If you are looking for something a big different for a party or event, these are your guys. Thank you all so much for making my daughters birthday so special. x

Would highly recommend, excellent customer service and communication leading up to the booking. Booked as I wanted a hot tub at the holiday cottage for the weekend for a special occasion. JB events emailed the morning of the booking to confirm set up along with a photo which was appreciated. Lovely gazebo covering the hottub and the bunting added was a lovely finishing touch and much appreciated. Set up and collection was done before and after I was at the property so very easy and stress free process which was great! Instructions and chemicals were left to ensure safe monitoring. Everyone in the group loved it. Would definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank you

Hired a solid hot tub from JB. It's an impressive bit of kit, powerful jets, coloured lights, a big/deep seat so you can sink right down, very impressive. Easy to operate and you can adjust the jets and the pump speed to suit yourself. It came with a huge and substantial gazebo that really looked the part too. The tub is a big ol' heavy thing, I was impressed watching them roll it into place and get it set up. Great service, will likely hire again next summer! Recommended!
