Had a wonderful experience at the Suffolk Bridal Co. with Suzanne and Carol! Suzanne and Carol were so helpful, knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. They had a beautiful selection of dresses and worked so hard to help me find my dream dress to all my requirements. The store was cleaned before and after our appointment and steps taken inside to prevent the spread of Covid. Thank you again!

Cannot fault The Suffolk Bridal Company… from initial contact to appointment the customer service was impeccable and totally stress free. Upon arrival Suzanne immediately made me feel at ease and, upon her suggestion, I tried on a dress I would never have chosen for myself…but it was THE ONE !! I’m so excited for my big day now!! Had a fantastic experience at the Suffolk Bridal Company, the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. This was the second shop I went to, to find my wedding dress, even though I limited the style of dress I wanted they had a large range of beautiful dresses and the quality was amazing. They even brought out accessories that would work well with the dresses I tried on, highly recommend.

The team at Suffolk Bridal were so friendly, I was quite anxious and wasn’t too sure what I wanted. The ladies listened to my likes and dislikes and responded finding me dresses which suited me. I would just like to thank Suzanne for all the attention to detail she gave me when purchasing my wedding dress. She made my experience truly amazing and am so pleased with my dress. When I went for my fitting the dress maker had sewn a pale blue rose inside my dress, so now i don't need to get something blue, they also gave me a garter what a lovely accessory for my wedding day. The shop looks amazing with it's new refit. I would highly recommend going to the Suffolk Bridal Company.

I cannot explain how fantastic my experience has been with Suffolk Bridal Co. I can honestly say you have all exceeded any expectations I had. I came in extremely overwhelmed and after taking Suzanne's advice, I ended up with the perfect dress! I actually said yes to the first one I tried on, after trying many on that day. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel so special, even when I brought my flower girls in (2yrs and 4yrs) to find their perfect dresses. Suffolk Bridal are amazing! Suzanne has been with me every step of the way helping me so expertly with picking my dress and accessories to match it. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I went in today to pick my dress up and try try it on. Since lockdown Suffolk Bridal has been re-decorated and looks fantastic! Little touches of pink here and there, decorations to Match the colouring throughout, comfortable new pink sofas with cushions to compliment it and, beautiful floral arrangements in the shop and shop windows. It gives it a very relaxed, calm and lovely feel to it. I cannot recommend them enough. Wonderful staff, beautiful dresses and the newly decorated shop just adds to the whole experience. Thank you to Suffolk Bridal and especially thank you to Suzanne! You have been amazing!

Suffolk Bridal deserve more stars than the five I was allowed to give! I wanted to give 10. I had a truly wonderful experience there shopping for my bridal dress. I came to the shop with a preconceived idea of the sort of dress I'd like. This proved not to be flattering. However Suzanne guided me to try other styles that did suit my body shape. As it happened I chose the very first dress that I tried on! I was made to feel special and indeed I did shed a few tears of happiness once I was fully assembled in my dress and veil. Suzanne's knowledge of dresses and invaluable advice was amazing. I said yes to the dress there and then. I also cancelled my other dress fitting appointment at another shop as I had found my dress which did certainly exceed all expectations. My advice to any bride to be would be come to Suffolk Bridal. You definitely won't be disappointed and you will find the dress you've always dreamed of. Huge thanks to Suzanne and Kevin for making my shopping experience so easy and magical.

I visited this beautiful bridal shop in March before lockdown. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. I had no idea what I wanted, but they were so patient and let me try on different styles. I was there for 2 hours as I believe no one was booked in after me. There was no rush or pressure to buy any dress and the staff were great at given honest opinions. I would definitely recommend them!
