E. G.We recently held our wedding at Tudor Barn. The venue was absolutely perfect for us and our day was fantastic. We had an outside wedding in the beautiful grounds. The outside ceremony space is transformed after the ceremony into outside seating, which is really useful for people who don’t want to hit the dance floor (especially if you are as lucky with the weather as we were).
We could not have wanted for anything more from a venue, this was only the second venue that I had viewed and immediately knew it was perfect for us!
M. A.We had our wedding reception at the Tudor Barn and it was amazing. It is not only a beautiful place, with great outdoor space and perfect facilities (bridal room, dance floor, snug rooms upstairs for tired guests to escape to), but the staff there are also fantastic. Henry was our main point of contact - he got back to any email so quickly with a thorough response and was so amenable with various venue visits!
On the set up day our venue manager Claire was also fab, helping us out with any questions and running us through things before we left.
On the day Claire kept things on track and was there whenever we needed anything!

N. H.Beautiful location and wonderful staff - we booked TTTB for our wedding reception in June, and it was exactly what we wanted. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and as we had children at the wedding, the grounds were perfect for garden games. Henry was brilliant the whole way through the viewing and booking process, and was very quick to respond to any queries. A fantastic venue and seamless to work with, thank you for being the backdrop to our perfect day.

I cannot recommend this venue enough, all of the team were friendly and helpful in the lead up to our wedding.

L. P.I cannot recommend The Tudor Barn Belstead highly enough! We had our wedding here on Saturday 4th June 2022 and it could not have been a more perfect day. From the minute we went to view the Barn, to the day after the wedding, our experience has been nothing but smooth sailing. The staff were incredible, helpful and all the suppliers the same. We feel sad that our wedding is over now so we won’t be able to visit as and when but we home to be back here for many more weddings in the future! When we started looking for our venue, we knew we wanted a barn but with a modern twist. The Tudor Barn Belstead MORE than fulfils this brief!
Henry has done the most fantastic job in turning an old barn into a unique and beautiful venue. From the glass walkway and the bar area, to the fire pit and staircase, everywhere you turn there is something to admire! During our hunt for "the one", we found many barns were quite dark, but large glass doors and generous windows means light floods into the venue (something which our photographer loved, too!).
Away from the barn, there is a gorgeous garden and fields just a minute's walk away - loads of photo opportunities!
Now, onto Henry himself...he really couldn't have done more to help and was integral in helping our DIY wedding become a reality! My husband is a chef and it's always been a dream of ours to have his friends and colleagues do our wedding food. Henry was so flexible and overlooked his preference to have a catering team in order to give us total use of the kitchen. As a result of doing our own food, there was quite a few logistics to figure out and planning to do! Henry let us visit the venue on countless occasions - sometimes because we wanted to show it off to another family member, other times because we needed to get ALL the tables out and practice how the day was going to go. Every time, Henry let us just get on with it - but was always nearby to give a helping hand.
All our guests (and suppliers!) were amazed by the venue and we continue to receive comments about how beautiful it was. Stunning on its own, but also the perfect blank canvas to create your dream day!
And if all that isn't enough to convince you, we even shed a few tears when we had to say goodbye the following day!
Now, we're hoping a friend chooses to get married at the Tudor Barn Belstead so we can revisit!

M. W.Went to a wedding 19.10.19. Place is lovely and clean. Grounds were perfect for photos. The food was amazing. I usually rate food poorly at large events as when catering for 100 plus people it is not easy. However the chef (s) had got it right. The food was right temp and tasty. I recommend the Beef Wellington which was an amazing quality and beef was melt in the mouth. All was presented very well. Well done to the whole team.

C.We attended a wedding held here at the barn. Located in what seems the middle of no where, this converted barn and buildings was a beautiful setting for the wedding. The service was upstairs in the conversion where glassless windows allowed in fresh air. The day was a scorcher and not much air flowed so it was a bit uncomfortable. Outside the covered area provided some shelter from the sun but not enough for the number of guests. The place was clean and tidy with good facilities. I would offer 2 suggestions for improvement. 1. would be to reconsider the areas covered in gravel as it made very uncomfortable walking from car park to barn in high heels. 2. Have in place equipment that can be quickly engaged accordingly to our a English weather to make it a more comfortable and enjoyable visit.
S. E.Recently attended the venue for a family Wedding. The venue itself is fabulous set in beautiful well maintained grounds.
It was probably one of the hottest days which presented a few issues in respect of guest comfort during the wedding ceremony. The room was unbearably hot with no opening windows or air conditioning......In addition the wedding ceremony takes place on the first floor. With no lift guests that were in wheelchairs had to be physically carried up the stairs and those with limited mobility struggled to negotiate the stairs.
The bar price was extortionate and mixers i.e coke was from 2 litre bottles.... The bar prices on ALL drinks was the same over inflated.
In summary it was a great day apart from the issues raised in the review

The barn is absolutely beautiful, Henry has refurbished it to such a high standard it really is perfect in every way. All of our guests were speechless and totally blown away. It was the most perfect setting and it honestly was a dream come true, I've dreamed of getting married in a barn since being a little girl.
From my first enquiry Henry couldn't have been more helpful, answering any questions and making sure the build up and day ran as smoothly as possible. He works on such a personal level and makes you feel like friends.
I couldn't recommend The Tudor Barn Belstead enough, it really is the most perfect venue. I wish we could do it all over again! Thank you ❤

If you are after a barn style wedding this is a very stunning option to not over look. The staff are all very friendly and happy to assist. I am looking forward to my next visit to the venue thst is on my doorstep.
