E. G.I bought my wedding dress from the Bridal Emporium in 2019 after a couple of appointments trying on dresses. They have the most beautiful range of dresses and are great at suggesting options you may like. Their team is amazing at really making your experience special, from the glass of fizz on arrival, cups of tea, no pressure to choose there and then, plus never feeling self-conscious when trying dresses on. Even though we were moving to Devon the week after I ordered my dress, I am still so glad that I ordered it from here, it was my dream dress and their team is amazing.

To begin, the staff are wonderfully friendly and provide excellent customer service. They're attentive, helpful and make great suggestions. We were served by Hannah. Hannah is awesome.
They have a range of dresses, most of which start around £1000 and go higher. They're all quality dresses though, and most people should be able to find something.
The store is warm and friendly, and the decor puts you at ease. It's clean and well presented.
It's a personable experience and well worth the appointment fee.
m. m.This is such a beautiful shop and the ladies are so lovely and friendly. I got my little Cape and corset from here. I'm going back to look at the headpieces who knows I may even get another veil 😆. Thank you for making me feel relaxed xxx
B. D.Absolutely fantastic wedding dress shop - staff are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I loved every moment in this shop - from trying on dresses, to picking my favourite dress, to having adjustments, and finally being shown how to put it on and hitch it up. The whole team are fantastic. On my final fitting I took in a veil that I had bought online just to see how it looked, and they offered to steam it with my dress to get rid of the creases. Couldn't fault any part of the service and the quality of the dresses they sell - they helped make the lead up to my wedding really enjoyable,
E. K.I was pretty nervous before my first ever bridal appointment and I’m SO glad it was at Bridal Emporium. Not only is the shop a beautiful and relaxing place to spend an afternoon, the range of dresses is fantastic. Every dress has something special about it so if you’re looking for something a bit different this is definitely the place to go. Claire couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful and made me feel so at ease. It was like talking to a good friend, she instantly made me feel relaxed and through some gentle nudging got me trying on some styles I’d never have thought of that I ended up really liking. Even though I haven’t found my perfect dress yet, I still can’t recommend Bridal Emporium enough and it was a definite 5 star experience.
E. C.I bought my Lillian West dress, veil and hair piece from the bridal emporium last year for my original wedding date in May. The team were great at communicating with me and managed to get the dress into the shop before we went into lockdown so that I could pick it up. They then fitted me in for alterations once shops were allowed to open again with no problem (even though I was driving down from Newcastle after work for the appointments!). I felt absolutely amazing in my wedding dress on the day so thank you!
A. O.I loved the selection of dresses at the Bridal Emporium, the styles and colours on offer are really different to the dresses I tried in other shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the shop is really pretty. I was delighted with my dress (Marnie by Wtoo) - it really had the 'wow factor' I wanted on the day. I. H.I loved the variety of dresses at the Bridal Emporium and the staff couldn't have been more helpful when I was choosing my dress. I ended up buying a dress which I wouldn't have picked for myself I was so happy. Plus they have an incredible selection of shoes!

m. r.Staff are very friendly however I had a dress altered here and did not think the quality of it was great. The finished product was better than before but developed a couple of new issues due to the alterations and wasn't particularly happy with the way the side seams were altered. Finished product was ok and had fantastic day, but dress should have been better, especially when not a cheap service.
M. H.Has soon as I walked into this beautiful little gem of a place in Leeds Grand arcade I knew straight away my dress was inside just waiting for me to find it..... All the staff from my first appointment to my last were all so helpful and kind reasurring... I got married on the 21st of March just when we we told no more social gatherings weddings ect... I was so heart broken but luckily for me and my now husband Lee we were allowed are ceromoney at the venue with very limited guest.. Most important part for me was the ceremony actually marrying my wonderful husband.... And him seeing me in my beautiful Lennon dress from bridal emporium... I felt the most important person in the world at that moment and the look on his face and the guest who were allowed to join us were taken aback by the elegant delicate dress so I recommended this beautiful bridal shop 100% thank you all who work in this magnificent bridal boutique.
