Booked one of the bouncy castles with a slide for my sons 5th birthday it was great and my son and friends loved it. Did my booking online which was so easy. Great communication when booking and prior to party day. The team turned up early to set up and were bang on time to collect. Great service and will definitely be using again. Highly recommend 😊

We hired the princess disco dome with slide. The bouncy castle was clean and didn't have that bouncy castle stale smell! The service was great and collection and drop off was quick and very efficient great communication leading upto day. Highly recommended will most definitely be my choice for party hire from now on. Highly recommend and will use you again in the future... thank you Derek you were amazing from start to finish he made everything so easy , nothing was too much trouble he even relocated the inflatables to a local school for us after our event was cancelled... he even spoke to the school and offered them a fantastic package for the same price... The kids had a fantastic day it was made even more special as the kids at the school had no idea until the day xxx

We hired a bouncy castle for something a bit different and I’m really glad we did. The price was reasonable and the couple I spoke with were lovely (and reassured me that lots of adults hire their castles!) I went for the Disco dome as I thought it would complement the party atmosphere and it was perfect, especially for adults drinking. I actually didn’t think many guests would want to have a go for fear of looking silly but in hindsight, I should maybe have got a bigger one as it proved really popular! I was impressed with the quick set up and dismantle as I remember worrying about the clean up after but there were no problems. I’m looking forward to having another excuse for hiring a castle and will definitely use Fun Factor Leeds again.

Hired bouncy castle for my daughters 10th birthday party. Everyone have a fantastic time. Delivery and pick up were according to my request. I had to change the bouncy castle from a slide one to an adult 15" - 15". Received confirmation email asap. Really friendly people, reasonable price. Definitely use again. Its was my daughterd 4th birthday today and we hired the unicorn bouncy castle she loved it and so did all her friends fabulous service friendly help full staff would 100% recommend ! Arrived on time and with out stress they also offered to bring a back up incase the one i ordered was too big which took alot of stress off me as i didnt want the kids going without and it was no problem at all i wasnt made to feel i was been difficult at all very pleasant and happy to help xx
