He met me at the venue when he said he would and showed us how to set the equipment up. All for a fab price! He even collected it from our home address in Lancashire too. Nice one James. Fantastic equipment and easy to use. Absolutely brilliant service from James and Simple Sounds Hire. Was set to host a big event and the day before our PA system broke. Called the team and James was able to sort one out for us to come and collect that same evening ready for the event the next day. Equipment worked without fault and all for a great price as well. Cannot recommend James enough. Fantastic service , very reliable , replies to messages promptly , help me set up sound system and made it very simple for someone who is not tech savvy at all .
