Had the most positive , amazing experience at Wed2b Leeds yesterday. From arriving to leaving all the staff were friendly , helpful and so accommodating . Big shout out to Bea though who listened , was patient and couldn’t do enough to make me feel so special . Lots of tears and hugs between family and staff I left with my dream dress. I visited Wed2b Leeds yesterday, if I’m honest I walked in feeling a little deflated and like I wouldn’t find a dress based on a different appointment that morning. As soon as I walked in the team were lovely and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. We had to wait for a space due to being busy but the team helped point us in the direction of Starbucks and quickly we’re able to invite us back in. I was greeted by Toni who was very friendly and professional. We chatted about my earlier experiences trying on dresses and what id liked and not liked - if I’m honest it wasn’t much to go on as the last appointment left me quite confused. Toni quickly pulled the first option and after trying it on a discussing likes and dislikes of that dress she quickly pulled another (which turned out to be the one!) Tears, veils and a few struts back and forth to the other mirror i think we knew this one was the one. With the option to try two more dresses we did just to make sure. Toni then pulled another dress which had more tears and struts to the big mirror- spanner in the works now to choose between two beautiful dresses! I was amazed how quickly and easily Toni was able to listen and interpret my confusion about dresses and find two I was in love with! So happy to say we went home with the second dress she pulled and now I can’t wait to get married in May! Thank you so much to everyone at Leeds but especially Toni! Thank you for making the process of finding my dress so wonderful and thank you for understanding what I wanted even though I didn’t 🥰

Arrived to look at dresses today - Charlotte greeted us at the entrance and explained how the fitting would work. You can try on four dresses at a time, which made me a little sceptical at first, but the first two dresses Charlotte chose quickly narrowed things down. The place was packed with dresses: I have no idea how Charlotte was able to whittle it down so well, especially with my rather vague ideas, but she did. She was really efficient, kind, and clearly knew her stuff. The four dresses a time system actually ended up working really well - please don’t be put off by this. Obviously, staff are very complimentary, but it felt very nice to have a different members of the team stopping to compliment the dress I chose. I’m really happy with the dress I picked. I’ll be returning for a veil and headpiece next month. The store is easy to find, has ample parking and wasn’t overly busy. The prices are more than reasonable and the dresses are great quality: I tried on a lovely thick crepe and two lace dresses, both very different but delicate and detailed. Definitely worth having a look, even if it’s just for the advice of the lovely professional staff alone. Rosie

We first came here for my sisters wedding dress, the lady serving us was so lovely and friendly and we got fixed up with a dress for the wedding! We came back a few weeks ago and I was served by Bea for a bridesmaid dress. She was so so nice, didn’t rush us at all and let us try on all the styles. Went in on 27th Jan (sorry for the late review!) to have a look for my wedding dress. The shop was lovely and quiet, for those mentioning how busy it was I would highly recommend going on a weekday instead. We were greeted by Megan who explained the process to us and asked what styles I was interested in, I had seen 1 online that I liked already so showed the picture and she found that one quickly with a few other similar styles. I fell in love with the first dress I tried but Megan was more than happy for me to try on multiple dresses with different veils and hair accessories through the demands of my best friend and mum. I had planned my visit to the Leeds store for about 4 months (yes bridezilla here 🤪) and my experience couldn't have been any better! Laura took so much care with me and my guests she was just such a delightful sales person ,so easy going and all for finding me my dream dress and that's just what we did!!!! She even went out of her way to find a store that had the correct size for me and get it delivered to a nearer store, this girl needs a medal!! I absolutely loved my experience at WED2B Leeds. I struggle really badly with body dysmorphia and my weight, yet I was made to feel beautiful and amazing. My Bridal Consultant Megan was the perfect person for that. She made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt with my body when trying on any clothes. I cannot thank Megan enough for making me feel so amazing and for being such a genuine and kind person, she was the perfect consultant for me. Megan's colleague that came over when I was in the main shop mirror was amazing and showed me how to create the most stunning corseted waistline! I felt even more beautiful and I wish she could be there on my wedding day to do the same. All staff are wonderful and they make you feel so special and cared for. If I could come wedding dress shopping and buy one every week I would, the atmosphere is so supportive and friendly in the whole shop. Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress.

Went yesterday to try on for my two little flower girls and the girls working there made the whole experience so much easier for the babies! Lauren who helped us couldn’t have been any better made sure the two girls were happy before we even put any dresses on them as it was a new experience for them! I visited today and Sophie looked after me. She is an absolute credit to the store- she made me feel so relaxed, and as I didn't know what I was doing, she really was an absolute help. She was a really useful sounding board for my ideas and I can't compliment her enough. When Sophie went to get me more dresses, some of the other staff members I spoke to were also very kind and helpful, so I'm sure whoever looks after you will do a good job. But Sophie is an absolute legend.

Had the perfect experience trying on wedding dresses this evening. I have been really struggling to find a day to get to a shop with my mum so the 8pm on a Thursday was perfect. I did feel really bad as we got stuck in traffic so we were later than I hoped but the staff didn't mind (or seemed to, I still feel bad for turning up so late, sorry!!). Bea assisted me and my friend and she was perfect! I've been putting this off as I'm quite self conscious but she was so helpful and professional. Could not fault the whole experience! I was very apprehensive about dress shopping as a bigger bride (uk 22 in real life but size up or 2 for the dress) but me and my bridal squad were made very welcome and Megan did a great job pulling dresses that made the best of me. I said yes to the first dress I tried on and I am still giddy! The only thing I'd say is check your receipt i didn't ask for a robe but one was included - I love it and l probably would have got it anyway but could have been clearer at payment time. I went to wed2b Leeds on 21/02/22. This was the second wedding dress shop I had been too. The first (we won’t mention shop names) was horrible, made me feel massive putting me in dress 3 dress sizes up than I was. When I walked into wed2b I was greeted by Bea who was polite and all round lovely. She picked me out a dress and we went from there to find which I suited and preferred more. I instantly fell in love with the second dress I tried on. Bea was patient as I am self conscious about my body and made me feel stunning. Allowed me to try on as many veils as I would like and accessories. I will never be able to thank her and her colleague (I didn’t catch her name) enough for all they did for me. I visited Wed2B Leeds yesterday and had an amazing experience. I had visited a couple of weeks earlier for my first time trying on wedding dresses and wanted to come back to try a dress on again that I had tried the last time and to try some others on. I was looked after by Steph who had welcomed me into the store the first time around and recognised me when I came back for another visit. Steph instantly put me at ease and was very knowledgeable with the dresses and accessories that were available and what would compliment one another. I found my beautiful wedding dress so thank you for helping me!

Me and my mother in law to be arrived Sunday morning and was seen to straight away. I had to give my details including wedding date and was asked to take a seat and would have to wait 15 minutes whilst one of the dress fitters was finishing with another woman. After 5-10 minutes of waiting one of the dress fitters called Sophie introduced herself and took me through and we spoke about what sort of dress I was looking for. She went away and picked two dressers for me, one I instantly didn't like the look of and the other I did. I tried it on but wasn't too happy as it didn't fit me properly. She then went and picked another out she thought I would like, which initially I wasn't sure about but agreed to try it on. After i tried it on I instantly fell in love with it and purchased it! Sophie knew exactly what I was looking for and would defiantly recommend anyone to ask for her if going to wed2b. Thank you for your help Sophie!

We visited yesterday, Charlotte and her colleagues did a great job dispute it being busy. We arrived and there were 5 brides in front of us. We choose some dresses and went away for an hour. We got the call saying its your turn for fitting. The weather was awful but we got there as quick as we could. Myself and my partner Laura came to the store a few weeks ago after a very disappointing shop at a different bridal warehouse in Leeds. When we arrived at wed2b Leeds we were welcomed by such attentive and happy staff that instantly made us feel special. We came away the following week with 2 wedding dresses that we are absolutely in love with! Thank you for making a difficult experience so calming and pleasant for us. GEORGIA! Thank you so much for making my experience so memorable. We tried 4 dresses, a belt, 2 underskirts, and 2 jackets, so a combination of multiple different looks. She was, hands down, one of the most helpful people I have ever come across. We managed to cut the dress and accessories costs by TWO THIRDS to the original dress I had seen. I'm just so thankful. Even got some free careers advice in our general chit-chat! So happy I can live my princess dreams for the day. I visited on a Thursday afternoon. I'd recommend you check the Google 'busy' times before your visit. The staff members give you their undivided attention when you are in the changing room with them, which is amazing as the bride, but you may feel neglected if you are in the waiting area. I did not see this happen on my visit, so I'm referring to the negative reviews. Just pick the time of your visit wisely, and you will have an experience as amazing as mine. Cannot recommend them enough. <3

I went with my daughter to get her wedding dress on Saturday 22nd June. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We was given a very lovely lady called Kelsey. She was absolutely brilliant. She took her time to listen to what my daughter was looking for in a wedding dress. The first 3 we were nearly there. Then Kelsey asked again what my daughter liked and didn’t like with the other dresses and went away to get the last dress she thought would be right for my daughter. Oh my she got it spot on. I visited the store at the end of August with my two bridesmaids and we all loved the experience. Beautiful store with absolutely lovely staff. Kelsey was the girl that dealt with us and she was amazing, so friendly and very helpful. She really did add to the experience as we got all the information we needed to know, there was no pressure or rush and she is just a genuinely nice person. I had my wedding dress with me that I'd bought from another store that day and I did feel cheeky having it with me but this was know issue at all, the girls even asked to see it because they were excited to see what I had picked. I ended up buying the bridesmaids dresses, belts to attach the applique to each of the dresses, coat hangers for us all and even had my wedding dress boxed up by them so that it was easier to carry and protected from the weather. The dresses are lovely, very affordable and come in a great range of styles and colours. The store is really clean with rules in place that are clearly followed well and with how things are at the moment this is so important which definitely put everyone at ease. I would 100% recommend the store to people for what we experienced. I can't advise on the wedding dresses myself as I didn't try any but you could see there were plenty of styles and the girls really do know what they are doing. Thanks so much for such an amazing visit!

I came to look at dresses on Sunday, this was the first place I visited due to lockdown. I had no idea what to expect, no idea what I wanted and felt a bit clueless. We were completely looked after by Georgia, she was an absolute angel! The first dress she brought out was perfect (the one I got!) And she was brilliant with my mum, sister and niece. She really made the experience enjoyable, stress free and fun! I dont think I would have walked away with the perfect dress without Georgia. Bought my wedding dress here not too long ago. Was a Saturday around 12pm, thought it would be super busy with hours waiting time however we didnt have to wait too long at all, we just went to the nearby starbucks for a drink and cake. Lovely lady who greeted us at the doors very welcoming. The lady who helped me chose a dress was lovely, as i am a super social awkward person and so is my mum i was so nervous and were both terrible with having flowing conversations with people we dont know. Dur to covid i didnt have a date set also so was worried this would make me look daft but it didnt at all. My brother who came, hes great with people so maybe he could of put me at ease a bit but hes male so had to wait on the couch outside the fitting rooms, no issue though as i was able to go show him, and this is 100 percent understood, also the lovely lady happlily filled any awkward silences i might have made and i think she understood i was nervous. She made sure i had experienced different looks as i had no fixed idea on what i did want by using 4 different dresses, accesories and veil sizes. I left with a dress and veil after not loving the belts etc but that's just my style not that they wasnt extremley beautiful! So well priced compared to other shops. Loads and loads of dresses. Even the staff who wasnt working specifically with you was very kind and complimentary as they walked by and helped to get dresses on. Natalie was fantastic and totally understood the type of dress that suited me, giving lots of advice and patient support. I'm so pleased with my dress, very happy I got to take it home the same day and am so impressed with the service and knowledge of my sales assistant Natalie. I was also really impressed with their responsible routines for hygiene and distancing, which are clearly well embedded and slick. I'll definitely be returning soon for bridesmaid dresses! She was professional, and had me trying on dresses I wouldn't have dreamed of trying and that was down to her confidence and knowledge of understanding my shape and size. I had a wonderful experience when I chose my dress at Wed2B on Kirkstall road, Leeds. The member of staff, Georgia, who helped me to try on the dresses was so friendly and helpful, she was interested in my story and committed to finding me the dress that worked best for me. The store is clean, easy to find, and has a friendly atmosphere. Worlds apart from the other store we tried! They have changing areas designed to suit the process of dress fitting, and seats for mothers to sit on. When choosing dresses to try, they said to pick out a few then were surprised to see me try to awkwardly carry them over to the dressing rooms- clearer communication may have helped there. The dresses they have are in sizes and can't be ordered in, however some shops get you to try dresses 6 sizes too big and clip them at the back, so it was good to wear a dress that actually fitted! They are able to provide a range of accessories and veils, and a box and beg to keep the dress safe. They even supplied me with a list of recommended seamstresses for alterations. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with my visit to Wed2B in Leeds - such helpful, friendly staff who took the time to make sure I had a great experience - couldn't have asked for more! I called ahead beforehand to check if a particular dress was in stock and the lady on the phone was really informative and helpful to me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the polite and friendly staff. It was a busy Saturday morning and I was served by Lois the whole way through my time there, who was so friendly and put me at ease straight away. She spent a lot of time with me, helping me into the dresses I'd chosen, giving me loads of helpful information and even going to get a few more dresses to try out. She helped me so much and made me feel great in the dresses, as well as giving me time to walk around and get feedback from my bridesmaids. She went and checked information for me about other stores to make sure I had all the information I needed - she was so knowledgable about the Wed2B stores, the stock of dresses, and suppliers including alterations etc. and I left with the most beautiful dress I could imagine and all the info I needed. Had a wonderful experience in the Leeds store yesterday. I phoned ahead to check they had a dress I liked online in stock, and when I arrived it was waiting for me in the dressing room ready to try on. I went with a very open mind not really knowing what I was wanting, and Hollie and the team were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. After trying on the dresses that I’d picked out (and would have been very happy with), Hollie asked if I minded if she picked out a couple of dresses for me. I’m so glad she did, as ‘the one’ was a dress that I wouldn’t have picked out myself - Hollie really knows her stuff! Not only did the staff make me feel special, they did the same to my 9 year old little girl who was trying on flower girl dresses. We had changing rooms next to each other, and she was given individual attention and made to feel like a princess! We also were not made to feel rushed, even though the shop closed at 5pm - we didn’t leave until about 5.20pm. Although it is no appointment there is a bit of a wait before you can start trying dresses on as they have to get them for you due to Covid but this is understandable. Those that know me know im not a dress wearer so was very nervous about coming here. There was no need. My entourage and myself were met at the door by Kelsey, who took our temperatures and showed us were our dressing room was. She asked about myself and about the wedding and quickly got to know me. It felt very much like a cattle market and not enough staff on for a Saturday. No communication about wait time (I waited over an hour to try on dresses) the staff were mostly lovely although one lady did try and charge me for my dress to be boxed etc and I hadn't asked for it. She was very put out when I said I hadn't requested it. She also told me that the minimum they would let me take away my dress in would be one of thier £10 bags. (Even though it is my property) I did however find a dress which I am completely in love with so in the end the trip was worth it, but it definitely didn't feel special.

Well, what can I say? I'll tell you...… We arrived not knowing what to expect but as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a friendly face and also a huge range of wedding dresses on so many racks that our heads were spinning. This was soon put to rest as the helpful assistant guided us through our first (and last) visit. This was my first foray into the mind boggling world of wedding dress shopping but thanks to the help and advice of the wonderful staff here, I came away with my dream dress! Came is about an hour before the store was due to close on a Sunday afternoon so I was half expecting the staff to be a bit annoyed but that was not the case at all! I went into Wed2Be Leeds just to ''have a look'' after a friend recommended she had bought her wedding dress from there. As a girl who never wears dresses, I couldn't imagine myself in a wedding dress and was pretty scared/nervous to try anything on as I genuinely had no idea what I was doing. The team in Leeds were amazing! There was no pressure or trying to rush, that after the first dress is really relaxed. I couldn't have asked for better service or care from Georgia! I tried on 4 dresses but the 3rd one was perfect! I couldn't understand how from one extreme of not wanting to try a dress on I had ended up not wanting to take this one off! Unsure of if it was too soon (my wedding is not until Sep 2019) or believing I couldn't find the dress the first day of looking, I left without my dress. I returned the next day, realising I had made a mistake, dress put aside ready for me. I couldn't imagine not wearing that dress on my big day. Georgia, already busy running around the shop, stopped everything to come back and help me with the dress again. She made great recommendations for alterations and accessories and I left Leeds with the dress of my dreams and happy memories of how I came to find it. I'd recommend Wed2Be and Georgia personally in a heartbeat. Thank You for everything.

I had the idea of a warehouse, dark and dingy.... I don't know why because wed2b in Leeds was the complete opposite! The staff were very informative and helpful, due to it being a Saturday it was busy and we had to wait a while, however the team were apologetic and did explain that this would be the case, I would recommend going on a week day to reduce this issue. The dresses were beautiful and we're a real bargain. You tried on 4 dresses at a time, it was a shared fitting room but that didn't matter to me as the seating in front was for friends and family, then you would get another 4 and wait to try these on, if you have the patience! The girls working offered support with accessorise. Wed2b don't offer a seamstress in house but do give details of local seamstresses if you require one. It was a really lovely experience and would recommend any bride checking it out! It's beautifully decorated so to reassure it's not a dark and dingy warehouse!

Visited Leeds branch with all my bridesmaids. Staff were great and very helpful in the shop. Although the orders take around 12weeks to get delivered from the point of ordering the dresses. So you better be prepared in advance. I also called to see if my order could be sent to a branch closer to me but they would not do this which was annoying! Dresses also came megga long and all had to be taken up. Not worth £99 each on reflection!

She just asked a few questions and left me to look around by myself which I appreciated as I didn't feel hounded. I found a dress and tried it on, unfortunately it didn't fit so me and my mum looked round again. We then found a few dresses and then spent the next 2 hours trying them on. Dionne was so thorough in all of this time, she used her experience to pair certain veils and belts with the dresses I tried. She made me comfortable in my own skin through dress changes, she never showed that she was stressed or getting annoyed with my changes. She was fantastic and an absolute credit to the store. Dionne didn't pressure me into buying first time (even though I did as I fell in love), she went through different storage packaging and seamstress contacts. She was a genuinely pleasant young girl who seemed happy about doing her job and helping me. She seemed like she actual cared about what went with what and to make sure I felt like a princess. I can't think of anything worse then weddng dress shopping, it has filled with me with such dread since saying "I do." Wed2B in Leeds was the 4th shop I've been to, and it was such a lovely, calm experience. Being allowed to rummage and select the dresses was great (one boutique wouldn't let me) and the staff were helpful in listening and recommending options as well. The young woman who helped me, Ellen, was so patient with this non tradition/fussy bride, and I am so grateful she made my shopping experience easy. The design of interior of store is spot on!
