Excellent for children. Price is very good at £4 and 1 adult free (off- peak rates), additional adults is £1.50 each, there is a 2 hour limit, but we were their over 3 hours... No one said anything! Lots to do for all ages of kids. Climbing wall was closed when we went. Free parking is available and it was not full during term time. Make sure you put your car reg details in the screen when you enter the fun valley or you will possibly be fined. Cafe is nice, cheap and cheerful. Kids will like chips and some fruit shoot or slush! They will eat only half and run off to play again! All in all a very decent place for kids to run, jump and slide around.

Clean and very helpful staff. Kids absolutely loved coming here. Food prices are reasonable/fair. Caters for vegetarians too. The venue has onsite parking. Make sure you enter your registration at reception as parking is managed by an external company. Playtime is limited to 2 hours. Signage to venue could be better as we had to find it.

Really good value for money. Staff v well organised and helpful. Only reservation I have is the amount of waste and plastic they must produce - they should stop using plastic cups and disposable plates for all food and drink sold there. I am sure some investment in the catering department would be possible and beneficial for all.

Cheap and cheerful, lots of space and a separate toddlers area which is great for the littles. My only criticism is that it gets super busy on some weekends and holidays, and they don’t seem to restrict the number of people entering... at the very least, it’s a potential health and safety issue, not to mention that you can’t find a seat at times ! But during term time, it’s always nice to go- lots of space for all and food always comes out quickly and it’s reasonably priced.

The place is good, attractive and fun for the kids. The bad thing is that the maximum time allowed is only for two hours... However the food is not overpriced and they have a decent coffee apart from other places I have been with my two kids. The people is very friendly and I like the maintenance. I recommend it for the weekend.

Always brought the kids I babysit here. They love it. It’s a shame that only yesterday I paid £14.50 in total (kids were 2,3&5 + £1.50 for an adult) and was told that I was only allowed to stay for two hours... Think it’s a new rule they’ve come up with. Bit annoying to say it after they’ve taken my money, why not beforehand? Food is expensive but it’s okay. For the kids to go on the go-kart, that was another additional £1. Which isn’t expensive but I had paid £13.00 for three kids, so it would’ve been better if the go-kart/rock climbing were part of it. This place was much better earlier this year but I’m just annoyed for £13.00 that the kids can only stay for 2hrs. Which I believe isn’t enough since they play and keep taking breaks quite often.

Got there early..entrance price o.k and seating good. Soft play looked nice and large and little one enjoyed it. Cafe was slow, over priced and very limited on drinks and snacks. Annoyed that even though it was quiet there was a 2 hour limit and also extra charges for the cars etc which was not mentioned when we arrived. At the climbing wall the supervising staff member paid no attention to the kids climbing at all. Car park was rammed when we left but not more than half full inside. Not rushing back.

We decided to drop in after having not been there since covid and couldn't fault it. It was nice to get the blood pumping around my body, great exercise for myself and seeing my not so little one enjoy herself too. They are taking covid seriously checking temperature when going in and children as well as taking details off you. Plus sanitiser available. Just make sure you keep your little ones hands clean every so often and there is nothing to worry about. And of course you. I can't fault this place like every time we've been, ever since our little one was 10 months old.

Great place, I am a regular visitor especially during term time. Love the new activities they have bought in for the older kids, plus the kids singing and story session which we took part in today for the toddlers. The recent closure meant the place is now cleaner, refreshed and I would definitely recommend!

My son loves this place. Prices are reasonable as well. The issue I have is the messy tables! There is so much staff walking around but it takes them forever to clear tables. If they do clear them they don't wipe them dowm so when you get there you have to clean your own table. It gets busy but even when it's quite the staff just stand around when they have tables full of food/plates. None of the staff seem trained and are way too laid back to be working in this busy kids play area.

We love this play area. However I'm a little uncertain on covid restrictions in somewhere like this and there is not much information in the place. Nobody except staff are wearing masks, no obvious cleaning of the actual play area whilst we were there other other than tables and chairs.

4 stars to 3.... Parking is OK but be careful as they've opted to have a 'parking management' company take charge. Half-term, etc they limit you to 2 hours indoor use - so if you've come in a car be careful as they might use that as a way of giving you a parking ticket. The actual indoor playground is very good, seating area can be full during busy times. Never tried the food but it's all basic Happy Meal style fish fingers and croissants from Costco, et al. Still decent, shame about the parking.

Reasonably priced for entrance, lots of fun things to do, on site cafe charges extortion priced food, but a good visit. Something beyond their control are the thick parents who think that their kids are gods gift and every other child is clearly not theirs, and I think at one point, there were more parents playing than kids. Made a good visit, a poor visit.

For the price it's a good experience for the kids. Dnt mind the 2 hour timing either, As it's better than go kids go. They all have a time limit. People complaining of being restricted for 2 hours amaze me, u cant pay that price and sit there all day with kids. They werent that strict before but obviously some people take advantage,hence the reason it gets crowded at times. The place wudnt be running if they werent strict with the selfish ones.

Always good fun here for the kids, plenty of room for them to run around with the various different areas they have for ALL the various ages.. they have a climbing wall and electric race cars for them to drive.. food is available here and we always grab something while we are here it's not to expensive for all of us to eat there can be a little wait sometimes but you expect that when it's busy. They akso have a party room upstairs which is a good size for big and small parties. we have used it for our daughter and they do a good party there is also a super hero choice who will come to the party and you can have pictures with him.. the kids loved it. Would recommend to let the kids run riot and wear themselves out and enjoy while you sit back and enjoy your coffee.

Took my 13 month old to avoid the boredom of shopping. It was undoubtedly busy because it was a Saturday, but I think that there was also a party on. I had tried phoning beforehand (mainly because I couldn't find it!) to no avail. Signage is poor and parking was a bit of a nightmare . What the website doesn't tell you is that the charges are for 2hrs only (though not sure how they could enforce it). The under 4s toddler area was a decent size with a ball pit, climbing frame and slide, but no one stopped the older children from going in there which was disappointing. There's a café on site but didn't use it so can't comment. Overall we had a good experience.

Wasn't too bad for kids, plenty to do but parts were dangerous for kids even up to 10 years old as there are parts with a big fall that are unprotected. Heating seams to be turned up to get you to buy drinks and whilst this has no bearing in the place it goes to show the roughness of some of the kids there, my 14 month old daughter was pushed out of my arms and down the big slide to which she fell down it and repeatedly bumped her head on it. Please be careful with your own when on the equipment.

Soft play area is good with slides and climbing, sitting area isn't maintained well as rubbish and left food is not clean up very quickly. Charge more than.advised on website and the cars always seem to be closed. Come s across as though the business is under staffed !

I had my 7 years old daughter's birthday recently arranged at Fun valley. It was a wonderful experience. If I have to give stars for quality, professionalism, food, atmosphere and staff, I will give 5 stars to all. Mr Musa and Khadijah were great and made the process of co hosting very easy for me. I didn't have to worry about any thing. Every thing was taken care of. Icing on the cake was Mickey Mouse. Children loved it. I would really like to thank all the staff for making this experience enjoyable for every one. Thank you. PS: Now other parents are telling me about having their kids birthday parties at fun valley.
