I’ve been to a few imperial events now and each one has been outstanding. The service is excellent and all the staff are incredibly helpful, if I could give them six stars I would. I recently went to see Pretty Woman in London and couldn’t recommend the experience more. Have recommended to all my friends and wouldn’t use any other company.

Excellent, easy and convenient access to the best events. I repeatedly book with Imperial because they provide access to almost every event you can think of, all it takes is a phone call, and they often provide an excellent and convenient hospitality wrap around it. They aren’t always the cheapest on paper but when you add in the great relationship I have with Greg (he has never failed to get me tickets for an event and all it takes is a quick call/email/text) and the hospitality that they provide (Ascot in particular was outstanding) the convenience alone makes it value for money - plus they do offer some genuinely excellent discounted access to some great events (I got a fantastic deal to both Henley Regatta and Mumford and Sons).

We had a truly wonderful trip to the famous Cipriani in Venice and traveled home on the magical Orient Express. The OE was a once in a lifetime experience; I would recommend it to anyone who had the OE on their bucket list. Dan, Jodie and the team were on hand/on mobile to manage any small bumps in the road that are typical of overseas travel these days. Everything went to plan and we all feel very spoiled. Had SUCH a brilliant time with Imperial! Went on a beautiful journey into the countryside on the British Pullman , visited Le Manoir and had an incredible four course meal (Raymond Blanc even made a personal appearance during lunch!) Rounded off the day perfectly with cheese wine and chocolate truffles on the way home. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was contacted last year by a lovely lady call Jo, I was hesitant at first but my self and my partner are massive queen fans so the opportunity seemed too good to miss! Imperial is such an amazing, unique company to work for. I can honestly say it is a second family to me. A home from home. I wake up everyday and want to come into work. I have the most amazing and supportive manager and directors that just simply love and care for the company and each individual that works within it. We attended Royal Ascot " The old Paddock" and were greeted by a lovely hostess with a glass of Prosecco who ensured that my party were truly pampered for the day. Working at imperial is a new and exciting experience every day, lots of company benefits and I’ve also had the privilege of attending the theatre to see only fools and horses and a meal at the savoy grill which was a delight from start to finish, great food and lots of choice on the menu, cocktails and wine included! Went to the Monaco Grand Prix in 2017 and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. We were looked after by Lisa, Jodie, Tilly and Gemma from start to finish. There were Imperial staff at Stansted directing us to check-in, on the flight itself, there to greet us at Nice airport to take us to our transfer, and then again when we arrived in Monaco to show us where everything was. 5 star service and can't wait for my next event!

Royal Enclosure Ascot 2022. We visited the above purchasing the tickets from Imperial Events. Imperial have provided us with corporate hospitality for around 15 years visting all the major sporting events in the UK and abroad from Horse Racing, Golf, Tennis, Rugby, F1 etc etc etc. They are second to none and always come up trumps. In the case of the Royal enclosure is was by far the best days racing ever, even considering we didnt win too much money!! The level of service was exemplary, food outstanding and the vintage champers one of the best ever. My thanks to Emma for her level of service, she really does take care of clients. Thanks again Emma!!!!
