Thank you to everybody at the Plantinum Suite for making our day a very special day on the 21st May 2022. A massive thank you to Shaz for sorting everything out for us from day one to planing preparing everything for our Indian wedding. The process from start to end went absolutely perfect from getting each details correct if I wasn't happy Shaz went the extra mile for us and the result was amazing outstanding. A nice venue that is well proportioned for about 300 guests. Toilets are only okay...5/10. Supplied seating becomes uncomfortable after about 90 minutes.

Amazing venue for all types of occasions. Had my daughters wedding here and they were absolutely brilliant in making sure everything went perfectly for her. They also have a new lighting system which creates the best ambience! Would 100% recommend them to everyone!

This is an events hire hall suitable for upto 300. Went invited and found the ace with good amenities. Parking was reserved for the vendors but being a weekend there was other parking off site. The place was clean.

Chose this lovely venue for a personal event on Sunday 5th September 2021. The owners, Riz and Bilal were amazing to co-ordinate with and handled each request kindly and professionally. The guests had a positive time on that sentimental occasion and the team at The Platinum Suite played a large part in what was a successful event and fulfilling day :) Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a medium-large sized space for personal and corporate events!

Went to a Friend's wedding on Sunday and can't say I had any complaints. Parking was tight but free and just across the road. Relatively clean toilets. Nice spacious hall.

The venue is great for all sort of ceremonies as this is a very large open space. However the only downside is that it had huge columns in the space to support the roof but over all it's great. The lighting is good, the stage is good and spacious and the stage lighting is excellent.

Had my wedding reception here recently, a very beautiful venue! Good parking! Big enough kitchen for own caterer. Riz the manager was very hands-on/helpful on the day of the wedding too!

We had a family wedding at this hall. However there are limited parking available. Everything else was perfect.

We attended a cultural festival. A very nice hall that stylishly accomodates balcony seating upstairs. V handy in a public function. Good for Asian weddings and other events where people want to Natter.

Decent wedding/occasion venue located in an unassuming industrial estate. Don't be put off by the locale. This venue is capable of hosting large scale events, and even has a permanently installed dance floor and stage. Catering facilities are excellent and able to facilitate whatever requirement you might have. On site parking is also available, but this may be in short supply if your event involves hundreds of guests. The Platinum Suite might be on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

We went for the new years party, the entertainment was the highlight of the night and the food was good! Came hot. The reason why i give 3 stars, the service was poor, when the dinner was served there were no waiters to be seen! my mother had to get up and go to the kitchen!! We were made to pay for water! We were told soft drinks would be unlimited, we were mislead! I understand that we need to pay for the alcohol but water, seriously? paid £35 water should have been included. Overall, had a great time.

Bollywood night New year's party was good. Hosted by Kudos Entertainment and was filled with a good mix of Indian families and young couples. Great food by Feast India and excellent service at the tables.
