Great service from consulting and then implementing the stage and hall exactly to specification. Very reasonable prices and a spacious hall for any occasion. The owner is approachable and made the occasion hassle and stress free. Genuinely a pleasant experience which i cannot fault. Very happy customer

I have been to countless functions and weddings at this hall and each time I am amazed at the cleanliness, ample parking and great service from the team. Vinny and Sunny are perhaps some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever come across in this industry!

Its venue for hall hires, for weddings, parties, Birthday celebrations parties. We I were here for nephew-in-laws wedding (Miraj & Seema) on 4th Sept 2021. There ample parking at the rear, However the entrance to the rear car park is via Harrison Road. Brilliant Venue.

The hall it self is but they advertise for 400 people standing I guess but the capacity of sitting is less than 200 people so beware before booking. Parking always been issues around that area but plenty for 40/50 cars in the streets. Good lighting inside and slightly high stage for this particular hall size.

Myself and a group of friends organise regular events here and we have had a great experience and the wonderful management team (vinny and sunny) are excellent owners. It is also a beautiful venue and the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. I do recommend this venue for all of the reasons above and many more such as the ample parking at the rear end of the building.

Nice inside, however in order to accommodate the guests they have to look for parking amongst the residential streets. There is a side car park with very limited ( my estimate 20) car spaces on a rough ground terrain. 2× Gates but only 1 was open, challenging to get vehicles in/out simultaneously. Overall tho inside is very spacious

The team at Sapphire is amazing! They did the decoration for our traditional engagement and we had our wedding reception on the grounds. During the planning stage the team were very good with making my vision of what I wanted come to life and even more patient as I changed my mind over time. They were great with allowing us to have access to the venue earlier to set up. They were very professional. The only thing I would highlight is make sure you understand who is doing the cleaning up after the event as that could lead to some confusion.

Sunny/Vinney - Thank you for ensuring the venue was set up exactly as we had discussed, your input before our events was invaluable and your attention to detail was genuinely valued. The layout for the evening mehndi party seemed to work so well and definitely played a part in ensuring everyone was able to enjoy the evening entertainment as we had intended. Thank you also for allowing early access on the Thursday morning, despite this causing some inconvenience. We cannot forget your efforts in extending the music end time and also for accommodating our last minute request for gadla’s/cushions. We genuinely appreciated this. Lastly, the wedding decor you set up at The Venue was lovely. We weren’t short of compliments from our guests for how beautiful and elegant the mandap/canopy and overall setup looked. We are still in awe of how it all came together. Once again we’d like to express our sincere gratitude for the part your services played in creating the memories we will cherish for life. We will most definitely be recommending your services to others.

For all those who dont want to spend a fortune on special occasions on hotels/ banqueting suits... this is the place for you. Owners are very clued up and will cater for your every need. Tables, cutlery, decor, mood lights, food, drinks... you name it. They will provide.
