Where do I even begin? Emily! You are absolutely incredible at your job! We found Emily half way through our planning process and after the first initial phone call of speaking with each other, I just knew we would get along and she was who we wanted to help us plan our dream wedding day. Her style, personality, organisation and time keeping goes unmatched. From the moment Emily came on board, she really jumped right in the deep end and took every bit of stress, concern or worry about our day off my hands. When I tell you if you are looking for a planner, do NOT hesitate, Emily is worth every single penny!! Emily knew exactly my vision, she created us a vision board and got our style down so intently I felt like she had been inside my head. The day came around and when I tell you there isn't one thing that wasn't us, I'm not joking, it was genuinely like living in a dream. We had so many floral installations on the day and Emily made sure none of them went to waste, she had repurposed a lot of our flowers throughout the grounds and inside the marquee so that we would see them all throughout the day. The support, guidance, unlimited calls and texts, the pestering of me remembering something at 7pm and her responding almost instantly to calm me down, the constant reassurance that whatever we had planned will be perfect, the indecisiveness from my end and Emily telling me that it'll look amazing, I honestly didn't just have an amazing wedding planner but have gained an amazing life long friend. We really couldn't have had such an amazing wedding day, where we felt so at ease and stress free without having Emily there on the day. From the bottom of our hearts, she was our ray of sunshine, and made our wedding day the best day of our lives. We are so sad the experience is now over, we will miss you so much Emily!

We found Emily half way through our wedding planning journey and thank goodness we did. I’m an organised person who has a very keen eye for attention to detail, some may say I obsess over it until it’s perfect and this is where Emily solved all my problems. From the moment we spoke on zoom (during another lockdown), Emily made every effort to delve into our ideas and dreams for our big day. Once she established this, we worked together on the styling and personalisation of our day. Emily put together an amazing style guide for us and we used this with all our suppliers- this was a life saver and helped all suppliers understand our vision too. We even received a personalised monogram design from Emily which we placed around the venue on our weekend for that truly bespoke factor. The support and guidance we received was second to none as we navigated our way in an industry we did not know, but my goodness did she! The ‘on the day styling’ consisted of making sure the styling and set up was perfect and it was! Emily was moving loungewear & props for repurposing as well as stepping in for other suppliers to ensure every detail was perfect - every time we re-entered a room it was an entirely new experience for guests and us! We couldn’t have experienced the best day of our lives without Emily and we will be eternally grateful for Emily delivering a bespoke and most special service for us. We will miss you, thank you! Don’t hesitate, just book. It will be the best money you spend on your day, I promise. Emily allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding and for this, I will forever be grateful. With 3 months to go I had a sudden realisation that I had NO CLUE how to piece all of my wedding plans together and I panicked. Luckily, I found Emily on Instagram and from the day I booked her she was all over it. Her organisation shows no bounds, she was covering bases I didn’t even realised had to be covered! As with a lot of venues, ours came with its own fantastic coordinator and the pair worked seamlessly together. If you’re big into aesthetic like me, Emily is outstanding. I trusted her implicitly with the styling throughout the day. She is just the best and you deserve to have her.

I honestly cannot recommend Emily enough! I booked In Awe Weddings on the day management service for our wedding day in May 2022, and Emily was absolutely worth her weight in gold. As soon as she came on board she was the absolute dream. I had booked all our suppliers, but Emily took charge of managing all our contracts and having all the last minute conversations with them all which meant I could focus on the things I needed to take care of and just generally enjoy the build up. Emily took so much time to really get to know me and my husband and our vision for our day, so that she could answer any questions from suppliers and make decisions knowing that it would be exactly what we wanted. One special huge thank you - the day before our wedding the lead singer of the band pulled out. Emily spent the day speaking to the band and making sure things were sorted, and didn't even tell me until she had a plan and someone else to stand in. That meant I didn't have the worry or stress, which would have definitely been a problem with everything else I had to do that day! Then on the day itself, Emily was an absolute god-send in doing all the set-up - not only co-ordinating our suppliers but also doing a lot of the doing herself. We were so so grateful to her, it all looked absolutely beautiful. Because Emily knew our vision so well she was able to make decisions and move things around to make them look the best, so we were even being surprised by the little touches! Then all day Emily was on hand to solve problems before they even existed! When a car was blocking access, she got it moved before I'd even noticed people were struggling! She made sure my (many, many) pairs of shoes were exactly where I needed them when I needed them. And I'll never forget that it was Emily who helped one of my bridesmaids bustle my dress when I decided I needed more freedom to dance (sorry about that lovely!) SO many people have commented on the day and since how amazing Emily was. We had the best day of our lives and I'm 100% sure it wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly without all Emily's hard work. I honestly can't recommend In Awe Weddings enough - if like me you're a huge perfectionist who wants to make sure everything is as you planned and imagined, but actually want to be able to enjoy your day without any worries or stresses, Emily is absolutely the person you need. For brides that want the short story: Just hire In Awe Weddings - you won't regret it. For brides that want the details: As an international bride during Covid I could not see our wedding venue before we booked so I needed a planner that could visualize what to do with the space (a dry hire venue) to bring it to life. Style is very important to me so I needed someone I could trust to do this. Emily managed to take my many terribly worded descriptions and countless random images and create a coherent vision for the look and feel of the day. She of course also handled all the admin (which is no small feat) of our wedding planning too. I have no doubt that Emily put in more hours than we expected or were quoted for. On the day, Emily handled everything seamlessly (including our venue restricted set up times, a medical emergency, and one vendor causing a lot of stress through errors). Emily went above and beyond and always added a thoughtful touch (saving meals behind for those that helped the medical emergency, wrapping up small bouquets at the end of the night for those that wanted them, decorating our hotel room with left over flowers for us to return to). Every guest had a story or comment the next day on what Emily had done for them and how impressed they were. We can't thank her enough!
