I had a fabulous experience when visiting this boutique. I’m not a person who likes being fussed over so was rather nervous about my visit. I shouldn’t have worried because Heather was amazing she prepared the changing room with fans to hand as it was a very hot day. She allowed myself and my daughter lots of time to try on outfits, explaining that they don’t stock lots of different sizes of the same dresses so to avoid turning up where someone may have the same dress. Once I’d found the outfit I wanted Heather gave some advice about accessories. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Thank you Jalousie I am one happy customer.

Following on my review a while ago, the shop invited me to get the shoes coloured in the right shade. I have picked them up today and they are the right colour at last. I am delighted, as I will be able to wear them at my wedding in August. They are very comfortable, which will be needed. Staff went out of their way to try and sort this out for me. They have done a great jobor which I am grateful for. I actually purchased another item whilst I was there! Many thanks, Jalouise! Very helpful lady offered to get a pair of shoes sent off to get them dyed to a chosen colour (from chart). The shoes came back bright red, not burgundy/dark red as it showed on the colour chart. I was in tears when I left the shop as they were meant to be for my wedding this summer. Staff seemed unaffected by what had happened, no goodwill gesture offered, not even contemplated. I now have a pair of shoes I will never wear. Awful experience, would never set foot in that shop again, despite the lovely vibes I got when I first visited.

I made a appointment to try on dresses for my wedding. The ladies gave me a warm welcome, showed me upstairs to a beautiful assortment of dressers & a lovely warm changing room. They helped me choose a beautiful pair of shoes & handbag. I had lots of compliments on my wedding day.
