Really lovely experience here! The lady who served us was so accommodating and helped us with everything. She was so patient with assisting and was giving honest opinions. I bought some accessories for my dress. If I hadn’t already had a dress I would have loved to come here to them on. Really beautiful selection of everything. I would highly recommend this to all of the brides!! :)

I bought a second hand wedding dress and contacted Pretty Panache to see if they could help with alterations, and they were more than happy to take a look. Emily was so lovely and welcoming from the moment I first stepped inside the shop until I took my dress home a couple of days before my wedding. She did an amazing job on the alterations and addition of a bustle. The shop itself is lovely, and she had some stunning dresses in there! The shop is a hidden gem, and a must visit for any bride to be!

I had a lovely experience picking my wedding dress. Emily was lovely and helped me pick the right dress we added straps and a belt to make it perfect. My bridesmaids spotted a beautiful dress in the shop so we got there dresses from Emily also. I was ment to get married in August 2020 but had to postpone twice Emily so was understanding and kept my dress in the shop untill I finally got married January of this year.

Firstly, sorry to the girls for taking so long to write a review- life has been hectic!! I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Emily and Lucy for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. They could not have been more helpful, kind, and they carried out my alterations (even changed the neck and sleeves of the dress) and would not stop until I found everything absolutely perfect. Went here today to go wedding dress shopping for the first time. The staff were lovely and shop looked amazing, the dresses were lovely and I found my dress on the first time. I was excited and nervous but they were lovely and helped a lot, I ended up with a dress, shoes, tiara, veil and earrings. Right from the start Emily and Lucy made my daughter feel so welcome, even though we were only shopping for a prom dress rather than a wedding one. They made her feel like she was just as important as a bride and listened to what she wanted and we ended up with the perfect prom dress! I visited Pretty Panache yesterday to have alterations to my wedding dress. I was nervous beforehand, but I needn't have been. Lucy was amazing, she helped me and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so professional and friendly. They are going to add some sleeves to my dress as well as taking up the hem. I know I have left my dress in very safe hands. These ladies really do know their stuff when it comes to bridal wear. I would recommend Pretty Panache to all brides. 5 stars ladies. 💕👰👰👰👰👰

I highly recommend pretty panache. They are a beautiful small luxury bridal boutique nestled in Lincoln City Centre. They have the most amazing dresses and provide a high level of customer service with a really lovely friendly approachable feel. They sourced me a sample dress that I ended up ordering which was a sleeved Mark Lesley Bridal dress which was simply stunning and a very reasonable price! After the pandemic hit and our wedding was postponed, they even held my dress at the shop and packed it away with my veil for me to protect it until the wedding the following year. I used them for all alterations including my bridesmaids dresses that weren't bought in store and these were done to an exceptional standard and again a very reasonable price. Even when the week of My wedding they had to close and isolate they made every effort to ensure my dress was with me and perfectly steamed and ready to wear . I cannot thank pretty panache enough for finding me the most perfect beautiful dress and they really are a must for any bride to visit !
