only caught the end of thunder hammer who were great livewire show was excellent, played about 2hrs. bench seating or you could stand if you wanted. rarity actually getting drinks in glasses £13 for a double rum and coke and a pint of warsteiner was reasonable Good sound,staff really good and friendly.

Moved from a 5 to a 4 star. The toilet hygiene is terrible and gets progressively worse at nights go on as no staff can be bothered to go in. This doesn't include people selling sweets and deoderant in the toilets, as well as taking up cubicles and hiding the soap, which is definitely not legal. On soecial nights the themed cocktails always run out by 8pm. Also no cloakroom, which isn't good enough for a venue this size

Amazing venue, bigger than we thought. 2 huge rooms with different music so good to have the choice, great space for vaping, bar was slow at first but once certain staff came on it sped up.

It was easy to find off street parking space in the area. Love the industrial style of the venue. So versatile with loads of potential. It has a fireplace opposite the bar as you walk in giving an instant cozy feel. Staff made you feel welcomed. Plenty of well maintained toilet cubicles and wash basins, important when it gets busy during an event. Security personnel were professional and I felt safe while attending an event. Bar staff were great too. Will definitely return to this venue if events are to be organized here by the same promoters.

I love this place. I have been a few times. I really enjoyed the rugby screenings as its got a great atmosphere but doesn't feel too crowded. I also absolutely love the piano wars! Such a great vibe and excellent selection of tunes!

Great venue to watch the footy if you can't get tickets for the stadium! Atmosphere is brilliant! It can get a little chilly in the winter so I recommend taking a warm jacket, but other than that they have multiple screens with a main large screen and lots of benches to sit on!

The venue itself is massive with two large stages and the lighting and effects are quite good. The issue i have is with the bar. If the owner/manager reads this, please allow your bar staff to fill the drinks to the top. I asked for several drinks and they only filled the cup 2/3 of the way. I asked why and it was "managers rules" even though i told the barman i thought it was really stupid considering the extortionate price of drinks. I went to one of the other bars and they had no issue giving me a filled cup - since thats what i would expect anyway.

Came here for bongo bingo and enjoy it each year. The Venue is medium sized and the toilets are always clean and well maintained through the night. The staff are well managed and polite. The food provided was amazeballs! Will definitely be doing bongo bingo next year and go out after work on regular nights.

A warm welcome awaited me and the other guests for wedding of my good friend Craig Dobson and the lovely Elise’s wedding ,a gréât venue all under one roof . So much space and comfort and even an outdoor space . The main hall was superbly appointed lots of room yet retained an intimate feeling , the stage and sound system as good as you get and the icing on the wedding cake so to speak? Only one small criticism would be the room used for the ceremony could use a bit of a makeover. The venue relies totally on the couple providing any decoration here the bones are good large well lit room but very bland . Still a great modern venue in the city for a modern couple who value the sentiment and ceremony more than bricks and mortar. Great wedding and great venue.

We had a great time here, the only thing is I was disappointed we hadn't booked to do Bongos Bingo as it sounded amazing and we kept trying to sneak a peek. Very reasonably priced as we were a group of 8 all with very different tastes and everyone found something with the most expensive round being about £60 which compared to other bars we visited in the area was cheap. They have a pay as you use photo booth which I think is a great idea and more bars should have. The atmosphere and decor is very relaxed, I will definitely be visiting again and hopefully be doing Bongos Bingo too.

Lovely Sunday lunch but booking is recommended. The sounds familiar music quiz and bongo bingo are excellent nights out (tickets needed for both). Nightgarden music and food on a Friday night is good too.

Went last night, a party of 40, and the service and kindness showed by the waiter who looked after us all night, (Tristan from Cardiff) was world class! Nothing was a bother to the boy who wore a smile for the entire evening, which in essence made the evening a great success. Also, the security staff that worked inside the venue were also first class with very positive attitudes doing a difficult job. A great place for a party where you can let your hair down and feel extremely safe. Well done to all the staff!

A fantastic venue for partying the night away. It has a varied range of events throughout the year and there's always something new on the events calendar to come and try. I'd highly recommend visiting Camp and Furnace if you're in town.

Visited for Sunday Lunch - perfect place for groups and enjoyed a vegetarian version of a roast. The meat eaters seemed very wrll catered for and the whole vibe of the venue is interesting and quirky with lots of different indoor spaces other than the one we ate in. Would definitely visit again.

Had a very fleeting visit here as I went for food and the kitchen was closed for refurbishment. Really liked the space though, it was a little bit apres ski with logs, exposed brick and a big roaring furnace (hence the name). They had a good range of craft beer and I'd love to go back to sample the food if not just for the BBQ'd lobster they have on Saturdays.

Bongo's Bingo of a Thursday night is a bit of cheap clubbing fun. The best bit is the Rave Round, complete with glowstick wristbands! The prizes are fantastic, but no under 18s are allowed due to the nature. Food is good and cheap, sticks are cheap, and if you don't need the toilet, you're laughing.

Ate there on Sunday 13/04/14 and it was like stepping back in to some of my old industrial workplaces. Apparently it's a former forge for knives? The salmon starter that my wife and daughter had was delicious if a bit on the small side. The main meals were great with the beef and lobster with roast spuds and tasty mixed veg. The sweet Lemon Meringue was a bowl of lemon curd with some meringue's on top. Eton Mess wasn't available even though on the menu and the coffee was the worst Latte I've ever tasted. I did get a free scoop of ice-cream as a sort of compensation. They had just catered for around 1,000 Liverpool fans watching the match on the massive screen so maybe there's an excuse for the toilets being a total mess. I loved being in the massive old factory but *Camp and Furnace* need to make a few more changes to get it right.

I regularly go to camp & furnace for the food slam on a Friday - it's a great wya to try lots of different kinds of food. They invite street food vendors from across the north-west to sell their food, from crepes, artisan ice cream vans, pizza vans, mexican taco stalls, burger stalls, paella stalls and much more! It changes week to week so it's always exciting to go and try a new stall. I also went for New Year and it was amazing - the venue is great being in a huge warehouse and the atmosphere was so good.
