Had my Daughters 9th birthday here on the 22/10/2022. From start to finish the service was amazing!!! Each child had the most magical time! Thank you for making each and every child feel special! I booked a best friend forever spa for my daughter and some friends for her 4th birthday and it was honestly amazing! The staff were all so lovely and fantastic with the girls and they really enjoyed their treatments. We will 10000% be back, the girls are already asking! My daughter had her birthday party at mini madams and she had the most amazing time. All of the guest enjoyed getting pampered even Dad end up with glitter in his hair! We went for the ‘breakfast style’ food which included fresh fruit, pancakes & Nutella, muffins, crisps, the kids really enjoyed it compared to the usual choice of sandwiches. All the staff made a real effort to make sure everyone had a special experience and lots of fun and loved the visit from the unicorn LoL (which was included-one less thing to arrange!).

Suprise pamper day with my 3 year old for my 30th and she absolutely loved it. We both had a mani and pedi but my daughter didn't want a facial. So I had a facial while she had Elsa hair done and she looked amazing! Will definitely be taking her back one day!

Amazing first spa experience for my 11 year old daughter we had Amy to deliver the "Tween to Teen" package which consisted of a Manicure, pedicure and a facial with some advice on daily skincare routines, my daughter absolutely loved it and commented how Amy was "nice", she loved it that much that I think this might be a monthly pamper experience for her. The decor is present and lots of opportunity for Instagram able photo opportunities with positive affirmations and quotes to live by. The only negative is that the Teahouse wasn't available to order food from and I had already prepared my daughter that we could have a posh lunch and milkshake ect.....tbf they were still accomodating and it jusf meant that we had to go for a cold afternoon tea option ,nevertheless it was well presented and a good range. Amy herself was an excellent ambassador she explained to my daughter at every process what she was applying, what it would achieve she spent the time and effort and my daughter really took to her. Definitely worth a visit for your "mini madams" they also do activities during the holidays though I can anticipate these times would be a lit busier and not offer the exclusivity that we had today (there was only us and one other family).

What an amazing place this is. As a mum of a special needs child I always worry when I decide to try out something new with my daughter. But I shouldn't have worried about Little Madams. From the second we walked in, I could see how happy my little girl was. She smiled from beginning to end. The staff are just totally amazing and nothing is too much for them. My little girl loved her glitter hair, glitter face, manicure, pedicure, glitter tattoo and slime making. She can't wait to return soon. So if you have a special needs daughter and you want to do something special, don't worry about taking them to Little Madams, they will honestly love every single second of it.

My daughter had the best party this evening, everything was perfect. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much to ask and they were excellent with the kids. The whole party was perfect, from the slime making to getting pampered. The kids were gobsmacked when the LOL mascot came out and they loved having a little dance with her. Every little detail is well thought out and I would highly recommend a visit to anybody thinking about it. Thanks for making Florence’s birthday so special and we will definitely be returning again soon xx

Such a lovely experience for my little girl! The place is beautifully decorated, the staff was amazing and so friendly. My daughter was really shy at first but the staff knew just what to say and really made her feel at ease and she soon came out of her shell! Booked as a surprise Christmas present for my daughter and travelled from Preston to attend. Fantastic place with lots of options for girls! My daughter had the glam squad package and got a mini manicure, pedicure, hair styled with glitter and make up. She then got a muffin and crisps and a drink. She enjoyed the whole experience and had a great couple of hours. Staff were all very friendly and warm and made a fuss of my younger daughter who wasnt having treatments, but was given a muffin and drink too! Lovely experience thank you all

We had a lovely visit to the day spa for my daughter's birthday. The ladies were all very friendly and her therapist was wonderful, so attentive and helpful. The only downside of the visit was the music! While we love some background music, it was so loud that we could hardly hear each other talk! I would have given 4.5 stars for that reason but would happily give 5 stars if the music was turned down a bit!

My Daughter had her 8th Birthday tik tok party here, it’s a fab places and the kids loved it, Our host I think was eve (young training to be a nurse ) She was absolutely fantastic no fault at all I think the other two aya & abi I think it was need a bit more confidence as one of them just stood there the whole time and didn’t get involved which was a shame I would just say it wasn’t very tik tok I mean the disco the 2 girls we had in the room didn’t do any tik tok dances with the girls and asked the girls what songs to put on, to make this an even better experience I would suggest that the girls knew a few tik tok dances etc and get involved a little more But overall I can’t fault the place or the party just little things to make it an even better experience So thankyou so much and thankyou to our host you was brilliant 🤩

My 3yo came out from the LOL party bouncing - she had an amazing time. She was excited to show off her hair and nails and the headband she had made. The staff were so good with her too. Wow what an amazing experience for my daughter and her friend. They both had a fab time and are still smiling and showing photos and telling everyone about their day at Mini Madams a few hours later. Honestly we have had a party every single year since Blossom has been born done so many things and tried different experinaces. This was by far the best party I’ve ever done.
