A great place. Superb entertainment . The meal was delicious and there was a good plate. Super value. A glass of presecco whe you arrive. Staff really friendly and work hard to meet your needs. Parking isn't too great though. Views out the window to the mersy are amazing. Ryan and Jay give a great welcome. Professional team . Young and more mature folk will enjoy a night out here.

The staff were wonderful, so helpful. Especially the two guys in the door, helped me yo the entrance steps and down again and we're just lovely. The show we saw was great and the room and food were really nice. The only down side for me is we didn't find out until we got there they don't have easily accessed disabled entrance or any disabled toilets, just to warn anyone else with mobility issues visiting there

I would like to thank Ryan and Gemma at the Bentley for organising our dads funeral. It was absolutely perfect. We had the full floor for the funeral, and the way they dressed the room was unbelievable and so classy! The food was unreal, loads to choose from and The amount of food was generous The service was exceptional! We was blown away by the service and standard at the Bentley. They went above and beyond to make our day so special and perfect. We are forever grateful And would highly recommend to hire this venue for any occasion. Visited as ‘Oh Polly’ we’re hosting a pop up shop. The venue was beautiful, Christmassy and cosy. The girls who helped me round were so lovely to speak to and helpful. Genuinely made the trip for me honestly as I can never be sure size wise.

I was here recently setting up for a baby shower and both function rooms at The Bentley are stunning. The staff are lovely and very hard working! I would highly recommend!

Staff were lovely and really helpful 🙂 Didn't like the fact that the lift only went up not down, so no good for disabled people or venue dressers trying to get their things out of the venue.

Well we went to see Alexander O’Neil who didn’t turn up for his 7-11 show until 10.40 ish. I wish the poor man had not shown up, I should have left him to wonderful memories, he’s an icon and always will be . My five stars is purely for the amazing supporting acts and fantastic staff, from door ladies to bar staff, a beautiful well run venue. You didn’t need the big name just advertise those two supporting chaps , we’d come again. We actually left when Mr.O’Neil finally arrived. Iconic songs . Thank you for a great night .

First time I've been to see George Gallagher It was well worth the wait he was brilliant and I made lots of friends who thought the same as me. The Bentley is a great venue and I will consider hiring it for parties.

I am just home from the wedding of my daughter Emily to her new husband Karl. I don't even know where to start. Everyone involved on the day and at night were amazing! Ryan and Natalie you put in such a lot of hard work to make it so special. The caterers, bar staff, waiters and waitresses were superb, attending to our every need and always with a smile and a chat. The Venue looked fantastic, food delicious and entertainment first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend all you guys for any future events. Thank you so much for giving my daughter and son in law the best day of their lives 💖

Had my daughters baby shower here, for 40 people, the venue and staff were amazing. The Bently arranged the DJ and added extras such as the flower wall. The afternoon tea was fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend using this venue for a special occasion.Thanks to all staff involved. Xx

We had our daughters party at The Bentley. From the start of the planning till right up to the day Ryan and his team were amazing. The staff were wonderful on the night of the party and could not do enough for us. Food was fabulous and everyone commented how tasty everything was. The Bentley is a beautiful venue ran by committed staff. Especially Ryan who constantly checked during the party if we were happy with everything. How could we not be. Jenny & Keith's wedding party last night, Fantastic!! Such a glamorous venue! Pleasant attentive staff, & best buffet I have ever eaten highly recommend this venue! Last but certainly not least my beautiful family completed a wonderful night.

Is not disabled accessible . No ramp to get into the building staff are supposed to carry people up the steps or use the service lift. This lift is down an alley that narrows and still has 2 steps Not sure about firedoors and safety in an emergency

We had our daughters surprise 30th here on the 8th March. Service was excellent, from the viewing, planning to the bar staff ... nothing was too much trouble. Especially the 2 ladies who greeted us with welcome drinks, so helpful with everything. Even the next day when I collected my stuff...helping me carry boxes to my car. The room was immaculate and looked beautiful with stunning views of the Liver Buildings....and the food was delicious. Would definitely come here again for future parties. Thankyou to Natalie Kier Ryan and all the staff.

Venue for weddings, parties etc but opened recently during lunchtime, daytime Thurs to Sunday to try and get more business by doing Afternoon Teas. Okay, but had much much better teas in other places. Sandwiches had no imagination regarding the fillings and some of cakes were dry and boring. However, it is a new venture and they admitted they are still learning what customers want and expect from an afternoon tea experience and welcomed feedback. Will likely give them a second try in 6 months or so

Went to charity event for teenage Cancer. staff polite and place was clean. A nice place to hold an event and well run with one room with stage and another one to chill out in. The event was called March of the Mods and had tribute bands playing right through the day and evening. The whole thing was very well run with raffles and a kiosk selling vintage clothes. A great time letting me relive my youth with some great songs and bands.

Attended a wedding here and was well impressed with The Bentley from the minute I arrived. A very warm welcome from the great guy who greeted us and couldn’t fault any of the staff who did a great job through out the day. Everything about this place was class. Great day great people.

First I have to mention the Lips bar manager/staff a young lady working on Friday 25oct. She read a situation excellently and made the day of another young lady with a small gesture 😁. I played comedy bingo with some friends and had a great time, food was like a family party tho 🤷

Tiny teapot between two people which only gave one small cup of tea each, had to ask for two more pots (which we were charged an extra £4 for at the end) half a tuna & sweetcorn wrap which was mainly salad, half a mini ham & cheese croissant & a finger of egg mayonnaise on white bread each. Small shop bought cupcakes & scone, small slab of cake & a shot glass of unset JELLY with cream on the top??? Staff were lovely but the afternoon tea could have been a lot better and I would not recommend if you like quality, if you want a childs tea party (excluding the prosecco!) then it's the place for you!

Really enjoyed today for afternoon tea bit of a wait for sandwiches & cakes staff were really polite and smiley the only thing that i can fault is i think the tea should flow for free in the price as you only get one small cup of tea after that you have to pay £2.50 for a small pot but really enjoyed it thank you x😁
