T. S.Had the most wonderful experience at Angelical Bridal yesterday! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Gemma made the experience so fun and not stressful at all. She made really helpful suggestions without being pushy and really shared in the joy of the experience, which made it extra special for me and my mom. I ended up finding my dream dress, and it was completely different to what I expected. I love the dress so much and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! Thank you so much Gemma and Angelica Bridal for such an amazing experience and for helping me find such a beautiful dress :)

The range of dresses is excellent and trying on a range of styles helped me figure out what I wanted. All the girls were so lovely and patient and made me feel so relaxed. I didn't feel pressured at all even though I was being very indecisive and I was able to make several appointments so that I could be sure I had the right dress. Thanks all!

For my first appointment I had Rose who could not have been more lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and she even picked out a dress for me (one which I never would have usually picked) and it turned out to be the one which I bought! She has a great eye and is obviously very good at what she does, so I'm very thankful to her.
For my next appointment I had Lara who was also very lovely and friendly. I went to try on my favourite dress one more time, and Lara was great at making me feel comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment.
Altogether this is a wonderful place to go wedding dress shopping and I could not recommend it enough. It's a beautiful shop and the staff are brilliant at what they do. Thank you again to the team!
A. B.I had the most fabulous bridal appointment at Angelica Bridal. Lauren couldn’t have been lovelier, so helpful and had such an eye for helping pull out dresses that I loved. The samples were a great range of sizes so all body shapes are catered for.
The whole experience was personal and put me completely at ease. I can’t recommend enough!
A. G.I loved everything about my experience at Angelica Bridal & I found my dream dress there. The dress I ended up getting was so different from everything else I’ve tried but Paige knew exactly what would work best with my figure and was able to recommend dressed I hadn’t thought of! They even went above & beyond for me in arranging an appointment after I had already purchased my dress just so that my parents were able to see it (as they weren’t able to be there originally due to the pandemic). Can’t wait for my dress to arrive & I’ve recommended this salon to all my future bride friends.
W. N.I bought my dress from Angelica Bridal 3 weeks ago. I wanted to write this review not just because I found my dress there, but also because I was truly impressed by their amazing customer service. I say this as someone who had been to 5 or 6 other salons in London and other cities outside UK.
On their dress selection, they have lots of beautiful samples for different styles. I had a very specific "clean and modern" look in mind which was quite hard to find, so I think the fact that I could even try on a few dresses in this style says something about Angelica Bridal's selection. Lauren was great at pinning the dresses on me. She also understood the "clean" look that I was going for and didn't push me to try on anything with too much lace or beads - even though they have lots of those too - and so the entire experience was just relaxing and fun (which is what bridal dress shopping should be like!).
I think what sets Angelica Bridal apart is their great customer service - Gemma, Lauren and really the whole team included. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff were responsive from the start through to follow-up questions on my order. At some places I've been (including big brand flagships), no one ever picked up the phone, email responses were sporadic, they told me they had all the dresses I wanted but didn't when I showed up, and they never sent me the order link to the dress post-fitting. I needed a team that would just take care of my dress so I could use that time to organise other aspects of the wedding!
Very glad I've gone with Angelica Bridal and highly recommend them!
H. G.I visited Angelica Bridal earlier this year and the experience was perfect! I was worried it wouldn't be the same because of COVID, but Gemma was so lovely and made the experience super special. I was lucky enough to find the perfect dress, but never felt any pressure to say "yes". She also expertly pinned the dress for me which made a huge difference, I actually thought I was trying on a dress my size it was that good! My mum, sister and I all came away saying how it was the best store we had visited and how nice everyone was. Can't wait to get to the Liverpool Rd store for the fitting!
A. R.I've had the most wonderful experience with Gemma when I visited Angelica Bridal last month. She was really attentive, listened to my vision and just made me feel so special during the appointment! She pulled some absolutely stunning dresses and although I didn't end up getting "the" dress there, me and my entourage had such a lovely time and would definitely recommend Angelica Bridal & Gemma to everyone! They also had some dead gorgeous accessories and my maid of honour and myself ended up buying some beautiful pearl earrings that had only just arrived. Thank you again!
