M. V. M.Where do I start? Julia is incredible. This was my 4th shop and honestly she has welcomed me inside with such joy and warmth that I felt like I was going at my friend's house for dinner. From the first moment we spoke on the phone she was extra nice and very sweet. My first appointment was actually good fun! We laughed a lot and I went in with an idea of dresses i wanted to try. With her knowledge and expertise she made me try other kind of dresses which actually suit me better! I had my mind made up on one but not too sure about the top part. So when I went for the appointment to get the measurements in she had no proboems in making me try 1 or 2 more and showed me how the first one was the right choice just had to change a bit the sleeves to accomodate my figure. I FOUND THE ONE AND IT IS PERFECT!
She never made me feel forced to buy the dress, not even once. She is honestly great and very accommodating to our "bride craziness". I left the shop with a sense of happiness and excitement that I cannot describe. Also all her dresses are absolutely stunning. I will definetely recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Julia for the great experience I will treasure for life!

A. D.Wonderful little shop with a huge variety of dresses! The team were so very helpful, made me feel at ease and catered to our needs! Ended up finding a couple of deesses we loved. Would definitely recommend going as they offer dresses, which are hard to come by sometimes.
M. D.Exceptional service, no problem with my very fussy nature and more than willing to go the extra mile for perfection! My husband and I got married on 29th March 2018, and I went to Bridal Caprice for the first time, with a dress in mind, in July 2017. I was keen to purchase a plain dress and then have a bolero custom made to wear of the top and have quite a few alterations to the dress made (my way of getting a custom made dress but for no extra cost of a regular dress). I had a total of 6 fittings despite the regular 3 fittings nothing additional was charged (they cap alterations at £200). I felt very much in good hands, and all their dresses in that shop are incredible, I love the style, very different to most other shops, lots of Ronald Joyce ones which is my favourite designer. 10/10 all round experience and product!

J. T.Such an amazing experience shopping for my dress. I only did 2 shops, the 2nd being Bridal Caprice and when I saw the gorgeous selection of dresses they had (suited for all body types!) I knew I didn't need to look further. They were very patient, helpful with great advice, very accommodating, and did great retouches on the dress. I highly recommend this place!
J. S.Where do I start? From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in trusted hands. I was shown some beautiful dresses and really appreciated that they respected my budget and didn't show me anything that was too much over that. The quality of the dresses were fab as well.
I found my 'dream dress' but wanted to bring my mum and they were understanding of that. My stylist was also very kind towards my mum who wasn't feeling very well, and I really appreciated that. They also suggested the perfect veil and off-the-shoulder straps to add the finishing touches to the dress. Thank you ladies so much, and I can't wait for the fitting in a few months! :)

Starting with amazing flexibility with appointments, knowing what I want before I even know it and making my idea even better in reality in terms of altering my chosen gown to fit perfectly. The gowns sold here are extremely beautiful, service very personal and team are just superstars. My gown was definitely one of the highlights of the big day! Thank you!
