Natalie at Cullum Design gave us a great service from start to finish. From the beginning she was flexible and understood our requirements as we were looking for a very high end style of dressing for our Westminster property. The furniture was very good quality too which was important to us compared to other companies. The photography and viewings went very well resulting in a successful sale and I'm sure the styling and dressing of the rooms greatly contributed to this. I would very much recommend their home staging service to anyone looking to sell or let their property.

Despite being in Australia and on totally different time zones Natalie had it staged within days and it was back on the market using an online company. I have just bought a flat which was staged by Natalie. It was so well done that as soon as I walked in on the first viewing I could visualise myself living there. There is no doubt that if it were empty I would not have been so excited to offer full asking price within 2 days of it being on the market. Now that I own the flat, I am trying to copy the furniture and layout to achieve the same result!

Our empty house had been on the market for a few months with no reasonable offers, it simply didn’t look or feel as good with no furniture. Within two weeks of Natalie furnishing the house and adding some very personable finishing touches, it was under offer at asking price. Natalie was very accommodating and put in a lot of effort to present the house in its best light, I just wish we had asked her to come to furnish it sooner!

My lovely house had inexplicably been on the market for 8 months or so. The estate agent suggested home staging. I was a bit sceptical, but decided to give it a go nevertheless. I didn’t use the home stager recommended by the agent. Instead, I did some shopping around and settled on Cullum. I was impressed by the positive reviews, and these were borne out when Natalie and I spoke - her positivity and can-do mentality shone through. I knew I’d made the right decision after Cullum did such a tasteful job. Natalie’s words at the time were that the house now felt as though it had been energised (or words to that effect). Anyway, I unreservedly agree that that was the result. Sure enough, the house went under offer approx 4 weeks after the staging. I do recommend Cullum - I would certainly use them again.

Natalie swooped in and saved the day when my empty flat was failing to sell. I wanted it all done super quickly and given I was out of the country it could have been made much more complicated. I first contacted Natalie on Thursday and it was all complete by the following Thursday. The now spectacularly looking flat was re-launched that evening, 3 viewings were booked for the Saturday and 3 offers came in on the Monday. Natalie went over and above to get the flat ready, not only did it look fabulous, she provided clear and incredibly helpful feedback and took all the hassle and headache out of the process. The key thing for me is an empty flat rarely sells and Cullum designs can resolve that situation easily and for very good value. Thank you very much indeed.
