Excel is a very nice place to visit for a show. Always come here to take my son for any exhibition. It can be motor show or a dog show we always come here. Great transport link, massive area, lots of food courts, clean and staff are helpful.
A. D.
Nice venue but everything inside will be closed unless there's any conference etc taking place. The outside area is really nice. Easy to reach using public transport.

Went for the MCN/Carole Nash Motorcycle Show With my 7 year old daughter and had an amazing time
To get in we had to prove a negative COVID status via vaccine passport, negative lateral flow or take a test on site. A photo of your lateral flow is acceptable.
Once inside you're fine to have a mask on or not.
Excel is a very busy place and if you don't do well with packed spaces and large crowds you may struggle.
There are plenty of food and drink shops and restaurants and the exhibition space also had it's own food vendors including a steak joint and fish and chips.
The show itself was excellent with live motorcycle racing in the centre, bikes from almost every manufacturer large and independent from Yamaha & triumph to CCM.
There are loads of opportunities to sit on all of the bikes however some exhibitors missed a trick by putting do not sit on all their bikes, Rubbish.
There were loads of stalls selling leathers and bike gear at discounted prices so bring or save money to spend.
The show runs from 9-6 and we arrived about 12. It was way too busy and we couldn't really get on anything or take clear pictures so I advise arriving later in the day, although, the fun buzz has died by 3, so if you want that energy go earlier.
All in all a really good exhibition for bike lovers, enthusiasts, veterans and new comers alike.
Excel has plenty of staff on hand that are friendly and helpful, plenty of toilets on site that are free and even a family room with fridge, microwave and sink should you need it.
Not disappointed at all.

A perfect venue for the London International Horse Show. Much more spacious than Olympia, both for the stands and the facilities. The food was better too and there were more toilets. Looks like the horses were more settled than elsewhere too. Please have it here again!

Are you in or interested in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. World Travel Market is that place to be. Its in a easy to get to locate. Simply use the DLR tub line and get off at Customer House for Excel stop and it's exactly a 2 minute walk from the platform to the venue.

Love attending events here at Excel, I’ve attended fitness, travel, boat and car shows here! If you’re not from London this location is surrounded by hotels such as Ibis, Sunborn Yacht, Crowne Plaza and more! The Excel is nice but can get a bit hot inside though! Food was a bit pricey but there are a few other restaurants etc a short stroll away! If you follow the river down to the Emirates cable cars there’s more restaurants including a lovely Thai restaurant where the food is tasty and reasonably priced too! Forgot to review it so will need to return soon!

An amazing size building that can accommodate so much. Really easy to get to. Just attended the Cake and Bake Show. Full of amazing cakes, tasty products to buy, or to inspire. Also, icing moulds, stencils, baking tins, etc.
S. K.
Very nicely organised venue. Straight off from the DLR for just a 5 min walk to the entrance.
Smoking area to be clearly marked because people just want a fresh air but outside of door was full of smokers and it bothered me.
Otherwise clean, high ceiling and spot on for any exhibition.
E. D.
Easy access, plenty of parking, wide choice of breakfast and lunch choices. London bike show featured a wide range of machines, clothing and accessories. Live "racing" between some top riders was enjoyable.

ComicCon was amazing, extremely well managed massive selection of stools with tones of props and characters to interact with. There was also a large selection of food providers catering for all ranges. Loki sneaking up behind the crowed of fans for bonus pictures was amazing. The event over all was well organised and managed by th ExCeL London with plenty of parking. The only down point would be that we expected to be able to charge our EV whilst at the event due to the long drive, we where unable locate any EV charging points and parking attendants was also unable to advice, which we found quite surprising due to the size of event host.
M. B.
The place was great, the organisation of maybe 30k people trying to drop off kit bags all at the same time could have been better! I was in town to run the London Marathon and, like all the others, only had a window of one day in which to do this. Didn't come away from the weekend with covid tho, so all good 👍👍👍
t. s.
I have been working in excel since the building opened.
Dlr station next to building lots and f nice bars restaurants and hotels around.
Always different exhibitions going on.
their is something for everyone to enjoy check out the website to see what is coming up

Excel comic con is always a great time! Cosplay always plays a big part of the event 🙂 always fun to spot one from a show or game you watched or played 😊 wasn't as many stall as there was back in 2019, but the fact it was on was amazing! Easy parking and alot of variety in food and drink! Definitely recommend if your a big nerd like myself!
B.
Went there for the motorcycle show. Very well organised and all staff were prepared for the crowds.

I've been here a handful of times throughout the years for events etc.
The ExCeL London caters to a number of events for public to private hires but more recently, a vaccination centre.
It has places were you can purchase refreshments from Sushi to Burgers.
Getting here is easy enough, Prince Regent/Custom House on the Docklands Light Railway would be best but you also get the buses 147, 325, 678, N551 here via Custom House Station DLR (Stop A/B).
Very good.
E. B.
Went here last year for RootsTech and this year for MCM comic con!! I really love the size and food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and accomodating.
R. B.
Trip was to visit the London Marathon expo. I went on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. Staff seemed very efficient. The venue is large and it's easy enough to find your way around.
There are a few places to eat but unfortunately they were closed by the time I got there.
It can be difficult to get an Uber from here, had to wait a while.
T. P.
Less busy than it was pre-lockdown but still a massive buzz going there.
In 2017 I went there for a travel show. Every hall was busy, and had to sit on a floor to eat. 🌴 Buzzing and with a huge variety of travel stands and places to eat.
*Sigh*: the before times. 😊
Went today (October 2021) to EGX, which is a Computer games event. 🎮
S3 - S6 was busy, although not quite a full house. A fair few people and still quite a buzz.
Theatre for presentations was great fun, and there was enough variety of stalls to make it still epic (everything from WWF to T-shirts 👕 to Gaming hubs and even an assault course).
Came by tube in 2017 - was the most sardine like I've ever felt (but totally worth it). 🚆=🐟
In 2021 came by coach from Oxford - drove all the way with barely any traffic. 🚍
Suggestion would be that they could do with far more toilets - there was only 1 set in all of S hall.
That said: they have easy-access WiFi, good facilities for coaches, lots of food places (£5 for a vegan wrap (Sandwich shop), £3.55 for a Gingerbread latte (Costa)).
Truth is: we don't know how lucky we are. ExCel is an AMAZING experience - the best I had in travel shows in London, Berlin, and Madrid.
If it ever gets 2017 busy again, it's like nothing on 🌎 - an immersion in wonders and imagination.
If it's as quiet as it is? Hey: at least you get to eat at a table! 🥪🪑

Carole Nash Motorcycle Show 2022 - Well presented, most of the manufacturers were on attendance.
D. H.
Big, easy to use venue which often has several shows on at any one time as there are about a dozen halls off the main atrium.
As a building its firmly in the "fit for purpose" era, with none of the vintage charm of Alexander Palace or the Royal Horticultural Halls.
I visited the Motorcycle Show which cast £23 to get in (advance standard tickets were £19) which was pretty good considering we have just come out of Covid. Great to see lots of exotic stuff from my youth, just a shame about the prices!
M. H.
Here for property Mark ARLA 25th conference and exhibition. The envoirment is lovely very airy. Very clean and attending wotj everyone wotj covid policy follow from the gate.
P. L.
I attended during a Star Trek convention and the UK Vets 2021 convention and found the venue staff very friendly and accommodating. Special recognition should go to the young man on the rear entrance who quickly recognised my mental health conditions without any fuss and offered wonderful support.
S. G.
Great place for an expo, a motorcycle expo. Good amenities with plenty food, drinks and parking !
Y. P.
COMICON! was so nice and chill to come here on a Friday to avoid the maddness of the crowds, got to see some talented artists and retro games.
J. N.
Had a great time at comicon this October, but I'm not going to pay £250 for a signature of Tom Hiddelston and a picture with him through a glass screen due to Covid 🙃... I'll wait for all this to be over. I did enjoy the picture stations!
S. A.
Visited the WTM hosted at the ExCeL London.
Huge exhibition centre, perfect for big fairs such as the world travel market. When you look at it from the Google maps and try to navigate, you’ll get lost, but when you get there, it’s much simpler than it looks. There are two main entrances/exits, on the western and on the eastern side.
N. K.
We exhibited at The Business Show 2021. The facilities were clean and more than adequate and I would recommend it for anyone looking to use their premises
B. c.
Went here for the cake and bake show, was a lovely day out, met some lovely people and tasted some amazing products, also bought myself some very expensive but excellent hair straighteners lol
P. J. S.
Sadly, no full breakfast menu available at 9.30am just 30 minutes prior to the Motorbike show itself opening... But, good coffee and bacon baps nearby followed by a great show, none too busy and, of course, immerse yourself in bikes galore!!
Great content, exhibits, traders and keen viewers on corporate stands!! Thanks!!!
S. C.
Excellent venue for companies to show off their products. Disappointed with the upstairs restaurant. Personally I feel its needs more seating, maybe along both the unused walls would be a little help. To many people having to sit on the floor to eat. Not good.
A. F.
My first ever comic con was super memorable here. The place is great and they're highly organized.
Just grab your best walking shoes cause you're gonna walk A LOT! If you need to, there's dine in places along with benches for you to rest and toilets/water fountains as well.
a. s.
Staff we came across were very welcoming, polite and friendly. Very clean.
We attended the cake and bake show held here.
L. &. P. -. C. C.
Visited for the international horse show. Fantastic venue, huge and airy inside so lots of space. Facilities all clean with regular attendance. Lots of places to grab something to eat and drink, plenty of parking. Hope the horse show stays there rather than returning to Olympia
M. A.
A great place for the commercial fairs. User friendly, easy access, good car park and food options inside.
S.
Night of Vocals was amazing.
Staff were polite and diligent. The centre felt clean and safe. Some beautiful lighting outside, and the actual event i attended was awesome! My children loved seeing the Nasheed artists and buying some wonderful treats.
M. Ü.
I have joined Geobusiness and Construction fair. This is very big fair area. You can visit more than one fair at the same day.
G. D.
Went for show , venue needed covid passes but no masks. We had a fantastic time , parking is 20.00. A lot of security on venue. Food and toilets great access too.
M. W.
Great staff, working quietly but diligently to keep the place clean and functioning. Good space. Good facilities. We were there for the White Label Expo which seemed to be well organised. Good experience all around!
A. r.
Went to the comic con and it was amazing.. The effort people go to for their costumes is fab!
A. G.
Visited the running expo there to pick up my bib for the 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon. Very easy access, great bathroom facilities, many and different options for eating.
C. S.
Nice centre, went for the motorbike show decent parking good facilities just a shame it's now in the ULEZ zone but can't be helped
K. K. H. K.
Extraordinary place for commercial events. Ensure that you are fit enough to walk. Loads of snack points. Costa and others are there always. Washrooms are a floor down.
C. M.
The place is huge, many events can run at the same time. The nearest station is DLR Custom House for ExCel.
D. P.
The first bike show for a couple of years, due to COVID. It would have helped if we had been told we needed evidence of vaccines for entry, and there was an odd one way system at the main entrances. The show was smaller than past years, but it was good to get to it. Heavily overpriced food. Looking forward to next year. 😀
G. C.
Really like the excel, good facilities toilets really clean, restaurants are good recommend the Noodle place
G. P.
Bike show was very quiet this year. No crazy clothing sales, most were giving 10% off as a show incentive. Best bit was the offer of free secure bike parking.
R.
Easy to park, great staff for loading in and out. Much better than Olympia.
G. C.
I stopped in for bag drop off and bib number pick-up ahead of the 2021 London Marathon.
It was really busy with pretty long queues on the Saturday but then there were tens of thousands of people there to do the same thing!
S. S.
The biggest exhibition venue in London.
Offer paid parking space for all day parking. I reckon it's £20 per day.
Every day you can attend more than couple of different exhibitions fairs.
Always a pleasure and happy to visit excel.
Very huge space also served as a COVID hospital last year.
J. A.
My husband and I went for the Motorbike Show. Plenty of attractions to see. Plenty of places to eat. We had a fresh homemade burger at Prime Burger, it was lovely and the french fries were hot. Thoroughly recommended
A. S.
I wish I could attend every exhibition. So much interesting stuff, so many great people from around the world. This place is amazing. I love it.
S. C.
Kids had a great time at Comicon, loads of Anime stands for them. Parking there was easy.
A. D.
I'm a regular visitor its always good to walk round, nice sections of food and bars although you pay a bit more.
For such a big place it's has a nice atmosphere.
Parking is excellent and reasonable for the area.
Fun fact
Did you know batman begins filmed the tumbler test Run here.
O. E.
Great to be able to go to MCN bike show
J. O.
Expansive expo and show venue. Here for the London Marathon. Not too many vendors but may be sure to pandemic issues currently. Definitely worth a visit for London marathon and general marathon merch!
C. B.
The London horse show took place it was a different type of experience the bridge restaurant was good
H. G.
I loved it small issue with the doors at the end but all in all a great experience
j. c.
Hi great to be able to get a feel for the new motorcycle's, no problem sitting on the bikes and getting up to date prices .
Very busy big crowd not very many wearing masks.
S. N.
Citron Hygiene exhibited at the hotel 360 show at London ExCel and we provided the hand sanitisers around the event, so I was there as part of this. The whole show was a bit quiet but I suspect it was to do with coming out of Covid restrictions and the current petrol shortage precluding people from travelling long distances. Other than that the concessions were open and entry into The venue was good and they were checking for Covid passports.
m. c.
Went to the Motorcycle Show.
Good show and price was ok. Covid vetting although many unmasked.
The venue food wasn't too costly and very easy to access by public transport.
M. S. K.
It's good place for big expo events.
Exhibitors been allocated smart place to increase it's numbers.
One thing need to be change is flat rate of 20 pounds parking for 24 hrs. It should be flexible according the need of the visitors.
Driving to the place is better.
M. M.
Busy on day 2 of Futurebuild 2022 - great exhibition centre.
Z. H.
Went there for the international horse show. Very easy to get to via public transport. Security and covid pass check in place for the event. Staff where through and polite. Great venue
D. B.
Mcn bike show very small & just OK very busy
O. M.
Free motorcycle parking. Albeit limited to about 20 bikes. Good food and drink options.
Cloakroom, toilets, cash machine. Though it is quite big and you may have to walk a lot
C. H.
Came here for an exhibition last year and was impressed with all the staff, especially with covid reopening. Had a long journey down but found the staff really efficient, especially Jane on the main door. Will be visiting again next year.
p. w.
Good venue for large events. Plenty of open space for businesses to set out their stall. Viewing opportunities for spectators e.g. triathlons are limited. Transport links are good via dlr
R. S.
Everything you would expect from a major exhibition centre: spacious with catering outlets and free WiFi. Good public transport communications, a great selection of nearby hotels but outrageous parking at £20 per 24 hours.
O. A.
Amazing place! Even has a Prayer Room. Caters for all needs and events. The surrounding area is also amazing with the airport nearby. Places like this make London amazing!
S. R.
Me & my girlfriends went here for a wedding show for our upcoming wedding dates. It was great. Lots of information & can be quite overwhelming but it gave me great ideas etc. They have lots of different shows there too. We also went for a baby show 3 years ago which was amazing. Lots of deals & useful information.
M. M.
Why didn't the motorcycle show organisers tell the public Excel wanted proof of all COVID jabs on entry.
When we got to the doors your personnel wanted proof. Fortunately I had my small tickets when the jabs took place at the hospital.
There were loads of people milling around at the entrance scratching heads at what to do to gain entry
But great show.
M. L.
Here for the international London horse show. Wow. Fabulous.
A MASSIVE mention for the OUTSTANDING customer service from all the staff at the centre. They went above and beyond trying to find my mum a wheelchair. Then another member of staff allowed us into the wheelchair access. Mum was delighted. THANK YOU a special mention to the staff looking after us in there too. They should show others how to excel (pardon the pun!) in customer service!
R. G.
Great for a conference but 2 hot dogs and 2 chips with a tin of coke was £33 which is a complete joke....and all the places on here are the same
M. C.
Very clean and tidy, staff that we spoke to friendly. Only issue we had was the mixed messages about covid pass. Depending which member of security you saw if you need a covid pass.
S. B.
The excel is a fantastic venue. EGX was terrible but the actual venue is brilliant.
J. W.
An amazing venue for comic con, great food choices and loads of space
K. Y.
Best weekend of my life, the staff were friendly, the people were extremely down to earth and the atmosphere was top notch. Highly recommended
V. G.
The Venue was easy to find, easy-to-read signposts with lots of assistance on site to help and guide as the place is absolutely huge.
P. D.
Exhibited at LVS good facilities, little expensive to be there but understandable with the easy transport links.
M. L.
The National wedding event 👌🏾 definitely one to go too. Great ideas and plenty of stalls.
M. B.
What a venue. Very large perfect for exhibits and large meetings. Nice restaurants as well.
D. M.
Fantastic place, security were great and staff was welcoming and friendly, great expo show
A. H.
It's been a few years since I've been to ExCel and it was nice to escape the Home Office after 2 years of not been able to attend a public event on this scale. I admit ExCel is a pain to get to for most people. Tube strikes did not help but the crowds came in their thousands. Only down side was having to que for 30 mins for coffee and finding a quite place for a Teams call. Great venue and excellent facilities.
K. V.
It was comic con. And that is always enjoyable, funny and fun. As for the venue..I've never had a bad experience. Its the only.venue where the staff really do seem to care if you have a walking stick, or small children that might need the loo if stuck in a queue. After lockdowns and a whole year missing, today was just so welcome and I don't think I saw one person less than happy. But look, realistically, its going to be crowded, there's going to be queues. So take your own.drinks, at least one, and have a good breakfast. There's all sorts to choose.from subway to noodles. You had to show proof of vaccination or a negative flow test result. So everyone is safe. So go, what ever it is you want to be part of, just go and have some fun.
F. B. I.
Huge venue. Very easy to get to.
D. H.
It's the first time I've visited and I was quite impressed. The facilities were great and plenty of food choice, although most could do with being a little cheaper!! And some more seating areas would be appreciated at times.
P. W.
Excellent venue for this year's horse of year year show. Plenty of space and modern facilities including plenty to eat and drink .. Feels more like a theme park than an exhibition centre.
P. R.
One of the best venues I have been to. Easy access, plenty of parking and easy to get out of. The horse show was great as well.
J. F.
The London Bike Show, is a smaller version of Motorcycle Live held at the NEC in November.
m. f.
Great transport links...massive venue with loads of toilets and food outlets available..unfortunately the food outlets are tad expensive. Bring a packed lunch :-) or a second mortgage. Suppose it's normal with a captive audience.
S. S.
A great event venue located close to the city airport in London. I have been here a few times and it’s well laid out with great big hallway through the middle and, big rooms and convention area around it. Multiple floors with meeting rooms and breakout rooms as well. Lots of food options inside and around the place. Not a bad location at all for a convention.
E. M.
I went when Comic Con was there and it was one of the funnest weekends in a long time.
P. M.
Very quiet first beauty show after covid
G. M.
My Wife and I went to the MCN Motorcycle Show and really enjoyed it. The venue itself was really very good and clean with ample parking.
B. P.
Fantastic venue for shows and events with close links to the O2. Good for getting your step count up too.
G. “. C. C.
Very impressive as an event venue. First time I've been, very organised and clean. Lots of catering options and plenty of loo's.
L. J.
Largest exhibition space located close to the city airport in London, too far from central London. I have been here a few times and it’s very well arranged outlets, coffee shop with snacks sandwich and drink around. Toilets available. Lots of food options inside and around the place. Not a bad location at all for a modern exhibition space. Wheelchairs people are welcome too.
M. S.
Amazing experience and stunning opportunity to learn modern technologies from inside.
H. W.
I have visited the excel twice now for the Cake and Bake show, it is a huge venue with lots of food choices. The food outlets can be very expensive with long queues!
Parking is great at the venue however on event days it’s £20 for the day. Might be cheaper to park further away for cheaper.
The bathroom facilities are always very clean and tidy, not something you expect with such a vast amount of visitors.
They offer various events through the year, all details on website.
I would recommend to visit and I will be visiting again.
A. W.
Great show! Equifog were super helpful, superb product!
M. W.
Whether to the London International horse show. First time here very impressed with the catering, and size of the venue. Very spacious and not on top of everyone. Great 😉
C. B.
Brilliant venue, visited for Comicon. Lovely open spaces with plenty of facilities for any event, and easy to find your way around in despite the massive size. I'm so glad that Comicon is held here because the possibilities are pretty much endless and the grounds are lovely to relax in with friends and family.
M. R.
A good exhibition space in a nice location overlooking the dock area with several hotels of different prices nearby. Not the easiest to get to and food concessions are relatively expensive.
M.
My first time inside the ExCel centre actually, and it was only for the greatest show on earth; the vaccine rollout! From parking the car to getting the jab, the NHS and all their volunteers are there to assist you and make the whole process as painless as possible in the most professional way. So get yours when you are offered it - if you can - so we can all get back to doing normal things this summer.
The building itself is massive, made up of two large halls, and (post pandemic) you won't go hungry when you visit, as there's loads of places to eat or grab a coffee. Whilst a bit expensive (but free whilst you get vaccinated), there's ample parking too. Don't drive? Not a problem, the centre has not one but two DLR train stations!
Normally at ExCel you'd get lots of trade events and stuff like boat and motor shows, and Comic Con that the public can go to, which would probably explain why once a year the tube is full of wierd looking characters en masse, as opposed to the odd one or two on a daily basis. But for every cool-looking Wonder Woman or Batman you see when Comic Con's in town, there's a badly-dressed mummy or a zombie doing pilates on the tube platform not far behind! All good fun.
There are six hotels on the site should you want to make a night of it, or if you're here on business, but the area around the centre doesn't have a lot to offer really so I'd recommend going into central London for something to do - about 8 miles by car or 20 minutes on the train.
City airport is just up the road, and as soon as it's finished (2022?) you'll be able to jump on the Elizabeth Line all the way to Heathrow airport in less than an hour if need be, or go to watch a show at one of London's many theatres in the West End, arriving in the time it takes to boil an egg.
Whether it's to get the vaccine or to go to an event, you won't be disappointed with your visit to the ExCel centre
J. M.
My girlfriend and I attended the Mcm Comic Con 2019 for the whole three days. The event was fantastic and I would highly recommend everyone of all ages to attend also!! There is so much for all to do from gaming, films, TV, comic books and costume play! I couldn't possibly put into words how much fun it was.
D.
Incredible venue, everything was absolutely huge. However at times the staff would require you to use the back entrance and given the size of this place that would be a 20 minute walk. The COVID check for events is lackluster as well as they didn't even properly check our COVID passes. The experience is still amazing however.
R. B.
We went to a burger stall at 11am and they had no burgers no rolls no sasages .very poor show .the bike show was good u till i found out that most of the stalls selling protetive stuff did not meet britsh standards
C. M.
I enjoyed this place a lot. I'm enthusiastic person of Classic cars and this year I invited a friend and we enjoyed all moments but unfortunately she needs to seat to rest every 30minutes and we didn't found any place available for elderly or disabled people. Please I advise the responsible administrator to rectify this inconvenience.
M. N.
Massive place to go. Very interesting. As I was there for media event I can say awesome experience. I learned a lot out of the event, especially about Adobe Creative Suit and news in photography and lighting. It helped me with as well to make a choice in buying the computer and what features the computer have to build in computer for graphic design work. There is choice of places to eat and take a rest. Good for day out and learn something new.
A. S.
Generally clean and tidy. Good signage everywhere. Couldn't give it 5 stars as crowd control could've been better and toilets not being conveniently placed. Once you're in an exhibition, you had to come out to go toilet - nothing inside. But overall, I'd recommend for exhibitions or days out with the family and/or friends.
J. E.
Amazing, organisation for last of London Marathon check in was brilliant. Never seen so many people all queuing in a totally orderly fashion.
S. K.
Been to lots of events here. I always have a great time with as there are good facilities. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Good links to public transport and there are some nice places to eat outside of the ExCel as well.
H. H. I.
Took a few trains to get to but once there it's a lovely place to visit. They have a number of events going on at the same time, I went to the cake & bake show which was very enjoyable. Picked up some freebies, had a good amount of testers, bought a couple of goodie bags and got a lot of baking tips and advice. They have various places to eat including a champagne bar. A must for small businesses and people who bake at home. Would highly recommend to the baking enthusiasts. Would happily revisit again in the near future.
A. A.
Big big halls for exhibitions. Great to network with colleagues at a conference.
M. M.
Attended a conference there. Very nice, lots of space for conferences, well organised, plenty of different shops in and around the place.
Parking nearby, £5 up to 4 hours the £20 from 4-24 hours.
J.
Lovely place, went there for VidCon London 2020 and I loved every second of it, it is a great place for conventions, it is in a great area with DLR and Tube Access, It has lots of amazing shops inside, it has good facilities, great food, great staff, great people and just was great overall!
C. J.
Behind the scenes of trade shows can be nerve wrecking, time draining messy affairs, but this place was... strict, and that's to be appreciated as they really know what they're doing. Smooth, predictable show during these uncertain times. Massively appreciated.
p. b.
Bike show was a little disappointing... Not really a staff presence....
The ExCel could be soo much more...
Toilets were clean though 👍
T. S.
Went to the Bett Show on the Friday. Was very busy but enjoyable. Lots to see and do. Not alot of good food chains. The car park is far too over priced and complicated to find also not very accessible. Their security vehicles are way over the top.
D. M.
Excellent venue. We were there to register for London Marathon. The venue was extremely busy with long queues. However, the event was so well organised that queues moved quickly and efficiently. Staff were pleasant and helpful and handled the logistics of moving so many people very professionally. Plenty of places to pick up food and drinks. Mostly reasonably priced. Can recommend the vegan hotdogs. Delicious.
F. B.
Wen't for MCN, good enough venue but much smaller this year which was a shame. Food and drink costs were extortionate which is to be expected of a venue like this.
S. C.
MCN Bikeshow. It was totally boring compared with other years. No atmosphere. No young ladies, lots of unrelated bike stalls. Won't be going next year unless the organisers stop being so bloody Woke. 😒😠😴
M. D.
Great venue with lots of food options inside. There was ample space for the convention and access was not a problem. The biggest are for improvement is that the WiFi provided was not reliable. Parking was good and the staff was courteous and helpful. Great hotel options in the area.
P. C.
I love visiting here for expos. However, they need to lower their fees to catering companies - assuming this is the reason for the inflationary pricing of food and beverages.
J. D.
I have visited many different events at Excel. All have been well organised, clean facilities and friendly staff. Easy to navigate, easy for public transport and spacious. Good disabled access.
G. R.
Catering is a little limited, with most outlets closing at 6pm, pricey, and run by the venue. And running out of veggie options! Well served by Docklands Light Railway, although not by tube or overground train. Quite a few hotels nearby, but few restaurants.
S. B.
I went here for the first time between the 23rd & 24th of October for MCM Comic Con. The Convention itself was great & the venue was pretty big; it's easy to get lost at times but once you get your bearings right it becomes one big beautiful maze. There's toilets anywhere & everywhere (should you need one), there's those things available that show you where certain things & shops are on the different levels so if you do have trouble then fear not. Lovely place to visit on the East End of London.
r. k.
Nice place for exhibitions. Can be difficult to find a seat at lunchtime. Easy to get to, plenty of parking.
m.
Visited on the 2nd day of the AWS Summit. Facilities are good. All the theatres have excellent acoustics and all the speakers are easy to hear. Toilet facilities are clean and the staff do an amazing job of keeping it that way when you consider the number of attendees. The price of food is however extortionate.
t.
Great venue for events and expos. It's modern, clean, professional. It has good facilities and diverse eating and drinking options.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the local transportation options are far and reliable.
The venue is located in a really nice environment, close to the docks.
B. B.
Great exhibition venue, adequate parking not unreasonably priced. Good selection of concessions in foyer.
D. M.
Surprisingly active Covid prevention measures, which is reassuring. Also a decent variety of food and refreshments albeit a bit pricey.
R. C.
Good to visit a exhibition but prices for parking , food and drink are far, far too high for most especially family,s .
D. H.
Motorcycle show very good covid policing.
If you are after a new motorcycle or clothing this is the place to go
H. M.
Lovely time at the international horse show.
As always the Excel was clean and well organised. Clear signage, lovely Christmas decorations, very helpful staff.
D. S.
First World Travel Market since pandemic, 3 days, sadly did not capture the atmosphere or buzz of pre pandemic years here, final day almost empty of visitors and exhibitors. There's better hope for 2022. Staffing levels good ( too many), facilities like Loo's looking dated now. Inferior street stall style food outlets giving smell of fried food though hall.
L. G.
Parking was fab for bikes place itself was exactly the same as NEC not enough going on and I am a bit disappointed
S. B.
This is a great venue with 2 large main halls. However the crippling cost of parking (£20 a day) means it’s not disabled friendly for those who need to drive to a show or conference there, as disabled drivers still have to pay the full amount.
Z. A. (.
A really great arena/venue for any sort of event though mostly I go to the ExCeL for MCM comic con London. However I still enjoy going to this venue. Plus the architecture in that part of London is great.
The journey is not too bad but just be careful of ulez(Ultra Low Emissions Zone) if you are traveling in or out of London as they catch lots of people out and you can get fined lots of money.
Q. K.
Had a great day here, a very open space which allowed for a huge amount of foot traffic, great for us! Easy to get to with public transport and easy to find your way around inside. The only downsides were the temperature (so hot!) and the catering stores inside. Very basic and limited options considering the huge layout. A colleague of mine with dietary requirements really struggled to find a meal, eventually settling for crudités. Bar that, I would recommend this venue.
T. K.
Massive place with really nice views of surroundings. Lots of places to get a nice cup of coffee from here. Theres are a lot of parking spaces here with a flat rate of £20 for 24hrs, which may or may not be reasonable depending on how much time you intend to spend here. There are places nearby where you can pay hourly parking rates.
L. S.
Visited salon International, great venue 👌
M. S.
The design of the space is very practical for shows as there are just two halls with a center isle. But lunch and when things get busy it becomes quite a mess. As everyone goes to the center and they’ve but seating areas for the restaurants there it becomes almost impossible to navigate. Better off walking through the show area.
J. D.
I have been to the salon international. The last time was 5 years ago. The exhibition center it self got way nicer since then. More places to eat and rest. Also the bathrooms are cleaner than last time. The organisation was very good and easy to find everything. The exhibition I visited was smaller then I remember 5 years ago. There were a lot of companies from China, who don’t really have quality in their mind. But the exhibition was well build and easy to go through.
b. o. b.
Very large events venue, catering to many other exhibitions all happening at once. Easy to get to plus loads of options if you want to grab a coffee but not many for eating
D. M.
Easy to get to on public transport. Once inside it is well signed up. I enjoyed my visit.
R. C.
Very well organized venue. Stayed at the Holiday Inn vey close..
N. K.
Visited the White Label Goods show here and found it to be a great day. The venue really lends itself well to a good show and all the surrounding water is incredibly tranquil. Lots of places to pop out for a beer after a day of traipsing around which was very welcome!
x.
It was an amazing place. It's full of kind cosplayers. I felt uncomfortable in my cosplay and they didn't judge me but they supported me. The people selling were chatty and kind. Many food places and restrooms. There's always something to do. Like the loser club from it were there doing a interview. Words can't explain how much I enjoyed it.
L. O.
Went for Comic Con. So many stalls and things to see. It's hard to write down
Easy to find the place, easy to navigate around once you can get through the crowds of people. But everyone is in high spirits.
R. Q.
Every year here for the World Travel Market
R. W.
The venue is well manned and very well organised. It's a shame that the parking is inflexible and shockingly overpriced (£20 flat fee). The venue on a whole was clean and well maintained. The food/drink stalls were well presented but there wasn't much for vegans.
s. s.
I went to the Carol Nash motorcycle show. Easy to reach and well laid out. Great experience
A. D.
This massive convention center offers a ridiculous amount of square footage, multiple varieties of eateries, configurations of floor space and a lovely staff. If you're coming here for Comic Con, know that it is *way* further out than you think in London. Be prepared for endless walking. Take the tube.
G.
Visited Excel for Comicon this year and it was well organised. Security staff were a little rude but that seems usual for these events.
Good choice of fast food outlets but they could do some more sit down options. Actually in general there wasn’t anywhere to sit down around the show.
Parking was well organised and plenty of it.
Would use again.
J. T.
I've been here on a number of occasions for comic con. Highly recommended for conventions of any description, as it has large accommodating halls. Unfortunately when it gets busy, you can struggle to move as you Wade through the masses, their car park was more expensive this year compared to previous years & the food prices are ludicrously inflated even for London. But for attending a convention it's second to none.
D. L. S.
Was nervous due to covid but really good as reduced stalls and great ventilation.
M. H.
Even though I work there it is a great place to go visit, Excel is situated between two DLR stations Custom House and Prince Regent, the site encompasses the Royal Victoria Dock and has a public thoroughfare that runs from the Prince Regent Station upto the Emirates Air cable car. I highly recommend taking a walk along the Dockside as it's clean, peaceful and there are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels nearby.
M. B.
I went there for an NHS training day. As it was lockdown it was really quiet. Nothing like the night I took my daughter to see the 1975. Lovely spacious building lots of places to eat and drink.
I. K.
Good decent sized space for live events. Even the seats at the back aren’t that far from the stage.
A. D.
It’s a long way to get here from central London. I came here for my Triathlon race. Summer time is the best time to enjoy a little stroll on the canal side. There are several hotel chains in this area to serve the exhibition centre. Inside the ExCeL centre itself you’ll fin plenty of options for food and coffee.
S. L.
New Scientist Live: great venue for the show and really great perks if you get the VIP tickets. Great talks and also lots of other things to do at the stalls. Food options could have been a little better but otherwise great.
J. L.
Attended MCM Comic Con Great time Definitely Recommend 👍 💕
R. E.
A decent venue for exhibitions with multiple halls. All fairly compact and plenty of food outlets. Better than some of the ridiculously large ones where you spend hours walking around a windy carpark. Good train connections and close to city airport. Massive car park. Only downside: it is aong way from central London and the wrong side for most of the UK.
P. G.
A great day out if you like your Science fiction, Fantasy Games and Comics Books/TV,Movies. They sell a range of merchandise from these areas and also hold talks as well. You can get signed photographs and selfie with some of the star's as well. This is always very busy, so come early especially on a Saturday.
K. G.
Very good place to hold big events.
Today is our (Tamil's) National Heroes Day.(Remembrance Day)
Who has fallen for our freedom struggle.
Unforgettable event.
G.
This trip was by invitation only. Nice venue clean, security at the top of the list always. Food venues ok. Bit pricey as always. Not a lot if people at this show. You may need to show a Covid-19 pass port, or no entry
K. S.
I usually go here for MCM Comic Con that's held twice a year. Good sized building and plenty of eateries inside. DLR just outside of building so don't have to walk far to venue.
J. H.
Great place to visit for big shows, loads of food outlets to choose from all good quality 👌
C. B.
Free parking for bikes, well secured and well managed so can't really fault my trip.
J. H.
Took the family to a dog show at this place thinking it might not be that busy. How wrong I was the place was packed. All kinds of breeds to see and watch which we did with gusto. Things were expensive, like a coffee and a bite to eat but I suppose you have to expect that as they have a captive audience. Anyway a good day (afternoon) was had by all. The reason why this has only attained a 4 star rating is the stalls where you can see the dogs were too small and consequently you couldn't get close enough to see the dogs, which is the whole point in going! Dispite this downfall worth a visit as the place itself is pretty fine if we're to ask me.
C. P.
Plenty of room to see everything. Food and drinks were well run and quick.
w. s.
Lots of stands and information to take in. Lots of new tech to learn about. Great few days
D.
Big, airy and lots of exhibitions going on at the same time. Could have more information about how to get to different areas of the place e.g. S1 vs N5. Variety of food stalls available but pricier end
C. H.
The venue was buzzing, very busy. It was clean and well organised early on. Toilets became littered and messy by mid day, anti-bac gels ran out very quickly. Trade stands were taking little or no precautions against spreading germs/virus.
The whole event was like Covid19 never happened.
T. O.
Spacious modern exhibition hall that hosts a number of events throughout the year.
Plenty of public transport links and hotels in the area.
I last visited here for the London Music Show.
Food and drink once you are inside is pretty overpriced, but that is the double whammy of London and a captive audience.
S. W.
Really enjoyed my visit
M. S.
Went to ExCel London for the Coffeeshop Innovation Expo 2021.
Great transport links to the convention centre. The venue had Covid checking at the door, plenty of sanitiser everywhere, and friendly staff. The centre was very clean and plenty of food and beverage options.
Overall, a great convention centre.
M. S.
Excel is a great exhibition space. Easy to get to by public transport and lots of places to eat. Only let down were the accessible Toilets that needed a good clean. ComicCon was a blast!
F. P.
Great and very interesting day. Education has been fully hijacked by technological development. The place of teachers needs to be revisited, as most teachers are not necessarily interested in technology. So a big part of the current system is to go out and start training the teachers on how to use these interventions, which, to be fair is highly effective and overdue.
k. G.
There was a long queue before entering Excel. Just a formality as people are showing covid passport in mobile. Under the sun, no. One able to even see properly the fine print and no one who is checking these bothering to check details just handing over the yellow tag to go in.
Inside its all business as usual. The halls have no sound proofing at all. Shoddy infrastructure at its best. Poor services. The restaurants take away closed by 6pm.
P. J.
Great venue, went to a convention and there was plenty of room, lots of shop and toilets in side. Parking was easy to find and was priced very reasonable for London. The Emirates airline is a small walk away from the venue and is a fun way to get to the other side of the theme's.
N. H.
Great venue, got confused by layout though.
Had fun at event anyway.
B. R.
Great access from DLR and short walk. Easy entry to building. Well laid out information boards. Plenty food and coffee venues. Clean and plentiful toilets. Water stations.
H. M.
Great venue, loads of places to get food, plenty of parking (flat rate of £20 for 24hrs), plenty of facilities, lifts etc, loads of disabled access, easy to get to. Lockable mobile charging points on level 1 (2 at each entrance) £1.50 for 30 mins and £2 for 50 mins.
f. w.
DLR improvement for wheelchair access Excel good disabled access thought very limited space for assistance dogs to take a toilet brake or have a 5min silly session. Can take considerable time to exit and re-enter the venue every time they need a wee. Water fountains turned off bottle water expensive
S. N. F. B. A.
Plenty food stalls in the Excel! Don't worry about bringing your lunch for any events that you're attending. Price is not budget eats but not expensive. There are two stops for DLR that brings you to Excel, either Prince Regent or Custom house, so check which entrance nearer to your exhibition area!
E. B.
Amazing Place. Extremely big. Lots of food choices and plenty of parking. Attended for a convention. Parking is £20 flat rate for 24 hours.
T. L.
I have visited ExCel London on few different occasions and i find it to be a very clean, organised and easy place to get around. Always with interesting exhibitions going on and plenty of places to relax, eat food and drink coffee in the middle hall of the venue. Wonderful views from the balconies upstairs and walking distance to few hotels in the area. Convenient and very professional, with plenty of nice and knowledgeable staff and security personal.
M. S.
Good venue and easy to get to. DLR takes you to the front door. Car show was great, layout not great and queuing could have been better organised. Great thing is that you can take in your own food
A. R.
Very good. Service exlanet .car parking facialities avaliable . Train and underground tube avalibale to get to the place.very clean and tidey.
All range of eating facialities availible. Halal to other range....
Atending events and show,s good. Will visit again to see more .....
V. B.
Went for the international horse show. Lots of shop stalls, good selection of food and snacks, food and drinks a bit expensive and not a lot of seating. Show was brilliant.
G. R.
A conference space which managed to host both a Star Trek and a major wargame convention at the same time.
There were a few problems though.
The toilets were difficult to access within the conference areas, the food providers in the boulevard seemed to be very demoralised and it was never very clear which entrance was the correct one to use.
W. B.
The food was priced exstortionatly 1.20for a twin etc,but the venue was terrific.
S. D. G.
Lovely exhibition venue, great facilities, highly recommended!
D. C.
The Excel has really good transport links via DLR. Great facilities on site to eat and drink. We attended the London car Show and really enjoyed the day.
Really good service available for leaving coats and bags etc for just £1.
Food and drink costs can be a little expensive bit overall what you would expect
J. W.
Good for all the events I've been to over the years, MCM comic con is my most frequent event and I enjoy it twice every year. They always have a reasonable range of merch and stuff to see. However the prices of the guests over time have become eye wateringly expensive, even just for an autograph! And also the parking charges are just as hard to swallow... I would advise to anyone planning on coming to MCM comic con in particular, come with your pockets lined as your going to find yourself spending alot! And I mean alot, that's if you intend to get the merch your after and see any guests you've admired.
D. T.
Easy to get to and well managed event. Well done to the organisers and the teams on the ground!
J. L.
Great place Carol Nash motorbike show
A. R.
Exhibitions aside, the prawn noodle soup from Chozen Noodle is really good. Much better than you'd expect from this type of venue. Exhibition stuff is OK too :)
l. l.
Was here for comic con. Very well organised and full of happy fluffy people 😊
R. Z.
We visited on few occasions so far. Comicon and New science Live. Amazing and very big venue. Nicely organised with big car park underneath, although you have to fork £20 for it. Coffee shops can get very busy during lunch hours, but i would recommend to bring your own snacks and sandwiches if you dont want to get bankrupt. Keep in mid, A406 can get badly jammed sometimes.
A. B.
First time to the ExCeL arena London & for the MCN bike show & it's a great place to visit or hold an exhibition. Plenty of food and drinks outlets to choose from, spoilt for choice. The bike show itself was excellent, plenty of new motorcycles to drool over & chance to meet some of legends of TT bike racing... John McGuiness, Peter Hickman, Michael Rutter, James Hillier & Steve Parrish to name but a few, also some upcoming stars, Davie Todd, Taylor McKenzie and Dominic Herbertson. First time to this event & thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be be back again.
C. B. (. o. a. M.
I recently attended a trade show. Most people rush to Costa coffee which is very busy. However the smaller businesses do not have long queues although they are more expensive.
Costa croissants were hard and dry.
The E16 coffee stand has the freshest pain au chocolat at Excel and there are no queues.
R. P.
The DST show at Excel was very good. Love the food hall and amount of toilets spaced around the centre. Excellent transport links.
I. K.
Parking price is not reasonable. The centre itself is good, clean and have a good choice of events. Excellent customer service throughout.
a. f.
Very good venue for different events. Covid pass required to enter. The food and drink prices a still to expensive. Good space. Always clean and tidy.
P. D.
Great exhibition centre, absolutely huge. Lots of different events happening at the same time.
Good access via DLR.
Tons of food outlets so lots of choice.
Good day out
MCN motorbike show this time, worth a look sometime.
f. w.
Every year I travel to the BETT Show in January. Originally it was at Olympia, but moved to Excel a few years back and I think it was a very good choice.
When BETT is there, usually the whole of one side is open for exhibits. The place is huge. Given that the whole of the north side was open, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from one end to the other.
Staff are very pleasant, food served from the downstairs restaurants is of an OK standard. I'm not sure what food is like upstairs as I never visited. Very modern and clean place.
After 8 hours on your feet walking backwards and forwards, you're knackered.
Located about two minutes from Customs House DLR station - it's very easy to access from all parts of London.
M. M.
Great convention center. WTM, being the largest travel show in the world- challenges the place, mainly the public transportation by the light train.
Limited food outlets a bit overpriced
A. W.
Good place.. recently visited to see MCN Motorcycle Show 2020, it has big indoor auditorium. Food & coffee shops are available inside
F. M.
Had an event here and was spectacular. Good place for exhibition and conferences with loads of restaurants and easy access to train station. Nearby hotel allows delegates and event organizers to be close to the venue.
M. A.
Great place
You can feel kid again. Supper Heroes place. If you really want to be admired and fell like a movie 🌟 try this place! I totally recommended!
A. K. -. M. C.
Was so busy when I went but seemed to have everything well organised and managed. Easily accessible and always hold great shows with good turnouts
F. F.
This place is giant
Lot of space for plenty of different events.
Lots of toilets and good amount of places to have coffee or snack. DLR Station just 1 min walk away.
J. R.
Went to cake and bake show. Very good. Recommend you go to Prince Regent rather than Custom House as its less busy.
B. A.
The Excel area is nice for walking by the river with many hotels all the way .. I visted ADNEC during the weekend and found many various activities for all the family (video games event, pkay areas for kids). There are many restaurants and cafes inside. I simply picked my latte and walked by the river .. I highly recommend it
M. P.
Amazing exhibition centre. Huge building with several exhibition halls, eateries and its own docklands railway station. However go outside and walk round, the area is amazing.
M. S.
Great place for any venue. It's also great, since there are so many fast food places to eat or drink. Food is fantastic in most of the outlets. There's also a Starbucks just outside the venue. There's also the Emirates Finicular crossing the river Thames and also a river boat just of the pier to go site-seeing along the Thames all the way to central London. You can get off in Oxford Street
D.
I have visited this great venue several times. for business and other events it is located 5-10 mins walk from several hotels in the area and easily accessible by DLR. There are also supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by.
J. P.
Great venue - plenty of good food outlets and loos, very clean. Hotels right next door.
s. l.
Very big place. Suited lnternatinal horse show. Found places to eat sit down and toilets. Great venue
Z. C.
Had a great visit here the other week for the business show. Staff were friendly and the place was super clean throughout the day
V.
Went to see the bikw show and it was great. Good space and very big are to work with. Had lots of food places throughout the corridor which were maybe a bit iverpriced but what can you except haha
H. S.
Attending MOVE 2020
More big corporates and EVs than last year, less exciting SMEs or innovative talks.
Everything seems to be coming of age becoming more main stream and corporate in just a short period, still big focus on Cities at the expense of towns and rural dwellers.
T. A.
Great venue as always with good access from central London. I usually travel by train to Waterloo and then Jubilee Line. It has a good choice of deli and restaurants. It’s probably my preferred venue in London.
H. M.
Fantastic; the scale of the place is enormous and there was certainly no rushing around when stopping at the adjacent Aloft hotel. Directions around the place were well laid out with plenty of restrooms and food outlets to choose from. Furthermore it all went very smoothly on the drive into London too with everything fairly well signposted on road routes and no hiccups when following a satnav either.
S. B.
Been to a couple of events, where it is always clear where to park, easy to access and find the event
Food/coffee options available, although sometimes varies, depending on the event (I had a take booked, and when I arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't going to even open that day 😂)
E. S.
Some of the staff were quiet rude. Had to speak to 7 different people to have 1 question answered and although about 4 of them were sat next to each they still made me explain myself over and over. Not many toliets.
M. W.
EXCELLENT place for businesses. Good communication, access and super friendly people.
D. E.
Huge trade show and exhibit venue on the outskirts of London. We attended the ICE Gaming conference followed by the LAC (London Affiliate Conference). While the trade show venue is extremely professional, we found the ancillary services (including restroom facilities) to be largely sub par as well as overrun by attendees during busy hours of the day.
A. A.
Seems a good enough spot, been a couple of times, once for BGT auditions other for Summer In The City. Good transport links. Concession staff in coffee shops clearly bored but that's no doubt due to the fast turnover of events and customers.
P. M.
Excel was on the second dose of covid 19 vaccine. Everything well organized, a lot of people, but also a lot of vaccination points. I waited 15 minutes and the queue was several dozen People
C. H.
Attended Salute 2020 but in 2021 - Covid happens! Great to see the demo's and a big thank you to the traders for making the effort and show us their latest kit. Thank you.
M. K. '. H.
Nice place, was a cold day and was warm in all the halls. Good transport links with the DLR outside and has a lot of nice places to eat. Parking is available with a few good hotels nearby.
m. B.
we came, we saw, we took over. Thankyou Excel for making my families first time at EGX a memorable one! Great facilities, food and spacing. Will definitely recommend to my friends for next year.
V. J.
This is the next best thing after Earl's court when down.
Great location for all links.
Plenty of food outlets.
Good accommodation facility.
D. J. M. x.
An excellent venue, so spacious & plenty food & drink outlets reasonably priced. Recently attended MCM London Comic Con.....Outstanding as always, if you haven't been get there!!! Next MCM in London is October xx
P. B.
Excellent venue for large events, top location with easy access to public transportation, hotels witin walking distance, plenty of food vendors inside the building, highly recommend checking it out
D. C.
Fab place huge car park
T. P.
I went for the London horse show and it was fantastic. Easy to park, lots of sanitising stations, clean toilets at all times. Plenty to see and do
A. O.
Attended top notch event: #WTM/TF2021
H. M.
The day I visited Excel it was very crowded as there was a marathon the next day. There were stewards directing us to the direction we needed to walk. But, there were no placards showing us where the exhibition that we were visiting was situated. So, it was regular stop and ask directions. Also, most of the entrances to exhibitions were on the right hand side and we were directed to walk on our left. A bit difficult to see what the exhibitions were on the right hand side especially if they were not marked clearly.
T. F.
Great expo centre good facilities. Usual inflated food and drink prices for average vittles. Food court concessions very slow in serving the salavating masses. Tip dont be tempted to use any transport option to get to it other than the underground and dlr. It may involve a couple of changes (coming from paddington) but it was okay avoiding peak times as you should even without covid restrictions.
P. F.
Can't complain. Parking was easy. Access to the halls super easy and the food available is great. Good experience all around.
A. L.
Amazing venue. Visited the Restaurant and Takeaway innovation expo. Staff were great and so was the event
E. G.
Big.. for exhibitors no sinage but most staff knew what and where were to go. A particular Spanish lad even helped as my covid NHS had not logged in and helped my colleague deliver items in carts to our stand. The recommended a place to eat.. Spanish close buy . Yummy. So helpfull. All security fab x
C. D.
Super noisy. Nothing is done to absorb noise. On walls and surface. You can barely have a conversation with someone.
Fairly good food and facilities.
J. D.
Great venue with a very professional friendly team at the MCN Carol Nash Bike show.
l. ..
I attended the Vaccination Centre. Faultless, what a brilliant job being done there by #NHS and many volunteers 💙
v. w.
Great venue for themed awards shows up in capital or platinum suits, alongside matching exhibition space, here's one we did recently, venue staff were great, letting us in with all our own av equipment, didnt have to use the overpriced inhouse stuff, many thanks, see you next time
M. W.
Based on my last visit... Avengers exhibition. Not really much organised. Visit must be booked by slot but we were waiting 50 min to get in. No one explain why we have to wait. Those with kids knows exactly what's mean to stand and wait for get in.... bored kids are annoying kids lol and loosing intrested after all. Visit took about 30 min. No toilet inside so be prepared ups...
The tickets we had from Groupon, lucky as normal would be cost around £70 (2+1) and definitely not worthy that price.
K. B.
A warm welcome, great layout, covid-19 safe, great challenge with just enough help for the game to progress. No car park but parked free on the road outside.
M. M. (.
The ExCel has to be one of the nicest exhibition venues in the capital.
Its location in the Docklands makes it really easy to get to if your driving. Plus there is ample amount of parking directly underneath the centre and for only £20 for 24 hours, it's pretty cheap compared to other parking in London.
Getting there by public transport is easy too using the DLR as the station is next to the venue and trains are pretty regular throughout the day.
Inside the venue it's easy to navigate as everywhere is clearly signposted and there's normally plenty of staff and security around. It's always been clean on my visit and there's plenty of space to move around even on busy events.
It looses a star though because of the cost of food and drink. There's plenty of outlets on site but everywhere is a premium cost and there's not much else for basic snacks within walking distance so highly recommend bring your own food.
A. F.
At last in 2021 the DLR was operating a normal service, unlike the disruption in recent years. Mid morning entry to WTM @ Custom House was efficient.
Great to see most exhibitors using QR codes and barcodes for visitors to scan, thereby massively reducing wastepaper.
E. R.
Very well communicated, loads of food infraestructure to eat, chill and get money. The hall is immense and has tall ceiling so energy flows well. Best place for exhibitions I've seen in London
m. f.
Tight security on loading and unloading,no problems at all
R. A.
Great to have London bouncing back, great safety protocols in place.
A. A.
I visited this place in November. Weather was awsom and cold. Very well connected with their local transport system including rail, bus and close to an airport. I have attended tourism exhibitions in several countires but this the best location so far. ExCeL (Exhibition Centre London) is an exhibitions and international convention centre in custome house, east London. It is located on the northern quay of the royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport, and is located within the London Borough of
Newham.
P. B.
Cannot wait for the British classic car show and other events to return to this amazing and well run location. Well organised and brilliant in every way.

Fantastic day out to see the mcn show. Drinks and food are obviously quite expensive but just take your own snacks. Met John McGuinness this time :) had a great time. They should bring back the show though.
K. S. B.
Went to get my mum's vaccination and I was asked if I wanted the vaccine although I was not in the priority list. They are using the Astra Zeneca vaccine. Make sure to know your NHS number.
R. L.
International Horse Show. First year here so much more space than before. Can not fault the venue staff. Always like the ExCel
D. S.
Attended a military trade show. Despite recommendations to the contrary I drove in and parked with relative ease. Not a bad space for the show but quite expensive at £100 for the entry.
E. P.
Wow!!! We went with the family to kids tropolis. Great location and very easily aaccessible by public transport. Clean facilities. Definite going to look up more events I can attend here.
M. C.
Lovely venue. Went there to attend EGX gaming channel convention. Unfortunately bar and restaurants had run out of most items; but it was last day of the show.
D. A.
Placed is located approximately 45-50 mins away from Victoria Coach, huge area for organizing events with all basic facilities covered.
A. R.
Very helpful and polite people. And the food it's amazing. All nice and clean everywhere you look.
M. P.
It’s damm huge and it’s missing that warm welcome feeling. I understand it’s dedicated for conferences only but really those toilets and missing chill zones are not that uncommon these days.
D. W.
Amazing exhibition and conference center place, one of the biggest in Europe. With his proximity to the main transportation options it makes it easy to reach and access. The huge asset has gastronomic solutions as well as different conferences rooms. The services are very good as well as the operational side. I recommended very much and sure that you will enjoy your visit to the place.
T. I.
CCR was a successful exhibitional event, attracting a diversified array of visitors, from medical professionals, to a large general public. Very well-organised, a relaxed environment, with interesting seminars and high end products and devices exposed.
M. W.
Very large event space, and can host multiple events with no trouble. Food and drink vendors in abundance, with lots of clean toilets. Located off the DLR
P. G.
Perfect venue for huge events, I go each year for the BETT show. There are guides guiding you from the DLR station and its well signposted once you get there. Huge wide open walkways, undercover, sadly you have to walk through the smokers to get in so you get a lung full of someone's smoke, which is a shame.
Loads of cafes, toilets, great lighting, loads of exhibitor areas etc etc...
D. K.
My siblings and I attended MCM comic con lots in place to keep everyone safe, not as many stalls as in previous years, but still good
A. S.
Amazing experience... Lots of merchandise and celebrities. Everyone just wearing what they feel most comfortable in and creating amazing costumes. Some with more effort than others but amazing either way.
T. W.
A great venue for large scale events, several spaces accommode multiple simultaneous productions with ample communal and catering facilities.
Have attended and presented at a few conferences here now and it really does do justice to your event. Easy travel arrangements with two DLR stations providing access to London City Airport and the tube network within short travel times.
M. G.
Decent Exhibition center. Good selection of food/coffee outlets, woeful wifi.
A. F.
Nice and tidy convention hall bit pricey for food and drink. Enjoyable place don't think it could cope with the crowds of rtx very well having to swamp hallways to get into panel's.
Overall enjoyable place to go.
J. b.
We went there for the Cake and Bake event but we were disappointed as it wasn't just about Cakes but there were also hair products, feet stalls and several other stalls that had nothing to do with baking.
Not sure if we'll go again.
T. K.
An exquisite experience from visiting ExCel London, a massive range of stands to visit in different industries gives you the chance to meet and chat with different company's and their people about what they have to offer with the latest development.
The place also have a variety of restaurant and food stand to choose from when you're hungry so you don't need to worry about what you're going to eat!
C. O.
Beautiful events centre. This place has more eateries than a Japanese market, places include costa, prime, upper crost, potato factory, viva burrito, wrapid, sandwich and co, baggel factory, chop'd, the bridge, subway, the pyramid, E16 cafe, river cottage deli, chosen noodle, rotisserie, delice de france, pummaro...
H. I.
Went to EXCEL exhibition halls for the London Bridal Fashion Week.
Good facilities with a selection of various foods and drinks.
Rest room facilities all seemed to be down loads of stairs which is annoying when you are on your feet all day.
The view is from the bridge near EXCEL.
A. G.
Great place to attend any trade fairs. The World Travel Market event was a moral booster for people who are eager to travel again.

As always MCM Comicon never fails to impress this winter at London Excel Arena, The Con under it's new owners Reed pop, really pulled out the stops with guest like Critical Role, and more, which IMO mad it better then the summer Con only the weather letting it down. The venue Excel is well managed, aware from a few spots where the roof was leaking, but the outside security Company Gainsborough had things sorted really quickly as it seems safety is right at the top of their priorities where it should be. Plenty of space in the under ground car park but even that filled up with this event. The only downside sides are if female are the toilets, not enough as the que we're really long at the busy times of the day and the cost of food from the vendors in the boulevard, which like many other ment a short walk out side to the bar, café and restaurants that were slightly cheaper. Good transport links with 2 DLR stations Prince regent to the east by Aloft and Custom house to the west pyramid entrance, the cable and also tubes and bus services run frequently. Excel as a venue is worthwhile and should have more.
P. W.
Great venue for the Prudential RideLondon Cycle Show. The place is huge, and there are other shoes and expos going on at the same time. Convenient for reach by train, free wifi on site.
A. O.
Massively big place...
S. L. C.
Attended the London Classic Car Show. It was a good show overall. Although prefer the Birmingham NEC Car Show.
London ExCel was easy to locate and access. Although parking was extortionate! £20.00 for 4 or so hours!!
A. H.
Attended the Excel centre for the marathon Expo, well laid out place, easy to find your way around, despite the vast size! Plenty of options for food about the place, and I am sure a lot of events going on, but I only had one thing on my mind!
m. p.
Nice venue.
Plenty of places to eat. Food not too expensive.
Toilets are difficult to access
M. A.
Bit out in the middle on nowhere.. but great space for events. Food court could do with a rethink. Queues and people moving between halls is a bit of a challenge.
e. e. T.
Attended the World Travel Market Event. When attending an event there, endeavour to do your Covid 19 lateral flow test else you wont be allowed to enter inside the venue.
J.
Bben before for the motorbike show. Place is massive plenty places to eat and drink. Lots of parking spaces available. Staff are very friendly and helpful this time during lockdown it was a shame to see it empty but following regulations so can not complain
i. b.
Very lively and exciting, the staff were also quite helpful.
Toilets are rather dirty though, so avoid those and you will be fine
Q. W.
Excel is a great facility but I always forget how big it is. It's relatively easy to get to (both by road and train). The only negative is normally the food which is ok quality but very expensive, it is London afterall
M. A.
Very well run venue alongside the docks, plenty of food and drink choices and the event halls are warm and well staffed.
I.
Motorbike show well organised, good covid support
C. H.
Leaving the Excel by car was awful. Over 40 mins in a queue just because the traffic lights change so quickly that only 1 car can go through each time
K.
Very clean, plenty of space, health and safety on point which is great. Friendly staff and security. Great choice of food and drink
J. C.
very smart and clean, always another exhibition or two that looks interesting, but im normally working at another one, so cannot visit them..
R. M.
Fantastic venue. Easy to navigate, and has everything you need in the way of food, drink, and other amenities
D. B.
Brilliant exhibition venue which hosted Google Cloud NEXT 2019 this week. Business and Social requirements professionally satisfied!
m. j.
GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THE FAMILY.
THE CLASSIC CARS WERE MY FAVOURITE'S. CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR
x.
It was an amazing place. It's full of kind cosplayers. I felt uncomfortable in my cosplay and they didn't judge me but they supported me. The people selling were chatty and kind. Many food places and restrooms. There's always something to …
A. S.
Amazing experience... Lots of merchandise and celebrities. Everyone just wearing what they feel most comfortable in and creating amazing costumes. Some with more effort than others but amazing either way.
L. G.
Easy access from DLR. Multiple entrances. Multiple food & drink outlets inside.
M. W.
Visited for the design con which was excellent with great independent designers of clothing, collectibles and models. The parking wasn't clear and it is a long walk to the covid testing area from the car park. Parking was free which was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
F. M.
Had an event here and was spectacular. Good place for exhibition and conferences with loads of restaurants and easy access to train station. Nearby hotel allows delegates and event organizers to be close to the venue.
m. B.
we came, we saw, we took over. Thankyou Excel for making my families first time at EGX a memorable one! Great facilities, food and spacing. Will definitely recommend to my friends for next year.
T. S.
Went to the Bett Show on the Friday. Was very busy but enjoyable. Lots to see and do. Not alot of good food chains. The car park is far too over priced and complicated to find also not very accessible. Their security vehicles are way over the top.
J.
Didn’t realise how big ExCeL was. Went for the Salesforce convention and was amazed. Fantastic event, plenty of space. Canapé food wasn’t too great though.
S. D.
Great location for stuff like this, food can be a bit pricey and lots of toilets closed on entry for some reason
S. P.
Best expo/convention center I've been to. Well organized and plenty of food/drink options.
A.
Went for comic con and it was an amazing experience with friendly staff and a lot of useful amenities.such as a lot of restaurants, toilets and water refill stations
T. S.
Not a lot to do unless there is an event but events there are great.
U. E.
It was really fun to visit the Excel for the Comic-Con. Absolutely amazing. So many stands however not as much game play stands anymore so you can get pretty tired just walking around.
C.
Went during the MCM motor show. Easily assessable, plenty of disable access. Plenty of food options, you can pick from some places outside if you want real food and not café foods. Toilets are badly located.
D. D.
Nice big building, perfect for ComicCon (@TaDahCosplay) but also great conventions all the time. Something for everyone
m. b.
Wicked exhibitions like commicon and ideal homes show small food outlets where you can get a bite to eat there's also a pub at the west entrance called the fox which is ideal for a pint as the sun goes down there's also a tapa tapa wine bar up above on the walk from custom house DLR station along with Starbucks and Costa coffee outlets at the east there's the corona bar serves a nice beer outside on the podium area along with links to ibis styles, double tree and Novotel and ibis hotels there's a local tescos near the west entrance about 5 minute walk along with a nisa convenience store also nearby is royal Victoria docks the home of the Emirates cable car

ExCeL (Exhibition Centre London) is an exhibitions and international convention centre in Custom House area of Canning Town, East London. It is located on a 100-acre (0.40 km2) site on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport, and is located within the London Borough of Newham.
When we visited it was not completely open but it's a wonderful place and is a must visit for all.
The centre was built by Sir Robert McAlpine and first opened in November 2000. In May 2008, it was acquired by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. Phase II of development, which included building London's first International Convention Centre (ICC) and creating an eastern arrival experience, was completed on 1 May 2010. In 2015, ExCeL announced the opening of CentrEd at ExCeL, a dedicated training and meetings space located close to the western entrance of the venue overlooking Royal Victoria Dock, adding to ExCeL's wide range of flexible spaces.

Amazing Security Staff, Just a tip for everyone, You will need to prove you are vaccinated or to show a negative test result within last 48 hours to enter the premises.
C. P.
Had agreat day lots of new bikes and the venue was easy to find with plenty of parking a bit expensive with one price of 20 pounds but thats london for you
K.
Stadium was great and staff really helpful. The event we attended wasn't as good as previous years, but the arena was spot on.
M. M.
The centre was opened in November 2000 and in May 2008, it was acquired by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. ExCeL London has hosted numerous consumer and trade, private and public events including exhibitions, conferences, concerts, weddings and religious events since its opening. Check regularly the website to find the event you would like to attend and for updates. The place also features bars and restaurants. You can get here easily from London City Airport and from anywhere in London. The place is served by two Docklands Light Railway (DLR) stations. The western entrance is directly linked to Custom House for ExCeL station and serves the Platinum Suite, the event halls and is located next to the iconic glass pyramid. From 2018 the western entrance of ExCeL will also be served by the Elizabeth Line, better known as Crossrail, connecting the venue to central London in just 12 minutes and providing a direct link to Heathrow Airport.
M. W.
Visited for the design con which was excellent with great independent designers of clothing, collectibles and models. The parking wasn't clear and it is a long walk to the covid testing area from the car park. Parking was free which was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
C. H.
Really like coming to this venue for events, it's a very big space thats really nicely layed out which means getting around is very easy to do. The place is always spotlessly clean and that's rare for such a big event space.
The food outlets inside are very expensive for the quality of food yet that's pretty normal for these places.
The reason for the four stars is that parking here is really expensive. £20 a day so you'll be looking at £60 parking if you'll be here for a weekend event.
One plus is the truly beautiful sunsets you'll see here as you can see in the photo I've added
M. G.
Great venue, it's large open area makes conventions feel great and people working are always friendly and helpful
J.
Had an amazing time at Olympia!
Helpful staff
Easy layout and parking facilities
Lots of lovely food places
a. w.
Not big enough to deal with large conferences also food is just way too expensive and the fact customs house DLR is out of service is a joke! You have to walk all the way round the building to get it. Also not enough seating for people you cannot walk for miles !
R. H.
Seems well organised, lots of places to snack, bit of a journey to reach by train.
P. N.
Nice and clean lots of hand wash facilities and water bottle filling stations and places to eat
P. I.
I went to Scruffts 2018 at the Excel. And to AWS a while ago.
The venue is well organised, has plenty of food with great facilities.
The S6-S7 hall was great for the event.
The dogs were all beautiful and groomed, a bit tuckered out because of back-to-back days.
Amazing show and venue.
D. H.
Visited to watch the ITV X-Factor final. Queue management into the arena was very well organised with large crowds. Not enough maps in the location to identify food places.
T. N.
Good conference venue. Food is a little pricey but there’s access to chains so at least food is familiar. In the summer good air conditioning. But if a maze between floors.
A. R.
Excellent place and a lot of meet up places and explore possibilities
c. t.
Wow a big venue for a norfolk boy lol. Great facilites everything you cpuld need on one site. I attneded for the ride london 100 registration and found the facilites to clean and top notch. Food pricy but then its london what else can i expect. The ladies at reception were very helpful when i needed help on arrival
S. S.
Great venue for various events, easily accessible by public transport with various shops, bars, restaurants and accommodation right outside. London MCM ComicCon held here twice a year.
S. A. S.
Attended an event in October 2019. Excellent facility. Affordable accommodation within walking distance nearby if thinking of staying close.
E. J.
With the many shops and various events, I always long to return. At the main entrance, I did have to show proof of vaccination before allowed in. Was not expecting that.
A. K.
The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes toExCeL London. Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to ExCeL: Custom House forExCeL (for the west entrance) or Prince Regent forExCeL (for the east entrance or the ICC London).
It is the largest and most versatile venue in London, with an impressive 100,000sq m of multipurpose space. Event organisers are presented with two large halls, two conference centres, 45 meeting rooms and the UK's largest, fully flexible auditorium.
At ExCeL we have free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using our standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
The Excel Center is a free public high school for adults that provides flexible class schedules, supportive relationships with staff and a life coach who works with students to find solutions for life's challenges that could hinder progress.
A. S.
Good location, convenient 10 minutes from Londin city airport and good rail connections (DLR) facilities very good, helpful security staff and cheap daily luggage storage at cloakrooms.
L. S.
Delivered branded games and attractions here multiple times staff are helpful access is normally OK 1 or 2 hours waiting on a regular install day
K. H.
One of the biggest venue for events in London. Near to Dlr station and easy to acces. Always nice events are taiking place there.
G. S.
A visit to the London Classic Car Show. What a doddle to get to by public transport. The show was brill with some stunning cars on display. Refreshments were easily to hand too. Thumbs up from me for a great day.
M. C.
Great venue, easy to navigate to by train, plenty of eating places along the main causeway.
Z. J.
Good venue, clean toilets. Not much choice in different coffee shops or choice of food for vegans.
X. W.
Went to the comic con and it was amazing out there, met some lovely people.
K. M.
Excellent venue in London, close to Royal Victoria. I visided for the "World Travel Market 2017 - London ExCel" I enjoyed my time discovering the best tourism event in the world.
A. C.
Went there with my friends for London Motor Show. It’s a grand building which accommodates many events at the same time. The selection of restaurants/coffee shops is quite small and they are usually more expensive than elsewhere in London. It’s not difficult to get there via DLR, however it’s super expensive to park there (£20 for 24h is a minimum), so there’s absolutely no point driving to ExCeL. Overall, it’s a great conference location in London!
A. H.
Enjoyed the visit to the exhibition. Place was clean and well looked after. I wish it was more "easily accessible", thats all!
J. P.
Great experience . Attended twice now. Excellent public transport links and free parking
D. S.
MCM comic con great day out with friends and great food and beer will be back next year can't wait.
c. m.
It's a great exhibition centre. However really lacking in seating space for when the lunch time rush hits.
H. N.
We were here for the Affiliate Conference. This place is huge and put away from the busy city center. Great place for a big conference of this magnitude.
N. M. M.
Have been to the Excel on so many ocations, is pretty far but easy to get to by public transport, you'll find nowadays it has a few restaurants around but over all not a great great deal. If you are going on an event f oid and drink can be especially pricey! Make sure you look where abouts your event will take place as there is two entrances and you'll have to get off a different DLR station. There's lots of Hotels in the area if you want to stay close and only a short trio into central London too.
A. R.
Lovely place for tourist you can spend your beautiful time here ...!!!
Beautiful place with free WiFi and you can have coffe or fast food from here
D. C.
Always a pleasure visiting the ExCel Centre. Last year and this year I went to the Classic Racing Car Show. The Special Guest this year was Nigel Mansell, a true Legend of British Sport.
P. K.
An amazing venue for exhibitions. Just came from a 3 day WTM (World Travel Market trade) Amazing seeing different groups of people showcasing their country, culture and foods. Also, the location is perfect as it is a 10 minute walk to the Empirates Cable carts which take you over to the O2 Areana in minutes, overlooking views of the Thames and Canary Wharf. Transport connections are great as the DLR is a minutes walk to Excel and 3 stops from Canning Town which connects you to the Jubilee line. Westfield Stratford is a further few stops away.
B. E.
Enjoyable day out, beautiful bikes, could do with more seating
P. H.
New Scientist Live - yet another well organised event at this venue. Easy to get to. Plenty of facilities and extra staff at both train stations and venue to help you navigate.
M. F. (. M.
A great place for conventions ! The food choice on-site is very good as well.
F. L.
Brilliant was here tonight for the vocals night show it was brilliant...words cannot Express it...enjoyed the night big time
M. A.
My first time here for a show and WOW I was blown away, what an amazing space this is. Its massive, great food stalls, prices are expensive for what you get, however you expect to pay that where you are, very clean building, with clean fresh facilities, the atmosphere was electric a room full of geeks, what an amazing show I cannot wait to come back next year and see what they have to offer.
A. J.
Great location, good transport links and amazing facilities, having both attended as a visitor and exhibitor many times.
K. S.
Went to mcmvcomic con here, the venue is fantastic, there's a dlr connecting to the underground really close by and ample parking. There's a few places to eat nearby and a McDonald's close too. It's massive Inside, and there's also a Costa housed In The main walkway for those of us craving a coffee.
i.
World class venue for all kind of events, food and drinks can be a bit expensive on site as there's not much around apart from the "Airline cafe" that still serves a decent full breakfast under £5(couple of hundred yards west of Excel)
C. C.
A great event in the years of my life I've seen car shows, guitar shows, music concerts and Comic con! Excellent venue!
Y. G.
Very high standard conference/expo hall! 3-4 square miles. Easy to access by train. High variety of food offers around.
S. W.
Me and my husband went here for the Comic Con this year, the staff here were quite friendly and quite useful at pointing you in the correct Direction. The big downsides this place is there's not many cash points and given that it is a convention place it could do with a few more. However the status of the facilities there were amazing and the toilets were clean and given that a lot of people were coming and going that day it was really impressive as to how clean they were. There is also plenty of places inside the venue for you to purchase food and drink and there is a good variety to offer. In terms of accessibility to transport the Tube is a two minute walk from the venue.
A. P. P. P.
Went there for comicon and I loved how organised it was each day. Always packed with great sellers and events
A. R.
A very large exhibition center for great events, shows, exhibitions. You may find a great selection of dining between the two side of exhibition areas. The staff were helpful and pro, they have experience dealing with the crowd.
L. P.
I went there for to go to the comic con event. It's big, it's cool for who love this kind of things. I dress up as a Harley Quinn, they didn't let me go in with a real baseball bat 🙁🙁 At least means that you are save there. The car park is so big that when we come back from the event we didn't know where is the car.. we forgot to memorise the number 😛😛 after check all the car park.. we found it 😅😅 it's there food. But it's not a good one. At least it wasn't for us.
M. R.
Spacious and the seating is comfortably spaced. The signage to the car parks and inside the venue is terrible.
S. T.
The place is huge! Many different things going on simultaneously, which is expected from a convention center of this size. We were there for the London Marathon expo.
L. D.
Was here for angular connect conference, staff friendly and helpful, good facilities though for someone with sight impairment I found the signage difficult to see, placed too high for me to see and coffee machines nightmare to use, all in black and too small to get cup under without spilling. Have to give big Shout out to the event organisers White October who really went above and beyond to assist me, I can't thank them enough, amazing, that's how to do accessibility!
A. I.
I've attended The London Motor Show a few months back and it was really good. The show was well organised and there were a lot of refreshments and food to eat. The cars were very cool and there was drifting happening as well.
J. C.
It’s an amazing exhibition hall. Huge, well maintained and with exciting eating options from all Over the world. Attending BETT show here.
J. G.
Recently attended a conference to launch my startup and I was amazed by how convenient and renovated this place here. Lots of restaurant and easy access to city airport and town
H. O. G.
Fantastic venue go often for mcm expo London its much fun, only thing could do with is radar key locks on the disabled toilet doors as when we go to mcm everyone used them to change and leaves them in a real mess makes it hard then to use
S. H.
Of all of the massive exhibition centres in East London, this is by far my favourite.
E. P.
When I was there, it was during Comic Con, I found the place quite spacious and organized.
T. S.
Loved this place, I went there to attend a two days event and the space is amazing, great coffee shops and it's easy to get there by tube. It's located right next to an airport but you can't hear the noise from inside, which os great.
K. T.
We had such a great time. The staff were amazing, the facilities were great and the Expo and was wicked!
A. “. B.
Big space, great location, easy to find - me and my sister spend here amazing three days during MCM London ComicCon. Also, there are beautiful places to walk around near ExCeL - if you are somewhere around come to see river from here.
T. Q.
Nice atmosphere. Can get overcrowded queuing for lunch.
R. &. E. H.
Had a great day at Bett show, met lots of lovely people, learned some new skills. Plenty of toilets. Lacking in chairs at lunch time but that encouraged us to get looking quickly.
A. M.
Attended EGX 2019. There were some really cool showcases here as well as retro style games.. thoroughly enjoyed the day.
H. W.
The staff here are amazing, I had an issue with parking my mistake, they went above and beyond to help me out. Genuinely great people wish I had got there name's thank you
C. A.
Staff are lovely, lots of food options. Great venue for comic con
P. R.
Went to WTM that was clearly undersubscribed in exhibitors so they spaced out the stands but didn't fill the gaps with carpet so it felt like an unfinished preparation.
J. P.
Good travel links, car park is flat rate of 20.00 per day but you park right next to it
G. M.
Great day out
P. M.
What a great venues! This place is really big enough to host worldwide conferences and meetups. It's infrastructure and travel options make it exceptionally well reachable from the city. Even though it will always depend on an event organizers, the space is beautiful and spacious.
G. B.
Great hotel, extremely attentive staff and really made our stay special. Highly recommended, one of the good ones still keeping the Hilton brand respectable
L. P.
Relatively easy to get to, basic facilities for a show space. But food and drink are expensive.
