Had a great evening with Simon and Emily last night. Simon is a true entertainer. He makes it feel he is talking just to you . Simon is not afraid to show his vulnerability and is open about his highs and lows in life. Very funny but also thought provoking. Great clips of previous shows and upcoming. Emily was a thorough interviewer who had read the new book and researched Simon well The bonus was a free book with each ticket. As we are a husband and wife, we have solved one Christmas present and will give spare to our ecologist son!

What a super show! It was like watching the movie version of the book (which I love!) and we got our question answered so I was thrilled 😁 and we will definitely be acting on the sound advice given. Also it was the perfect way to get my husband to gain an insight into the essence of the book, which I think he is unlikely to read and therefore would not have been able to benefit from the life improving advice inside. I loved the interactivity of the event. Thank you Philippa.

Loved this show! Miriam was hilarious, outspoken and above all human. Simon Callow was an ideal interlocutor, asking all the right questions. Feel very privileged to have had a chance to see this wonderful lady.

Have attended several virtual events over last year, and it has been great to still be able to experience book events from the comfort of your own home. Love that you can watch the event for a week as well in case you miss the time of the event. The books always arrive in good condition, and if they are going to be late Fane are good at getting in touch to let you know.

An Evening with Stanley Tucci was fun, chill and informative. Jealous he and Kate had cocktails a freebie taster would have made the evening even better! Staff at venue London Palladium were friendly, masked and efficient.

I have attended 2 FANE events in the last month - Andrew Cotter, Olive & Mabel and Simon Reeve and both events have been absolutely wonderful. Easy booking system, good communication via email and e-tickets have meant a simple, hassle-free process. The evenings have been excellent - particularly the 'live' Q&A sessions and the relaxed nature of the events. I'll definitely be looking out for more (already booked Sir Ranulph Fiennes!)

Absolutely fabulous evening. Iconic venue. Confident given amount of checks when entry but did not impede or delay. Staff great at stopping people taking photos and filming which ruins experiences so often Stanley Tucci was just wonderful, charming but, we felt, open. Kate Mosse is a natural interviewer, funny but not afraid to ask dark or difficult questions. Thé rapport between them added to the experience. I think we could have all sat there listening to them for hours. As it was over two hours flew by. Évent was well organised as ever by Fane. Gréât customer service.

My step daughter is 17 years old and she introduced me to Simon Reeve’s videos about a year ago. She holds him dear and sees him as a real force of good in this world. My step daughter lives in Brighton where she is working on her A Levels so we don’t see her as much as we would like. When I saw your advertisement for An Evening with Simon Reeve I knew it was the perfect opportunity to spend an inspiring night connecting with her while listening to Simon share his story. She and I shared tears as he read correspondence from a fan (as well as sharing his vulnerability while letting go of his son’s little pants that no longer fit him). It was a powerful night that drove home the truth that there is always a path out there for each one of us as long as we are brave enough to follow our heart and blessed with a bit of LUCK on our side. We left the Barbican ready to make more of an effort at connecting with others, being more in the moment and getting a bit more angry about climate change in hopes of making our own little difference. Thank you for organising such a night!

Tuesday (7/9/21) night’s entertainment was Philippa Perry in ‘conversation with you’ at the Barbican. I am so NOT saying that in a name-droppy way. Quite a tough trick combining psychotherapy with humour but Philippa (dressed in a stunning Issey Miyake frock) pulled it off with aplomb. The humour didn’t conceal the messages to be taken away - I particularly liked the section on Maximisers and Satisficers in relationships. The former hold out for perfection and the latter have a ‘that’ll do’ attitude - and guess who is overall happier? And the message of displaying kindness even towards (or possibly especially towards) those who drive you up the wall. The gig can be streamed via Fane.

I contacted FANE's customer support and they were very quick and amazing to solve my problem and sent me another copy immediately. I am absolutely in love with the service and super happy. I ordered the Chain of Iron Tour book by Cassandra Clare, which unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted FANE's customer support and they were very quick in arranging for a replacement copy and apologising for the damage copy.I got the new copy super quick and it came in additional packaging which I can’t fault. Very helpful, super friendly and quickly helped with my issue.
