I rang Hallmark Catering Hire on Thursday 15th July about hiring 3 Tables, 12 Chairs and 3 Parasols for a small family celebration we were having on Sunday 18 July.
From the get go they were friendly and extremely helpful. I dealt with Stephanie and Paige.
My cousin picked up the order for me (per Stephanie’s suggestion – meant the delivery/collection price was halved) on Friday 16th and when he dropped it off I realised that one of the tables could not be used and two of the parasols were a bit grotty. I took pics and tried to email Hallmark but it wouldn’t go through so I rang. Paige said they didn’t even need to see the pics and that she would arrange for replacement items to be sent. In no time at all there was a knock on my door and it was (yet another) friendly person from Hallmark with my replacement items (who I later learned was the boss!).
They collected the items this morning and even the collection guy was friendly (do they all drink waccy baccy tea in the staff canteen in the mornings? These people are just tooo nice).
From start to finish the customer service has been outstanding and dealing with them was a real pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
(PS. I asked the guy this morning if they were a nice company to work for and he said he yes, he loved working there! That to me says it all!)
pps. Pricing was fantastic and I was worried the things would be cheap as a result - no way. Good sturdy quality that looked great

Have used Hallmark for our wedding and 50th. They were excellent. Efficient and helpful.....if only they did a discount for returning customers they would be perfect as I have s 60th coming up!!!?
