T.Went lead climbing outdoors for the first time with Head on Out. We started out with a really informative indoor session the night before our day-trip to the Wye Valley. Ed our instructor was super friendly, instructive and knowledgeable, and left us feeling buzzing to get exploring some local crags. Would really recommend Head on Out to anyone interested in transitioning from indoor to outdoor climbing!

J. H.Ed took me on a 1:1 trip to Portland in July and it was exceptional. As a beginner it is really useful having someone who knows the best areas, then makes the experience super accessible by sharing has knowledge in a patient way. We visited three different areas in a day, with a nice variety of conditions and scenery. Relaxed drive is his custom van with all gear provided. Can’t wait to do another trip

Everything was amazing, from the practice session at The Reach climbing wall in London, to the day on the Isle of Portland leading our first routes! Ed is a great teacher, very calm and professional, and excellent company for the car journey to the crag! H. C.Ed spent a day teaching me about multi-pitch sport climbing. He oriented the training around what I wanted to achieve, and was cheerful, friendly, supportive, and very informative. He even arranged a belay partner to help out with the climbs on the day. Would thoroughly recommend.
