Asif Bhai was really helpful from helping us choose the food menu to ensuring that the agenda for the evening was set correctly. He was really helpful and offered a bespoke service which I really valued. He was there from the beginning to oversee everything and make sure that the event ran smoothly. The venue was beautifully decorated, even better than I expected. It has music facilities, bridal room, great transport links and parking facilities in the area. Also the food was phenomenal. It got served on time, it was hot and fresh for all the guest to enjoy and as soon as any dish finished it was refilled by the waiters. One thing I definitely loved about the experience was that everything was sorted in the package from food to decoration and all that we had to do is come and enjoy the evening. We had my brother in-laws Walima ceremony here last week. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Imperial Venue Owners and their staff. The team at Imperial have a great understanding of culture and they work fantastically as a team to ensure everything is seamless start to finish. They know how to create an ambiance and the management team were proactive in supporting us with any last minute hurdles we came across. Food was delicious, Guest complimented this the most, 10/10. The venue, once set up looked beautiful and I must say we were spoilt for choice when it came to choosing a stage. A huge thank you to the Imperial Venue team for making our Walima as beautiful as it was. We look forward to having more family events at your venue in the near future. 10/10 In all areas.

I gave the venue and overall experience 5 stars. Definitely worthy the rating. Everything from start (first meeting) to after care was more than one could expect. The venue lived up to its expectations, guests were extremely complimentary on the decor and the overall warmth the venue had to provide. Moreover, the food was exceptional. Warm, very good level of taste and served on time and continuously - usually wedding food can be hit and miss but this was more than a hit!! The catering team very much lived up standards of providing exceptional service. Asif, was available before, during and after the event and answered all questions that we had. He very much put us at ease and delivered a stunning event for us to host our guests. What Asif provides is a personal service which was tailored to us than a standard packaged service which made all the difference in choosing a venue and I could not recommend Imperial Venue, Asif and his team more highly!

Our experience was great and even better than previously! We have used Imperial Venue for an event before and knew the team is amazing here, but this time the organisation, communication and collaboration of the Imperial team was simply the best we’ve experienced from any venue! We initially discussed the package, timings, food menu and other logistics and to say it was seamless is an understatement, no issues or doubts were left leaving the meeting. Then in the lead up to the event, if there was anything that we needed to confirm Asif Bhai was there and reassured us that everything was being handled, and clearly, it was. On the day, Asif Bhai was there overseeing the entire organisation of the event, but had dedicated people handling food / setup, who were at hand whenever needed. And not to forget, super helpful too. I was able to tell them when we wanted food, or if we had delays in the running of the event. And on that, the food was simply delicious, very well served, and the staff was super quick and efficient in attending all guests. All in all, it has been a great experience, I’d recommend anyone and everyone to reach out to Imperial for their next event!

It is beginning to show it age, it looks dated, could do with a lick of paint and a touch of mordennisation, the chairs had stains on them and cutlery looked from the dark ages. On the bright side the service was good and the food was good but not the best.

We found the parking really far from the venue, there is yellow lines all around the building which was really frustrating specially when you have young children with you. Overall it was good.🤩

Hosted my brothers wedding at this venue with Asif and Zubair bhai. Both brothers were lovely and catered to all our wishes. The food was absolutely delicious, everybody at the venue gave us very positive feedback on how much they liked the food. The decor was stunning and the waiters were also very polite and good at giving us fast and efficient service with little to no waiting time. Overall no complaints from anybody who attended my brothers wedding, and I fully recommend this hall (Imperial) and the Pavilion in Walthamstow which is also run by the brothers.

We held my sister's mehndi here. The venue is quite lovely, beautiful high ceilings, lovely chandelier, quite a grand ball room type feel. The food was great, everyone enjoyed it very much!!! They do their own range of decor, which was very nice, but as we wanted a different theme, we had this outsourced. Altogether the venue looked incredible and it was just the right size. We had a a large stage area (off the platform as we had a four poster morroccan style set up, with booths and a big DJ), with a very big dance floor and walkway, we had 120 guests sit comfortably, so that shows the hall is quite a large size. The location is convenient and their is plenty of off street parking. It could do with some minor updates, however for the package, size and potential of the hall, I would strongly recommend. The staff were accommodating and very helpful on the day! Our swing broke on the stage and the team fixed it for us! I have no complaints and everyone loved the function! As with any hall, it is what you make of the space! But this was definitely an amazing canvas to start with, even without any decor, it would impress! Definitely consider for your wedding!!!!

I have visited the Imperial Venue and so far it was quite lovely! Nice decor, tasty food, clean place, nice prayers. The downsides are sometimes it's difficult to find parking, Had to park on Lancaster Road opposite the venue in front of residential houses but other than that it was fine, and the guy that was speaking in the mic was loud and was raising his voice when the Groom came, the speakers were so loud that I felt the place vibrating! Same with some music! I'm so glad I wasn't sat next to those speakers, I would have probably get a headache and go deaf! Other than the negatives, we had a lovely wedding, saw the Bride holding flowers walking in through the door and walking a line on the red lined carpet and stepped up onto the stage to meet the Groom and they marry each other! Yes the guy with the mic was loud but we were wooing at the Bride and Groom! Woo!!! 4 stars, at least! Good wedding! Edit: I would recommend coming to this wedding if you don't mind the guy with the mic, but it's a good wedding though! Recommend it!

As well as having a beautiful interior as standard, the stage and decor on the day were stunning. The catering service was fantastic. Not only was the food amazing; refills were served promptly and staff checked in on our guests regularly to ensure they had everything they needed. Myself and my wife had our wedding and it was absolutely exceptional, everything down to the core. Our wedding day was a day Noone including us can never forget. From the very first meeting, Asif (the manager of the hall) was able to ensure that he could meet all of our needs and ensure that we were satisfied and the happiest of what was being offered to us. We had a chocolate fountain, we were able to choose a beautiful floral Stage and our head table flowers it was ensured that everything went with our theme and looked elegant and beautiful. We had many meetings with asif, to discuss different areas and not once were we disappointed. Moving on to the food, when it came to setting the menu, we were spoilt for choices, the food on the day was delicious, asif recommended us what would be really nice and fortunately we were not disappointed at all. The food was amazing and the service was very good too. All our guests enjoyed the food and asked who had catered. Our menu consisted of three starters ; aloo papri chaat, seekh kebabs and peri peri chicken, mains ; mixed veg curry, meat biryani and chicken karahi, and for dessert delicious gajar halwa with ice cream. It was all as I have mentioned extremely delicious. Our wedding stage was absolutely breathtaking, a floral backdrop which went well with the whole floral theme we wanted, if was absolutely beautiful. Asif was there throughout the event ensuring that nothing went wrong. Overall our whole wedding day was beautiful and it was a day neither of us or our friends and family could forget and one person we have to thank for that is Asif and his team.

Arranged my brothers mehendi function here with 240 guests. The owner and his management team were fantastic going above and beyond to help make this a special night for the bride and the groom. I booked this venue for my mehndi 27-7-17 as I attended a wedding there recently. All I can say it was amazing from service to decore to the food. All my guest were very impressed with the quality of the food and it was served hot which with a lot of caters is a issue. From the moment we walked into Imperial Venue for a viewing we knew it was a YES straight away for my sisters Nikkah. The venue has a real GRAND feel to it. High ceilings, posh chandeliers, amazing decor, brilliant lighting, high quality sound system and speakers and not to mention a decent and generous sized stage area. We also viewed the kitchen and toilet area which was kept in immaculate condition (that's a rarity nowadays). The venue carpet is very well maintained and still holds its luxury feel and comfort. On the whole the venue is very well maintained and it'll definitely make you feel extra special on your big day. And now to the food...to be honest, we had no intention of ordering our food in house with Imperial Venue. By chance they had food tasting at the same time we went for a viewing. We tried their food and were amazed with how good the taste and quality was. They have a good range to choose from. The only downside is your quite spoilt for choice and can become a bit of a dilemma when confirming...but we managed to get there in the end! We requested a few amendments to what we initially tried and my god did they address these changes to perfection. Alhamdullilah by the grace of Allah the food was a big hit. We had endless compliments from all our guest. Every dish served was piping hot and the waiters were on point and delivered fast and prompt. Stand out dish had to be the lamb biriyani!! We thought parking might be an issue, but to be honest it was absolutely fine. Not a single guest had an issue in finding parking. There's plenty parking available in the immediate surrounding of the venue. Lastly, I must make mention of the 5 star customer service. Asif, the venue owner was on stand by every step of the way. The quality of service were both reassuring and professional from all staff. Little things like the way we wanted our table layout was a huge deal to Asif, and made sure he executed my plan to perfection. He was on site throughout the night and made sure he was around for our every need. Asif also made sure all his staff were preforming well, and his presence reassured us everything is in order so we had nothing to worry about apart from having a good time!! To summarise, all I can say is Alhamdullilah we stumbled across this venue. They really do go the extra mile to make your day extra special and stress free. The Venue itself in its looks and grandness will make you instantly fall in love with it. I would highly recommend them for your event. Go ahead and book a viewing to see yourself :-).

I had my son's 1st Birthday and Aqeeqa on Saturday 5th September and I was extremely impressed by the service they provided. First of all the hall was big enough to cater for my 150 guests and also for a bouncy castle and ball pool. The kids enjoyed running around and it felt very spacious. The food was off the hook, delicious out of my expectations. Fresh and warm. Great feedback from my guest which is always a Plus Point. Another aspect which we appreicated were the friendly and helpful staff. Majid the manager was helping us set up the decoration and it was much appreciated. I will definetly go back there and use their facilities.

Nice clean venue. Visited the place for a small function. Though the Hall and interior is nice, unfortunately the main foyer or entrance is very small. Not sure how they would get around to making it bigger?? But overall a not so bad place to book for Party, Wedding or an Awards event.

As this was my first mehendi event I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but the manager asif done a brilliant job, the food was amazing and all my guests complimented the food after they even loved the decor, the staging and most importantly the service was 5 star. I am not going to sum up the Imperial Venue in one word because I feel it truly deserves an in depth review of it's amazing assets it offers. The venue it's absolutely amazing it's interior is beautiful and I would highly recommend this to many of my friends and family. A truely an amazing and spacious venue. I really enjoyed the event at Imperial Venue, twice now! Ideal as a wedding venue in East London. Beautifully decorated, stunning entrance and a spacious bridal room separate, ladies gents toilets and changing room for babies separte. Very large venue, so great for dividing the women and the men for islamic marriages. Delicious food and amazing customer service, Owners very understanding and supportive, Excellent Overall service and truely an amazing experience, all family and friends enjoyed and praised the service, food and had an amazing time!! Would definitely recommend this venue as the staff Brothers dealing with the bookings are also very understanding and supportive, will definitely book again!!

Last night we had a big family event at Imperial Venue and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! I feel compelled to write this review just to let everyone know how great these guys are, and say a big huge THANK YOU to Asif and the team for making it a beautiful memory we will cherish forever!!! Every special event in your life deserves the best team behind it and the team at Imperial Venue were wonderful. Asif was our point of contact handling everything - from the early planning stages to execution on the day, the whole team were an absolute dream to deal with. We went with the Imperial Venue team five years ago for a big family wedding and even to this VERY DAY people talk about how great the food was. We came back again for catering last year too. You know the sign of a great event venue/organiser is consistency and last night was just as good if not even better!!! So naturally we came back for yesterday's event. Everybody knows how stressful it is to organise big family events, with so many things to think about and organise. But the Imperial Venue crew make everything a breeze, everything which they say they'll do, you know they've got it covered and it's hugely reassuring. They're meticulously attentive with an eye and ear for detail, the decor stirs the emotions and the ambience creates such a gracious, gorgeous atmosphere. The food is just AWESOME! Colourful, delicious, beautifully presented and delights the senses, just WOW. I've been to many different functions with both in-house and external catering and this is EASILY the best food we've had. The passion really shows and we're really grateful to have found these guys. On Friday the 6th of April I ran my nieces Nikkah ceremony at the Imperial venue. I have been running events for 16 years and have worked with many venues and venue owners. This event was not a job for me but a very personal and special day which had to be the most perfect event I have ever run. I can happily say that Asif and his team helped me to achieve that. From the moment I met Asif he could not do enough to ensure every request I made was met and my requests were not of an ordinary nature! He made himself and the Venue available to me in the days leading up to the event. I was introduced to his entire team 4 days before the event and they set everything up according to my floor plans to the millimetre. I was given the opportunity to brief his team to help me to achieve the extra details that turn a good event into a fantastic one, including a waiter formation! On the day Asif was present himself and ensured everything happened according to the itinerary I had given him. His team was amazing, our guests commented on their politeness and professionalism. They were extremely helpful. A special mention must be made of Sonya and Carmen, both women ran their teams with impeccable professionalism and were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, my every request was met with a smile and can do attitude. I highly recommend imperial venue for any type of event. You will be met with professionalism and a can do attitude. The Ethos of the Venue is the customer is always right, which is exactly what you need when you're planning a deeply personal event which is a once-in-a-lifetime event for you.

This is a rather average venue with no onsite car parking. Local roads are free to park on in the evenings and maybe weekends. The hall is all on one floor and is suitable may be up to 350 guests.

An amazing experience with Asif bhai and the team at imperial. Right from the start, Asif was proactive and managed to book the date I needed for my event. I was clearly informed about everything with no hidden information. Communication with Asif bhai was amazing with fast responses. The event was decorated beyond my expectation with no floors. The stage was amazing and large in size as well as the hall. The tables and chairs was super clean 👌 The food was 10/10, I'll leave it as that. Overall management from the general team was great. I was unsure about giving 2 stars or 3, but as the venue was okay for normal people so I gave 3. Generally, the venue inside was nice by looks and arrangements; but the catering from Karim was so so, apart from the better biryani. One really important thing that has to be pointed out is that the venue is completely unsuitable for wheelchair users. I haven't seen any other venue apart from this, that doesn't have a wheelchair access. Considering the needs of all attendees and invitees is of utmost importance, and I'm really surprised that in this day and age of advancement, I went to the venue in 2014 and now in 2021, there was no change and no thoughts given to something which is quite important and common everywhere else. Being a wheelchair user, I had a lot of problem getting in due to entrance having stairs. Even if there are one or two stairs, wheelchair users should not be having to ask 4/5 people to carry them up the stairs of the venue and creating a scene at the entrance. They had a tiny removable ramp but that was useless too, I had an electric wheelchair but still had to engage about 4/5 men to help me get in, who were ofcourse busy inside with the wedding preparations. The whole scenario was quite embarrassing really! Surprisingly, nobody else has pointed this out, or it's not important to anybody who's not in a wheelchair themselves. Maybe wheelchair users are not meant to attend weddings or such functions, is it? Hoping to see some beneficial changes soon.
