I worked with the team at Joyce Young to get a wedding dress made bespoke for my wedding in October 2021. The experience was nothing less the magical .The team are talented, warm and encouraging, which in the wedding industry is so needed, especially as a lot of brides have difficulties with body image around their weddings. I had been to many shops and tried on many Wedding dresses. Joyce Young was by far the best experience! The quality of each gown I tried on was premium quality and so well made, each dress was in perfect condition. Great quality products and wide selection of accessories on display to help complete the look. The entire shop is spotless and I felt so special every time I went for my fittings. Mary is warm and welcoming and makes every visit magical. Simona is very passionate and her work is thorough, I had an honest answer from them every time I asked them for alterations to the dress. I had to have the laddies there to help me and celebrate my special day. I have to say I highly recommend the store from the outfit selection to the entire experience! What a wonderful Mother of the Bride experience I had during a very trying year of covid. Mary made me feel so welcome and was brilliant at helping me choose the right outfit for my size, colouring and occasion, making me feel that I would look wonderful on the day. I had my first fitting with Colin, who was so lovely and kind and again made me feel like I was going to look a million dollars. Then covid struck and Joyce Young London were very accommodating at rearranging my fittings for a year later, due to the postponement of my daughters wedding plus my subsequent weight loss, which meant the outfit had to be started again from scratch. Despite the ongoing opening/closing issues they have managed to make me the most gorgeous outfit with just a few weeks to spare. Simona was my new fitter and boy does she know what she's doing and how to make you feel and look your best. My outfit fits me perfectly and I absolutely love it, the fabric, colour and style is stunning and I will wear it with confidence and feel every inch the MOB. The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing and I will definitely be back! I honestly can't recommend JYL and the whole team enough, it's worth every penny.

I would thoroughly recommend Joyce Young for Mother of the Bride outfits. The outfit I chose was far superior to anything else I had seen! It was made to measure - brilliant for me as I am very tall (6ft) & it was lovely to have a well fitting outfit. The style & fabric were amazing! This place is MAGIC and exciting - from the moment I walked in, it felt like leaving a dream. Every single dress is simply superb - being both classy and of a high quality and yet original with really beautiful cut. Mary, Deborah and the team are just the nicer people ever. Mary interpreted all my request better than my imagination, and managed to create my dream dress in minutes. I have been trying dresses in many shops in London and Italy and Joyce Young was by far my best experience. To all the brides out there, don't look any further - SERIOUSLY! - just come here, you will love every second and you will find your perfect dress. Besides, the shop also has incredible beautiful choices for the rest of the female crew: my cousin and my sister, just fall in love with it!

My mother and I both had dresses made for a family wedding before Christmas and we were absolutely delighted with them. The service that the team provided at Joyce Young was fantastic - the staff were incredibly professional whilst listening to exactly what we wanted and then did their utmost to ensure that the dresses were created to specification. The idea for my my dress was originally from a picture I had seen in a magazine but Joyce was able to recreate it without issue. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit if they have a special occasion in mind.
