I purchased the most beautiful wedding dress, tiara and veil at this boutique. The friendly owner altered my dress perfectly and she went above and beyond ensuring the dress was finished in time for the wedding. I highly recommend this boutique for anyone wanting an amazing wedding dress/ accessories. Customer service was outstanding.

I honestly do not know where to start. I have been married for 8 months now, and I found my Fairy Tale Dress in Kalina's Bridal Boutique. I had searched even in Blackburn, Bolton and Manchester for my Bridal Gown! To this day, the guests at my wedding have complimented my Wedding Dress as 'the most stunning dress' they have ever come across, and as I look back at my pictures, I couldn't have agreed more myself! And Kalina - What can I say? Such a beautiful, accommodating and an amazing person! Her service throughout was second to none, and I loved every moment spent in her Boutique. Kalina Bridal was my second wedding dress appointment in Angel and I nearly didn't go having thought I'd found 'the one' already. I was so pleased I did! Kalina has a beautiful selection of dresses and I found my dream dress there- it was not at all what I thought I would get, but just stunning- the dresses are so unique. Kalina does all of the tailoring herself, so this is great where you have less time as well. It also means you can talk through any adjustments and ideas in detail- and she was great at making changes for me which were essential for my wedding- including a removable train (so I could have a huge train and still dance!) and clips on the shoulders so I could express (pump and dump!) with a young baby. I highly recommend Kalina- whatever your budget, timeframes and requirements are- she'll make it happen. Thank you Kalina for helping create my dream dress!

Kalina is Amazing! I went to many different bridal stores, but once I found Kalina and her store, I knew that I found a gem (and never went to any other bridal store). The dresses in the store are exquisite and there are many different styles to choose from. Kalina herself, the owner, is very kind and helpful. She doesn't make you feel rushed and makes you feel welcomed in her store as much as needed for a fitting. I had a spine surgery (my back is asymmetrical and I have scars) and I needed her to adjust both of the wedding gowns I got. Kalina made the alterations herself so perfectly and made both of my dresses even better than I envisioned. The dresses were perfect and I felt like a princess on my wedding day :) ! Kalina stayed late many times just to make sure the dresses fit exactly right and she was super nice throughout. Kalina loves what she does and it shows, which makes her absolutely the best!!

I received really amazing service at Kalina Bridal. The sales assistant, Kalina, understood exactly what I wanted and was able to find me beautiful dresses which matched my vision. She didn't push me into trying on dresses in a different style to what I wanted, which had happened in previous bridal appointments in other shops and was just a waste of everyone's time! Thank you so much Kalina for your amazing help and kindness with my wedding dress! Every appointment I had was always full of care and it always felt like there was lots of time and I was never rushed. It's a lovely atmosphere in the shop because it's calm and the lighting is helpful, there is a lot of privacy because I had the whole appointment time without feeling there was lots of people waiting, which happened at the only other place I tried. Kalina had to adjust the dress several times during my pregnancy and she was always so kind and helpful doing all this, and even gave me a beautiful satin shawl to wear over the dress. She also made a very pretty dress for my 3 year old niece who was my bridesmaid! I am so glad we found Kalina and can't thank her enough for all her care, time and kindness! I visited so many wedding dress shops in the search for my perfect dress and nowhere did I get such personal, patient, kind, genuine service as from Kalina herself. The dress collections at Kalina Bridal were amazing and I finally chose my dress from there with less than two months before my wedding. It arrived with less than two weeks to go and needed a few alterations and my timetable was packed, but Kalina was never annoyed - she patiently stayed up on two nights making the alterations perfectly. She treated me like her own daughter and is an amazingly skilled seamstress. I cannot recommend Kalina Bridal enough!

Highly recommended. Finally a place where they don't force you to buy but actually let you decide what you really want. Kalina is a real professional, not a sales person who is trying to push a product into your hands by those classic sales trick in bridal salons. She offers good professional advice on the product and can help you with alternations etc. I didn't buy a dress first time round because I still have a year to go before the wedding and Kalina said more dresses will be arriving soon so I can have bigger choice. I bought my dream wedding dress at kalina and I’m so pleased I chose her boutique to get it from. From the first phone call to Kalina she was polite and friendly and open about costs. We went to try on some dresses and she wasn’t worried about how many people I had in tow (some places have a max number of people allowed in with you policy) and was so helpful. Once I’d made a decision on the dress it was easy to book subsequent appointments (even in the evening after work) and the fittings were so stress-free as nothing was too much for her to do.
