The party was such a hit with everyone and venue and staff were superb! thank you so much! The large soft play, seating area, Photo Booth, arcades and mascots for hire made it fun for all ages. We also got the drinks package and the slushies were a hit. The staff were excellent! Made the whole experience enjoyable and perfect,. they were super accommodating and welcoming. The venue was safe and having the place to ourselves made a difference would recommend this great venue.

Love this place. Great soft play. The guy that runs it is mega friendly and helpful. They allow you to bring in your own pack lunches but there is a little bar to get drinks etc. kids love it here.

I don't write reviews ever. But have to on this occasion. I've hired KB02 for my daughters birthday. And now it was the turn of my son. The place has been done up since precovid and is really nice. However what nailed it was the staff, Wendy and Yvonne. All was going well until our pizzas didn't turn up.....26 kids hungry with a fast approaching 630 finish was so stressful. But Wendy and Yvonne let us stay longer whilst we tried to sort things with another fast food place. Even though there was another event after ours. They really helped so much and I will not forget that......

I recently visited on 13th Feb 2022 and had a large group booking from 8pm - 12am. It was an amazing experience, and the 3 who were on shift that day made it all the more special. Special thank you to Stella (only one I remember the name of 😅) for her strong drinks/ slushies which definitely spiced up the night. We were able to request what music to play during the night and even had a photo booth to take loads of nice pictures. The games room was really fun, 3 screens to play different games on, a dance machine, classic foosball table and the punching bag machine. I enjoyed the table tennis spot and also the nice virtual shooting range. There was a large jenga game to play too, loads of seats and they allowed us to eat McDs in the area! Great fun all around. And then the main attraction - the adult play area! I literally felt like a kid again. Great experience all around, highly recommend.

It was amazing. I celebrated my 21st birthday here with my friends and family. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dj added to experience, making sure that our music needs were met. The whole place made you feel like a kid again. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I will definitely be coming back again for future events. We were even allowed to order food and bring food to eat. I loved it!!

Really good party at a fair price, hired a DJ and the venue were more than happy to meet our every need. Good for all parties, I had a neon party and got really good picture! Would recommend for everyone!

Great place, with a great bar (with reasonable prices) and very friendly staff. We were able to request our own music and also play our own Playlists. The soft play area, at first, seemed a bit small but we then realised there was sooo much and it was just the perfect size. It was clean, very well maintained and a fun little maze to go around. - a great experience for slightly tipsy adults.... Also, rather annoyingly, the ball pit was closed due to COVID until September... so the next time I go (will defo go again) I really look forward to using it! Honestly, at the end of the day, we all had a great night!

More for a younger crowd or would be a good place to hire for a private event. Fabulous host/doorman

We had 5th birthday party of our child. The ladies were very fridnly and helpful. There is a little game room and much have been imporved int he soft play. If you do an all-class party it is the perfect spot as you don't sahre with anyone else. You can also pay £25 and have unlimited hot drinks for the parents which is a sweet deal. Only downside - paid parking at the front and no food organised by them We went with Papa John's and it was a disaster - the pizza was really late which is not good when you have 40 hungry children and venue that needs to be emptied at specific time. But this is no fault of KB02 (just a warning to chose something else for lunch).

We had so much fun at this event from the soft play to the arcade, the music was amazing and drinks were served quickly. I would definitely be back, the owner or manager was very swift to refund a ticket as one of my friend’s couldn’t attend, much appreciated!

I really like this place. Staff are helpful, welcoming and chilled out. The parents seating area is actually pretty comfortable and you can walk around the outside of the equipment easily to find your child (without necessarily having to get in there yourself). It's nice and clean too. I have been here for there public open sessions and also for private parties, both have worked really well. They let you bring your own food and drink which is good, especially if you are budgeting. They also serve tea, coffee and juice. Personally, I'd like it if they sold some basic kid snacks (for forgetful mums like me) for example, rice cakes/ pom bears/ fruit/ raisins/ bear snacks. Other than that, this place is easily my favourite soft play in North London.

Great private venue hire. Have been here a few times for private parties and have always had a great time. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and the space is great for adult nights. They have recently started hosting events such as a soul music night which I am sure is of a very high standard. All in all I have had a great experience with KB02 and can not wait for the next event.

Fantastic place for kids and adults. The staff can be rather useless and unhelpfull, they look very annoyed most of time! Honestly speaking these staff members shouldnt be allowed to work in places like this!!!!!!

Had my birthday party here, the seating is nice and clean but can be cleared for a big dance floor, staff are very welcoming, lights and sound system added a good atmosphere to my party and the coffee shop/bar is very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Took the cubs here tonight. They all had an amazing time, and the leaders had lots of fun too. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Quick and easy to book as they respond to their emails fast. I highly recommend them.

I have been here a number of times, to be honest it's not the greatest place to take yoir kids, it's dirty and always a little smelly. We had a private party and cleaned up after ourselves, I saw dirt that was there for a very long time, you can feel the uncleanĺiness of this place. On a positive note it has good pay and display parking, price is fair, it is suitable for under 8s I would say had 3 levels for the children to get really engrossed on, 3 working slides. The best thing about it you don't worry that so they will get lost or wounder off, you can visible see your children by walking all around the enclosure.

The staff here are incredibly generous and kind. Have been here a good few times and have yet to have a bad experience with them. The facilities are great and they cater to all ages, not just children as they host lots of adults events which are great fun and well thought out. Will always come back and would highly recommend.

Great concept and works brilliantly for children's parties - the kids love it and the fairly recent redesign means that there is space slightly away from the noise for parents to hang out and chat. Staff are very friendly and place always looks clean. As softplay spaces go, this one is very good.

Went here for an adult soft play event. The venue is around the corner from where the postcode takes you. The soft play was a little disappointing and worthy getting their early before you cannot use any of the items.

We held my 6 year olds birthday party at KB02. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We love the new decor, the photo booth was great fun in addition to the games room. It was clean and well organised and all the children had a fantastic time.
