A great restaurant as well as a wedding venue with rooms dedicated to ceremony on a separate floor. Great food and excellent facilities with views all over london. I photographed 3 weddings there so far and loved the gardens and views as backdrop to the photos. The staff was great and all the guests were always well looked after. We even sat next to Sir Richard on one of the occasions, seemed like a nice chap. Oh, and the flamingos (and the ducklings) are awesome!

Where else in central London can you find live pink flamingos? Seriously?! This is a lovely oasis right in the middle of Kensington. Has a wonderful garden rooftop which makes you feel as if you are in a park.
We attended on an evening when there were classical music performances. Enjoyed the performances. Food was pricey! Cost £15 for burgers and fries.
Tip: Read the small print and you will find that a 12.5% automatic service charge is included in the burger stand price. This was deceptive and not stated up front. Curiously, there was no service, as we had to stand, order, and pick up our food. In other words, we had to pay a tip for a take away order.

Gosh perfectly content Pink flamingos and ducks in a roof garden in the centre of London!
It's a real surprise to get to the 6th floor which houses the restaurant Babylon and to step out onto the terrace to think yourself in either a zoo or Africa! Once you are over the shock it's a surreal but pleasant distraction. The noise is minimal and the grounds are surprisingly large.
Worth a visit. It's recommended to make a reservation for Lunch or Dinner as this location gets hired out for quite a few private functions.

Great place for a day out and it's free for everyone to visit. It is amazing that they have this on a rooftop. 4 flamingos, but they looked cold as they were shivering. But apparently they can live up to -14c. Only drawback, it is ALWAYS booked for private events. So do your research and call before you go.

Great venue for afternoon tea, or even just a drink. Whether you go during the day or at night, you're guaranteed to enjoy the lush gardens, friendly service and unique decor. If you visit dieting the day you can also spot the four resident flamingos, as well as the ducks going about their day. Highly recommend for an afternoon stroll.

Went there with a meetup event. Not very much impressed. It was also raining, probably that's why my experience was affected. Expensive drinks and they were not wow. £7.25 for the cheapest Rosé, but got charged £8.20 .. the view is not smth to kill for either. would go somewhere else.

Great place to enjoy beautiful meal or drink; excellent custmer service. This place oozes tranquility and quality despite being located 2 min from High St Kensington tube station and busy high street. Great choice for work or private event.

an incredible venue for our corporate event each year. Staff are super professional and food is amazing. Check out all the gardens and find the flamingos.
