I had an excellent experience but I think this was in part because I knew what I was getting with the party boat - if this is what you've chosen, expect guests to be going all out. The upstairs deck and downstairs area both played different types of music and the bar drinks were surprisingly reasonable given we didn't exactly have any other options. The views of London are exceptional and it's a great experience for a group!

We were on a London Party Trip in October on a Saturday. I give it only 3 stars because of the very long waiting time at the bar. We waited about 30min-40min in line just to order drinks whilst missing out the beautiful scenerie outside. It should be better organised or less people taken on board. The music was good and there was no safety issues on board. We enjoyed it but the waiting to order a drink messed it up for us.

My Partner and I had the most amazing trip on the Jewel of london with London Party boats Joshua was super friendly and made us feel super welcome! The sights you see are spectacular! 'Outstanding Entertainments' would like to thank the staff of London Party Boats. Especially Stephanie for facilitating the booking, arranging and organising of our 'Celebration of Life' event aboard the MV Jewel of London on Sunday 23rd September 2018 (in support of Cancer Research UK). Liam, Kirsty, Sebastian and all the Bar Staff were very helpful, professional and could not have done more to assist us and our guests. We staged an event earlier in the year on Sunday 27th May 2018 and was impressed with the service provided. Hence why we opted to stage a further event aboard the same vessel with the knowledge of being assured an equal level or a higher standard of service. We were not disappointed. On that occasion we were very well accommodated by Jason and Georgina. We look forward to holding another event on the MV Jewel of London in the New Year (2019). Thank you to the entire London Party Boats Team.

Was great and a safe experience and music was brilliant! Could have done with some crisps with the lunch rather than granola yoghurt (does not go with Prosecco lol!) but sandwiches were lovely! We did have to keep putting hands up for another drink so missed the last round before cut off which was a shame but there were a lot of glasses to fill up!

We want for my girlfriend's birthday and she absolutely loved it! Good atmosphere and the perfect event for a birthday celebration. Food wasn't amazing but overshadowed by how much fun we had. Our server was just amazing, so full of energy and definitely instilled that patty atmosphere Would definitely recommend for anyone, particularly if planning a date for a significant other who loves bubbles 🍾

Planned this start of September for my friends 40th birthday. Had a brilliant time, the staff had obviously spent a lot of time and thought taking precautions against covid. Tables were all spaced out, lunch box style food which was really nice and the Prosecco was lovely. Got to take photos at the front and back of the boat as we went past the land marks. Music was a good modern mix that we were all dancing to. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend this trip enough A* service

Had an amazing time on the Jewel of London Bottomless Brunch Cruise, celebrating my birthday with friends! Nice brunch menu and bottomless prosecco for 1.5 hours, in addition to enjoying the views along the Thames, certainly helped by sunny warm weather and our lovely hostess Claire, who was so friendly, attentive and helpful! We used London Party Boats for a club launch in September. As a company they were very professional, friendly and very accommodating for our requirements. I recently used London Party Boats for a large graduation party of 360 guests. The team were excellent from start to finish. The organisation beforehand was clear and communication was easy. The boat itself was lovely and the staff extremely welcoming. Would recommend. Also good value compared to other options on the market!

What an absolute lovely experience. All the staff were helpful, friendly and So polite. The boat was beautiful inside. The afternoon tea was beautiful I am vegetarian so I had extra sandwiches (normally as a Vegetarian you get a plain cheese sandwhich) however I got a beautiful goats cheese and roasted vegetable selection. It's the nicest afternoon tea we have ever had, simply delicious. The tour had excellent commentary and were able to see a lot of sights. I have never been to London before and this made the day so special. Highly recommended this excellent value experience and would honestly go again. Thank you.

7th July 2018 We hired the MV Jewel London Party Boat, for the Milton Margai Alumni UK third annual reunion. Generally, customer service was excellent except for a glitch when my usual contact was not available, resulting in message about our boarding pier not relayed. Infact, the very swift offer of alternative choice of the London Eye pier was the best decision to have been made. Being our first boat hire experience, the staff accommodated our lapse of 30 minutes delay in boarding. On board the boat was a wow experience in terms of music steered by our DJ Little and the superb entertainment of the boat, coupled with fan disco lightening. The gallery set up and the retractable roof of a hot summer day, are great features of this boat. After 3.5 hours of non stop supa dupa dripping excellent jamboree, all our guests were full of praises, and I knowing how to tune in to good times, had the best of great times. We have already booked the MV Jewel for a return match, oh show, on 6th July 2019. Special thanks to Stephanie, who always patiently swiftly attend to our services. Was an excellent service. Was a bit pricey; however, before the party organisers were very helpful and nice, and during the party the staff and caterers were very kind and nice to us all. The food (fine dining) was very tasty too: we have had a range of allergies and diets and it was all provided for us. Overall, it was my best party ever!
