We booked the London Rickshaw Hire company to provide rickshaw rides for our YOUNG@HEART guests. Our cafe caters for those living with dementia. We had 74 guests including family carers join our Picnic in the Park yesterday. They all had an opportunity to take a ride in a rickshaw and were accompanied by some of our fantastic volunteers who all enjoyed the experience provided by two fantastic riders - Jess and Ben. Those riders were considerate, respectful and had a great understanding of our clients' needs. Would recommend this activity to all dementia focused services. Well done London Rickshaw Hire - the whole process from booking to delivery of the experience was flawless!

My partner and I booked the mini sightseeing tour for 10th December this year and we really enjoyed it. The driver was patient and pointed out all the right sights, we saw a lot more than would have been possible on foot and the end stop - Buckingham Palace was breathtaking. This is a good tour to take if you are seeing London for the first time and want to get a quick overview over the best sites or for a romantic excursion as a couple. We were provided with a blanket to keep us warm and took our coffees on the ride. Make sure to check the weather as this is a lot nicer in the sun, which we had plenty of, but, should it rain, the rickshaw comes with a protective roofing cover. The whole service experience from booking to advice on tour options and the actually tour were excellent and we can strongly recommend it.

Just a quick note to say thank you for everything – the tuk tuk looked amazing at our event on 28 July. Thank you for turning it all around so quickly. Jessie (the driver) was extremely prompt and very helpful too. Please pass on my thanks to him he was great.
