I am so happy I found Love Spell. Not only are the dresses beautiful and unique, the whole experience was 1st class. From the start they were helpful and accommodating. My Mum and Maid of Honour live abroad so they helped me connect up my laptop to a Zoom call so they could be there with me while I tried on the dresses. We were treated so well during the appointment with lots of lovely little touches to make it so personal and special. My follow up appointment was just as great. Even though it was only half an hour, Amy really took time to make sure I was happy, letting me try on my wedding shoes and headpiece. I never felt like I was being rushed. I 100% recommend Love Spell to anyone looking for a UK dress designer.

My dream dress! I was lucky enough to have a destination wedding in September 2021 (Italy) and in keeping with the rustic feel of the venue, I had initially envisaged a boho inspired dress. After an Instagram and Pinterest search, I quickly found Love Spell and immediately ‘fell under the spell’ of what I saw! Our last wedding boutique to visit on the day, I was feeling emotional and not overly positive that I was going to be saying yes to the dress. Well a few hours, prosecco and tears later, I was soooo excited to have found the one! I did try on what I thought I wanted, and I was disappointed! I then tried on my dress, Diane, and with input from my mum, sister and the AMAZING Isabella and Amy, we just KNEW! It is so hard when you try dresses on that don’t fit you, you need to use your imagination and that is what I struggled with. (I am UK size 12/14 and was trying on a UK size 8 which wasn’t ideal!). Amy and Isabelle were so accommodating, gave us space and time to talk through and take some photos, and also were so encouraging of any changes/tweaks I could make to my dress (lowered bust line and some added buttons on the back). They were so determined to ensure I had a memorable experience and that I was going to walk away with a dress! A lovely welcome- a personalised sign with my name on- and complimentary prosecco! Both ladies- super friendly, communicative and just all round lovely to work with, regular WhatsApp messaging too! Due to the timescale (I said yes on 30th April and my wedding was 14th September) we booked the first and only fitting PLUS adjustments appointment for the same day in Guildford- which was a WHOLE day. This service was great and the seamstress did a fantastic job- we did underestimate just how long we would be there (the shopping mall the tailors is based in had by now closed for the day!). Lots of adjustments made, mostly because of my measurements (the wedding diet!) and Amy & Isabella stayed with us all day- again there were tears, including tears of relief from the seamstress! Tip for this- I was expecting another showroom/boutique as I had in London, however I was in a tailors where there are other customers, the busy seamstresses behind the scenes, and a small area for your dress trying on. It is a little cosy, not great lighting, however you will be made comfortable and again treated with lots of refreshments and encouraging words. I would highly recommend Love Spell, truly stunning!

My experience at Love, Spell, Design was really amazing. I had an amazing time finding my wedding dress. The dresses there are so unique and different compared to other wedding dresses. Just what I wanted. The staff were amazing and the service was first class there was aboard set up with my name on it, they were really welcoming and they helped my mum and maid of honour take photos for my other maid of honour who couldn't be there. The most beautiful selection! I highly recommend going here, all the dresses are gorgeous and there really is something for everyone. The whole team have been so kind, friendly and considerate to me when I have found the idea of choosing and buying a wedding dress quite overwhelming. I’m so happy I found love spell design! I live in the US and was coming to England to find my wedding dress because my mom lives there. I was only there for a short time and knew I wanted an appointment at love spell. The girls did everything they could to make sure I got into see them and I’m so thankful they did. I had the most wonderful bridal experience getting my dress from love Spell. Love spell designs are amazing. So elegant and modern. I came to see their selection and was a bit worried about finding something flattering. With only a few weeks until my wedding in Cuba she not only pulled all the stops out to make me a dress but managed to make a very similar dress that I had fallen in love with 2 years before. We planned our wedding within 4 weeks, so I was quite nervous about finding something in such a short time. Love Spell Design was the second shop I went to and I absolutely loved their slightly more boho, untraditional collection. I found a sample size dress that fit beautifully with some alterations. Temi did the alterations herself and quickly arranged the two fitting appointments to ensure the dress was altered with enough time before my final fitting and wedding date. Two days before my wedding I tried on the dress and couldn't get the zipper up (major panic!). My fiance called Temi, who travelled across London as soon as she could that evening, with sewing kit in hand in case an emergency fix was needed. All was okay in the end and I received so many compliments on the day. It was a gorgeous dress that I'm looking for ways to wear again. And I can't fault the service either - I was so impressed with Temi's willingness to drop everything to make sure my dress was okay.

I got married in April and I had a bespoke dress that I had dreamed about from childhood. I was very apprehensive when started looking at wedding dresses as I knew I wouldn’t be able to find exactly what I wanted. My sister who was my maid of honour found Isabella and it was fate! I took my design in and straight away she was excited to create such a unique dress. She reassured me every step of the way and made me feel like I was the only bride she had. Because it was a bespoke dress once we had sent off the specs it was a waiting game, which as a bride is very scary because I wasn’t to see it until it was made. Isabella kept me updated often and in general just checked in on me which is so nice to be made to feel important, even though having a business I knew she was busy. When I finally saw my dress before it was shipped there was a minor detail that needed adjusting and she had a “ can do” attitude which is fantastic! From start to finish she was amazing! every single person who saw my dress was amazed and couldn’t believe I had my dream dress made from scratch at such a incredible price. I can't rate Love Spell highly enough! I definitely recommend this bridal shop! Everything has been smooth including prompt, lovely service, fantastic price, and the most beautiful wedding dress I could ever wish for! I was apprehensive about ordering internationally as I live in Australia but was put at ease by postage tracking and constant communication with Isabella. I did have to let out my dress as I didn't lose post-baby weight like planned, but the dress was easy to modify. I actually recommend other ladies see a seamstress anyway, as the seamstress can fit the dress to your current body size regularly leading up to your big day. My dress is simply beautiful. Firstly I want to say how amazing Isabella has been from start to finish! I struggled to find anywhere that held the style of dresses I desired. But when I found Love Spell I was blown away. Isabella gives such a personal experience and nothing is too much trouble. Before my visit she had asked my budget, size and the dresses I were most interested in. I was travelling some distance to the studio and upon arrival we where made to feel so welcomed. She had hung out only dresses in line with my budget. This meant I was not tempted to go beyond that, which is exactly what you need. She was so patient and gave such helpful advice. I was spoilt for choice with all the beautiful dresses she had to offer. Once my decision was made and deposit was paid, she kept in touch every step of the way. Arrival of the dress was as predicted and I had decided to go with the seamstress she recommends as they had worked on the same dress before. I travelled back over and Isabella had made arrangements for the alterations to be done all in one day to save me travelling over again. The seamstress was brilliant too. Even though Isabella could not be with me at the seamstress, again she kept in touch to make sure everything had gone okay. Honestly she made the whole experience completely stress free. I cannot recommend Isabella and Love Spell enough. Thankyou so much for such a delightful wedding dress shopping experience and thankyou for my dream dress!

I bought my gown with Isabella last August and she was a pleasure to deal with since day one. I flew from Ireland to try on the dress in her studio and felt so welcome. She has the most gorgeous gowns and I did try on a few different ones, but I had my heart set on one. Having been to several bridal shops and always leaving empty handed I was starting to get frustrated but that didn’t happen there, her gowns are very reasonable price-wise and of such great quality, it almost feels like too good to be true! As soon as I put on my dress I knew it was made for me. We did have a mishap with the courier but she was very helpful and was in contact with me until we got it sorted, which was so reassuring. The service is impeccable. The owner makes you feel that you are her only client and really concentrates on your own individual needs. The dresses are of the highest quality at such competitive prices. I couldn't decide between 2 dresses so the owner sat down with me for hours designing a dress that combines features of both dresses which is currently being made. The owner updates me with pictures of the dress being made and the timeline of arrival. The turnaround time is about 3 months compared to an average of 9 months in other places. I've been lucky to have found Isabella Bridal Couture, I just don't think I'll get such a personalised service anywhere else.

I can't recommend Isabellas Bridal Couture enough! Isabella is so helpful, professional and lovely. Her dresses are amazing and excellent value for money. Unfortunately I was unable to get one due to my wedding being last minute and unable to get a seamstress (give yourself more than 4 weeks from start to finish! Lol) Isabella went out of her way for me which I really appreciated her efforts. Isabella goes above and beyond for her clients. I just wish I was getting married again!!

The dresses are made of high quality fabric and some of the designs are similar to haute couture brands, but the prices are very economical for what is on offer.
