Full of praise for the helpfulness, professionalism and level of service provided by Palette. Our family celebration was a great success, not least because of the supportive, detailed planning from Matthew and his team at Palette. This ensured that all elements of our private party came together seamlessly, with a fantastic mix of food and drink, outstandingly delivered by a first rate team. From our initial enquiry, through various planning meetings, culminating in the event itself, we felt that there was a real desire for everything to go brilliantly... and it did. We had the most fantastic experience with Palette from start to finish organising our wedding at Queen's House. Incredibly prompt, helpful and detailed and all the staff were brilliant on our big day. So many of our guests were full of praise for the food and flowers. Could not recommend highly enough - we honestly had the perfect day and so much of that was down to the whole team at Palette.

The whole team at Pallette were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They did the catering for our wedding, but they are SO much more than a catering company. Other than catering they took care of our entertainment, decoration and flowers. Our budget was limited and they were amazing at helping us to come up with cost saving solutions whilst still making the day feel special. Rachael and the team were so accommodating of everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We met several times beforehand, firstly to decide on the menu and then the tasting. All the options they presented were delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. The chefs were lovely and very warm. A few days before, Rachael came to our house to pick up place cards, table plans and decorations. After sharing a few Pinterest ideas, the flowers Mark put together were exactly what I had in mind, fun, colourful and seasonal. We'd collected jam jars for the table arrangements which looked perfect. Rachael was fantastic at putting your mind at ease, you just knew she had everything under control and there was nothing to worry about. They were able to supply some giant garden games for guests to play with too which were a nice touch! The organisation was impeccable and they made sure the day ran smoothly. The faith and confidence I had in Pallette to deliver the vision I had for my wedding went a long way to calming my nerves! Hire pallette and know your event will go well. We can't thank them enough.

A massive thank you to Palette for their help with our wedding in August 2019. We had a perfect day!! We originally approached Palette to supply drinks following the ceremony at the Queen's House. A lot of caterers insisted on doing both drinks and canapes with a minimum spend, but Palette were much more flexible in their approach. We then asked them to help with the flowers for both the ceremony and evening reception venue; they also provided electric candles for the evening and decorated our cheese cake. They were more than happy to help with anything we posed to them, and at a reasonable price too. They were fantastic, attentive and many people commented on how helpful they were. The flowers were stunning, I loved how they looked in the alcohol bottles and everything was exactly how we pictured it, and even better! The cheese cake decoration was brilliant too, they did a great job with that, and we loved the groomsmens' boutonnières, the thistle flowers looked beautiful. I’d also say that out of all the wedding suppliers we had, Palette were by far the most responsive and went above and beyond to help, including responding to my many questions either the same day or the next day. I was also very impressed that Mark went out of his way to help pick up the bottles that I forgot to bring; Matt and his team were so lovely and helpful every step of the way (including helping to calm my nerves on the big day before everyone arrived). Thanks for making our big day so special!! I would highly recommend to anyone!!

We chose Palette to be our caterers at Queen's House and they were superb. Our event manager, Rachael, went above and beyond for us. Even our last minute changes didn't faze her! We had such trust in her and the team that we felt we could relax and enjoy our wedding day without having to worry. The food was delicious and it was definitely a highlight for all of our guests. We used Palette for our wedding and they really went above and beyond. From the moment we emailed and spoke with Matthew, we knew they were the best company for us. They created food to match what we wanted, catered especially for a family member just weeks before the wedding and presented the most beautifully cooked, prepared and delicious food ever. As they are an events company, they even created bouquets that were absolutely stunning and made the venue look absolutely perfect. Last but not least, Matthew, Rachel and Mark were there on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly and Matthew even calmed me down while I had to wait in the car! The day couldn’t have been more perfect and a lot of this was down to the amazing team! We really cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them for any events. Thank you again! Jenny & Jody

Palette were incredible for our wedding. The food was delicious, but that only starts to describe the value they brought to both the day and the planning process. The team was so invested in us having a great day and guided us and collaborated with us and other vendors on so many details to make sure that everything went off perfectly. We also had to cancel our first date at short notice due to us testing positive for Covid and Palette were nothing but supportive and flexible. I can't recommend them highly enough - thankyou!

I cannot imagine my wedding without Palette. Everything went so perfectly because of them and I am so appreciative of everything they did. Since the beginning when we contacted them, they were accommodating, helpful and took the time to get to know us and what we wanted on our wedding day. Not only are Matthew and Mark easy to work with, but took the time to listen to what we wanted while also providing great advice and expertise. The food was amazing and the service was amazing. In our tasting, we got to meet the wonderful chef and discuss different food ideas we wanted. They were more than accommodating on the different dietary restrictions some of our guests had as well. All of our guests kept commenting on how wonderful it was, how friendly the staff was, and how beautiful the tables and food looked. Because of the collaborative environment Palette has, we really felt like we got to examine all the options and it wasn't a cookie-cutter experience. It was unique and reflected what we wanted. We really enjoyed working with the whole team and appreciate their patience as we often were sending many emails to them with questions and changes that we had. Matthew was quick to respond and helpful in all that he provided and said. We could not have been happier with the experience and cannot recommend Palette enough!! They are wonderful and we are so happy we got to know them throughout this planning experience.

Palette provided an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish!!! We selected Palette as the caterer for my daughter's wedding at Kew Gardens after a thorough process of contacting several caterers and tastings with two. From the very beginning, the attention to detail Matthew provided for the initial proposal was a true indication of the outstanding wedding Palette would provide. We planned the wedding from the US and got to know Matthew and Mark very well after a year. There were too many emails to count with a sprinkling of some phone calls and 2 visits to London. They were quick to respond in great detail with all it takes for a bespoke wedding. They provided great recommendations every step of the way, down to the last glass and charger. There is no question that it would have been magnificent if we left all the decisions to them. João, the chef at Palette, created a delicious menu, adjusting to our guests many dietary restrictions. The service was phenomenal, fine dining at it's best. Servers were everywhere, catering to our guests every whim. I am very grateful to them for providing an unforgettable wedding!!!

There are not enough superlatives to describe how amazing the Palette team were in the organisation and execition of our wedding (August 2019). Nevertheless, here are a few: patient, attentive, understanding, hard-working, professional, kind, calming and so much more. Everything from the flowers to the food to the organisation of the day was spot-on. Rachael (who looked after us from day one) was an absolute rock from the beginning until the day itself. I cannot say much more than if you are looking for caterers, can't make your mind up who to choose and stumble across this review then stop looking, you have found who you need. 5 stars all round.

So way beyond what was expected of a caterer, Matthew is a rock star! The food was delicious, waitstaff polite and lovely, crockery as nice as can be, but the standout on the day was Matthew. Leading up to the wedding he had done around 7 rewrites of the quote to reflect all the little changes we thought of and it never felt like he was annoyed by this. A few days before the wedding, we dropped off a carful of things to go on the tables like confetti, candles, name cards, and favours which were all perfectly placed on the tables – he even printed menu cards which we had not had time to do! On the day he was such a joy to have around from the very beginning, he ensured my dress was looking perfect before I walked down the aisle, made jokes to keep me calm, even moved the father of the groom’s car for us – the list is endless! Genuinely don’t think the day would have been the same without Matt there, endless gratitude!
