It was my first experience doing bridal fitting ever and Daniella was the kindest, most supportive stylist ever. I have never felt so cared for in any store, in my entire life. As someone who has never felt confident in a fitting room, I felt like a runway model, with her by my side. This establishment is extremely lucky to have someone like Daniella as part of their team. Thank you Daniella for making my day!

So happy!! I found a dress online, which I fell in love with and wanted to try on, so booked an appointment with Pronovias. Pronovias asked me to send over a few pictures of dresses so that they could get a rough idea of what styles I would like to try on, and when I showed them two dresses I liked, they made sure they were there in store ready for me to try on 😊. The sales assistant was lovely and so helpful and helped me pick out a few other dresses (just in case I didn’t like the one I originally wanted). She was so patient as we went through the dresses. Once I got on ‘the one’, the sales assistant went up and beyond her regular customer service and listened to every request we asked (an additional petticoat etc). Although, the dress turned out to be higher than the advertised price. The team wanted to make sure that I walked away with my dream dress and offered me 10% (which they didn’t have to, so thank you). I had been to another bridal dress shop where I felt pressured into saying yes (but didn’t!). At Pronovias, it was all my choice. So happy!!

To be completely honest if you know what you want and it’s a Pronovias gown go straight to Bond Street Pronovias as your first or second appointment. Pronovias Bond Street had so many dress options I wanted and even though I didn’t pick my first initial choice I picked one of the dresses in my top 3. Pronovias have such a huge collection their service is amazing and they are so knowledgeable. They always pick up the phone and answer any query xxx

I attended yesterday with my daughter and was warmly welcomed by Federica. I assumed only one guest would be allowed during this omicron covid time but the email said 2 guests so I brought my younger daughter too! I knew from reading the reviews we would only have one hour so was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to browse on our own to pick which dresses my daughter would like to try on. Federica was amazing. She looked at my daughter and simply knew from experience! She went to the back and came out with THE dress we ended up buying and it was on sale too! My daughter tried on 5 dresses in total but it was clear that the best for her was the one Federica showed us. She reminded me we get the appointment fee back and discounted off the bill which I had forgotten. She even provided details of their alterations company. I found a local seamstress instead as I did not realise alterations can take months! Federica kindly wrote up what needed to be altered. The dress ended up below my maximum budget as it was on sale which was good as I hadn’t factored in alterations cost, veil and bridal shoes! I have now had it altered down a size by Sanda Valentina bridal couture alterations with free fitting and altered for £150 total (waist, bodice and skirt taken in and bustle created for the reception) in 5 days (see photo)! Pronovias should add Sanda Valentina to their recommended alterations list as it would make many of their customers happy to have their dresses altered in less than a week rather than 1-2 months!

A really lovely experience with consultant Theresa and two of my girlfriends. Theresa was knowledgeable about the dresses and pinned them so that I would have the right idea of what they would like like once altered. Great selection of dresses.. I liked so many of them!!

Thank YOU Maggie! I Traveled from US/D.C. to get my wedding dress. The selection at Provonias London was excellent! VERY Unique, lots of couture looks! I Wanted Classic look with that right amount of Drama! Maggie was honest, very professional and friendly. But most of all she understood what I wanted and provided that with each dress that she selected. She knows her inventory and she totally understood what I was looking for !
