C. M.I had my first appointment to try on wedding dresses with Ana yesterday and me and my best friend had the best time. Ana was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and really accommodated us in the best way possible. She went above and beyond to let me try all the dresses I liked, and trying the dresses was such a fun experience as opposed to a fuss and an effort. She also knew exactly what to say and what to recommend. All in all 10/10 experience, I felt very special. Thanks Ana and Riki Dalal!

Highly professional service, yet with a personal and warm touch, I not only felt welcome but taken care of as if I were the only bride-to-be the team was dealing with! Flami is super friendly, experienced and has an amazing energy that kept me calm and reassured. Amazed at how any request I had was taken into account and all could be made reality! As I was torn between mermaid and A-line, Flami came up with the brilliant idea of adding an overskit so to be able to have both designs … 2 dresses in 1! In this shop, nothing is impossible ☺️ Would 100% recommend xxx

Wanted to find the one for my wedding Ana and Suzanna have gorgeous souls and so accommodating; after rejecting so many dresses they’re amazingly accommodating for me to find the perfect dress. Anna actually went beyond to dress me up with her woow ideas until I actually found what I look for. Trust me guys just tell them your dream wedding and preferably style and surrender. Flami is so brilliant at her job, incredibly helpful and supportive and she is hugely professional when it comes to outlining how wonderful the designers are and their dress creations. Her support and encouragement is incredible. Her sales and recommendation skills are awesome. In short it’s been an amazing opportunity to purchase from Riki Dalal. 😍. If your a bride and not certain where to approach don’t miss out. They not only have amazing bridal dresses; but more importantly a wonderful bridal support lady in their London shop. Don’t miss out!
M. M.Just had my first appointment today at Riki Dalal and I had such a great experience thanks to Katie, the wonderful sales assistant. As my loved ones are not in London I went to the appointment alone and had them on a zoom call. Katie not only was making videos on her phone for me to have something to watch afterwards but she was also managing my phone for my friends to be able to be part of that special moment. The only reason I am not giving the whole experience a 5 stats is because the shop only have the dress in one size. I am a 10 usually which means a 12 in bridal sizes so it was literally impossible for me to try any dresses in size 8. When I did I literally had half on my bottom hanging out the dress 🤦🏾♀️. As every bride is different I really think having dresses in 14 and 10 would make a world of difference.

The range of dresses were beautiful and Ilaria listened carefully to the styles that I was looking for and suggested others she thought I might like. 10/10 service!
S. R.I had the best time at Riki Dalal with Zuzanna. She was so helpful in every way possible. I tried on around 25 dresses before this appointment in other stores and I felt like I will never find the one, but she helped me a lot and we found a dress together that I fell in love with and said yes to. She even helped me with the dress colour choice and changed it for me before it was ordered.
I can not wait to go back once my dress arrives.

Angelique is an absolute gem and Riki Dalal are lucky to have her as part of their team. I've been to sooo many bridal stores and she is the absolute best by far!
