I had been let down by a terrible independent seamstress with less than 2 weeks to my wedding at the end of last month. I was desperate for a dress and enquired at the Bridal Gallery. Agatha was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and understanding of what I wanted. Despite me thinking I wouldn't have a choice, I was presented with a choice of beautiful dresses to buy or to hire. I chose my dress on a Saturday with fantastic 1-to-1 service, a skilled seamstress was on hand for alterations. I then collected my dress in immaculate condition the following Thursday and got married on the Friday! Excellent service, I felt comfortable and taken care of, and then felt and looked amazing on my wedding day. I plan to take up the offer of taking my dress back to the shop for cleaning and a keepsake box that will allow me to keep my dress in good condition for years to come. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend this Bridal shop!

Absolute satisfaction! I ordered my wedding dress online and they were way too big. I only had three weeks to go to my wedding and I naturally panicked. Luckily, I the amazing team of The Bridal Gallery London saved the day! Even in the middle of very busy summer wedding season they went beyond their limits to deliver my dress on time. The Bridal Gallery London put straps on my dress, lace over the deep cleavage, and took the hem up. They removed some diamante decoration round the waist that made it look like an evening dress, transforming it into a day wedding dress. I bought a bolero jacket from Ebay that had long sleeves - they made it 3/4 sleeves and made it fitted. My mother was impressed! - Thank you for fixing my dress - you transformed it into a classic!

I first came to the bridal gallery in 2017 to make alterations to my wedding dress. Agatha and Eva did an amazing job! I have come back recently in March 2020 with a designer dress that was too small for me (size 4!) . They have managed to add in an extra panel to expand the dress so it fits perfectly. What’s more amazing is that they picked the exact colours so it looks like part of the dress! I’m so grateful to Agatha and Eva for doing an incredible job on the dress!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! I said YES to the the dress at The Bridal Gallery for my wedding in August 2019 and it was one of the best decisions I made during the whole process. From the very first appointment Agatha was so helpful and understanding. She listened to what I wanted and quickly found me lots of options within a few minutes. I was really spoilt for choice! Agatha knows exactly what she is talking about when it comes to gowns and dresses and she ensured my dress was perfect, every little detail. I wantwd lace sleeves added to my dress and nobody could believe that those amendments had been done - Eva is a magician! Its exactly a month since my wedding and I cannot recommend this place ESPECIALLY the wonderful Agatha enough!! I had been to many outlets and bridal stores but just wasn't feeling the service and the attention given as much as what Agatha had delivered along with the vast amount of selection of dresses to choose from! The first time I walked into the Bridal Gallery I had a specific budget in mind and a clear idea of the dress that I wanted and Agatha made me try many dresses that she picked for me, all very beautiful. The appointment was very relaxed, she gave me her honest and sincere opinion on each dress. She allowed me plenty of time for trying on dresses, and allowed my auntie and mother in law to take pictures and videos so that I could see myself again at home and think about the dresses. Even though I ended up not buying the dress from her shop, I didn’t hesitate a minute to go back to her for the necessary alterations on my dress and to buy the veil and accessories for my bridal outfit. I bought a wedding dress elsewhere in a sample sale, but it was 3 sizes too big - the re-size they did for me was just perfect. Agatha was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I'm a bit clueless when it comes to dresses and what suits me, but Agatha knew straight away which dresses would look nice on me and recommended I try on a range of styles to see what I like and what would suit me. She was never pushy and she was extremely patient and positive, she gave me so much confidence and was so kind. After I chose my dress and it arrived, they did an amazing job with the alterations and made lots of personalised changes to make it into the perfect dress for me! The Bridal Gallery is fantastic! Agatha and the team were amazing from start to finish. They did everything they could to ensure my wedding dress was perfect, and that is exactly what the result was! It was so clear from the beginning that they were extremely knowledgeable – they gave me so many useful tips from how to hang my dress, to the shoes I should wear (such great advice!) There was an issue with my underskirt (an error made by a different supplier), but the team were extremely calming and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. They were very flexible when making appointments. In addition, I really appreciated how friendly and honest the team was. It was such a great experience, and I cannot thank the Bridal Gallery enough for ensuring I had my dream dress for my wedding! Forget the grand, impersonal boutiques where you are told you look great in everything even though you don't feel it. Agatha will tell you the truth and really help you find the style that suits and flatters you. She just loves her job and it shows. My dress was absolutely gorgeous and that fact that I could design my own top to it with her help and guidance made it extra special. I felt like a Princess on my big day. Thank you so much to Agatha and Ewa for working so hard for me and for doing emergency alterations on my bridesmaid dress when a well known bridal boutique had let me down so badly. Agatha and Eva from The Bridal Gallery were such a great help to my wife. She needed a destination wedding dress on a really short notice. Being spontaneous about our wedding was fun but after she has visited fair share of bridal wear shops with no joy, not so much. When she came to the Bridal Gallery for the first time, Agatha explained that there isn't enough time to order a new dress from the designer but she recommended that my wife chose something from the sample dresses (available of the shop floor) and the very talented seamstress Eva can do some alterations or changes if needed. There was plenty dresses to choose from, she was able to try different styles and materials, take pictures to see how the dress looks in the camera. Eva and Agatha offered many ideas and were very accommodating. They had bags of patience for me wife when she kept changing her mind and always offered great and honest advice about the dress, shoes, underwear, accesories, flowers, etc. They even talked her into wearing a beautiful vintage like veil when she always thought she will not wear one. And yes, it does get better! Agatha even packed my wife's dress into her hand luggage so that it wouldn't get creased. Ladies at The Bridal Gallery work with passion and smile. My wife received an amazing customer service, unique wedding dress and wedding advice at a very reasonable price. And I got a very beautiful looking wife. I strongly recommend The Bridal Gallery, they will make you look perfect cause they care.

My name is Monika and the reason that I am writing is to highly recommend Agatha's bridal gallery to any bride! I am absolutely convinced that every bride will find her perfect dress here. There are so many amazingly beautiful dresses and at a very very reasonable price. Please please if there is only one thing that you take from me is this one: TRY out Agatha's bridal shop BEFORE you go into any of the high street bridal shops! I made this mistake and I regret it! The same quality dresses you will find here for an affordable price. Plus Agatha's friend Eva does the most amazing professional alterations again for a truly reasonable price. Before I order my dress, I tried sample dresses in other stores in central London; you will find big stores full of wedding dresses but with very low customer service and not enough attention to details. What I needed was someone to be honest and tell me what really suits my body and personality. I was so lucky that before I finalise and order my dress with one of those big name stores, I read the reviews on the Bridal Gallery website and about Agatha. Everything I read was true and matched with what previous people said about her. She is a very professional lady, full of energy and patient. She loves her job, and she makes everything about your wedding dress so pleasant for you. You get to spend good quality time with her during any of your appointments. Agatha found same dress in a very better price comparing other big stores for me, she knows what is best size to order for you and has a very talented and professional team that can take care of your dress if needs any alteration. My dress arrived earlier than what I was thinking and I got to try it couple of times, thanks god no alteration was needed as she was right on spot with ordering the right size. She only added a little hoop underneath my dress so I can walk freely on the night. My experience with my wedding dress was amazing and it was stress free. You will be in very good hands, Agatha helps you throughout deciding the style of your dress, to get the best veil, accessories and even she got me a travel box that was exact match size of today’s cabin airlines. I found out about this shop when I came across an article written by independent reviewers about the best wedding dress shops in London. After visiting many other bridal stores and becoming rather anxious as they either did not have what I wanted or were too expensive, I found this little wedding dress heaven:-) I showed Agatha a picture of the dress I was looking for, Agatha found a similar dress and transformed it to become the dress I wanted. It was perfect! If you know what you want, Agatha and her team can perform miracles to find and make the perfect dress for you. Before visiting The Bridal Gallery I went to several wedding shops in London and I was getting very frustrated because the staff was always saying ‘this is the perfect dress for you’ only willing to sell their expensive items. My husband is American and secretly flew to London to surprise me! He was waiting outside my flat (which is above the shops) and it was outside of the Bridal Gallery where he actually got down on one knee and proposed! I bought my dress off the peg from a different store and bought it to the Bridal Gallery to have some adjustments made. Agatha did a fantastic job of matching the lace on the top of the dress to add additional detail at the bottom. Excellent service and amazing turnaround, as we were married just 6 weeks later. I discovered the amazing Agatha at The Bridal Gallery after already finding my dream wedding dress - San Patrick Rita elsewhere, but they could not supply it in time for the 5 month turn around until my June 24th wedding. So in a panic I looked for other stockists and could not have been more delighted, and lucky! to have found The Bridal Gallery. Agatha put me at my ease, nothing was too much trouble, she sourced the dress and extra lace I wanted to create an individual veil, and fitted and refitted the dress as I lost weight before the wedding so that it fitted like a glove! The veil that Agatha and her team made was perfect, and the entire look on the day was so amazing, I felt the dress could not have been more beautifully fitted. Agatha was so full of good advice and words of support, I could not recommend her service highly enough for an amazing product, fantastic customer rapport and very reasonable prices! Agatha, the owner, is by far the friendliest person I met during my bridal dress endeavour! Having never been married (like most people), I had no idea where to start. She gave me tips not only on the dress, but how to walk in the dress, different accessories and hairstyles that will suit the dress and much more! Another awesome tip was to make sure the car is big enough to fit my gown style wedding dress. If she hadn't mentioned it, I would have hired a convertible and that would have been bad! :) I highly recommend that you pop in because it'll be a lot of fun regardless of whether you find your perfect dress here. Agata and team are absolutely fantastic! I was on a tight budget, so rang around all the stores near me that hold the brand I was looking for to find out prices. Agata offered me the best price, together with honest, straightforward advice. A lot of stores would only give an approximate price for alterations, but Agata had a flat rate for me, so I knew exactly what I'd be working with. I'd been to a couple of bridal store already, and didn't really like the cold, money-making approach that other stores had. Going to Agata's was a breath of fresh air. I went to The Bridal Gallery about 2 months before my wedding after trying on lots of dresses elsewhere and not quite being satisfied that I'd found 'the one'. Even with a tight budget and short notice I came out feeling reassured and relaxed and with my perfect dress! What's pretty unique is that you can buy or hire lots of the dresses so it means you can use your budget to your best advantage. I hired, meaning that I could get a much nicer dress than I could have afforded to buy, and with the added bonus of not having to dry clean it and store/sell it after the wedding! Even if you hire they do alterations to fit it to your shape. There is a great selection (the shop is literally bursting with dresses) but Agatha was brilliant at picking out a selection of dresses that would suit my figure/personality/style of wedding so that I didn't have to try on the entire stock! The service is really friendly and efficient and completely not pushy or pressured like you sometimes get in other bridal shops I've been to. Would definately recommend. Don't waste your time looking everywhere like I did - just go straight to The Bridal Gallery!

I visited the Bridal Gallery in Ealing 3 times to try on dresses. There's a good range of dresses there by different designers. The shop offers an extremely flexible service with the option of buying or hiring and some "end of the line" sale dresses as well, though this may just be because of the time of year I visited. Also, the prices are very reasonable. However, the best thing about this shop is Agata. She's fantastic, full of energy, very helpful and endlessly patient. You get the feeling that she really cares that you get the right dress for your day (and I'm sure she does!). I'd definitely go back there again though hopefully I won't be needing another wedding dress!

Where do I begin? As this to me, was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My mother in law kindly suggested this beautiful shop and suggested that we take a trip out together to Ealing to see what they have on offer. I went inside tried on a few dresses - amazed by the skills and hospitality of both Eva and Agatha and by the incredible array of dresses on display - by extremely high end designers. The fabric - was mainly European/Italian - with silks/chiffon/satin and so incredibly delicate and soft to the touch - I was in heaven. The third dress that I tried on I said this is the one - it was a stunning San Patrick bohemian silk/chiffon dress with straps - What a gem! So I said to Agatha this dress fits me like a glove - I would love to buy it but given that it needs modification I will need for you to get some lace ordered in and sewn into the dress to create a one of a kind dress (and remove the straps) - this would be haute couture - one of a kind creation - and her and Eva were delighted to rise to the Challenge. Agatha and Eva were so accommodating - and any requests I had - whether it meant working overtime - they completed them. They added stunning chiffon buttons all the way down the dress and created a one of a kind dress for me - like something from an Italian fashion house - but for a fraction of the price. I am delighted with my experience -and will be heading back to both Agatha and Eva for any future alterations/outfits which I might need assistance with. Every single guest commented on how graceful and sensational my dress was - so all I can do - is show my gratitude and say - thank you both so much! I honestly cannot sing enough praises about the Bridal Gallery. Service is second to none, from the minute you walk through the door you receive a warm welcome and a big inviting smile from Agatha. Having found the dress I wanted, but sadly twice what I had budgeted. Based on the reviews I read on here, I decided to make an appointment to see what all of the fuss was about and I was not disappointed! I had an idea of the style of dress I wanted and had already tried on around 50 dresses in department stores, bridal shops and boutiques but had yet to find ‘The One’ and I had started to lose hope. Agatha started off by giving me a range of dresses to try on based on the style I had in mind, each time she listened to my feedback to fully understand what I wanted and gave her honest expert opinion – which you wouldn’t get in the high street stores. Agatha really understands what styles suit different body shapes and has very good ideas and suggestions. She even showed me how to pose and always encouraged me to take lots of photos throughout the process. She made me laugh with her warmth and friendliness. Agatha has over 200 sample dresses and she knows them all like the back of her hand. In the end I chose a Pronovias - Tango dress and Eva had transformed it into something that was simply stunning and unique! I was blown away by Eva’s seamstress skills, the care and the attention she took over every little detail. I had to go in for two fittings and they were so accommodating to all of my requests – they can do absolutely anything. Eva is incredibly talented, hardworking and I heard that she used to work for royalty! Agatha and Eva make a wonderful team, they are both so passionate, patient and caring. You can tell that they really love their work and genuinely want you to leave with your perfect dress. Agatha’s vision and expertise and Eva’s seamstress skills make it all possible. To top it all off the overall cost including alterations was very reasonable. The dress made me feel amazing on the day, it fit like a glove and it was even better than I had ever dreamed it would be. I had so many compliments on the day, I didn’t want to take it off! The whole experience from start to finish was unforgettable and it is what every bride deserves to have. I cannot thank Agatha and Eva enough. Even writing this review makes me feel emotional. Agatha was my wedding Fairy God Mother, she is absolutely brilliant, knows her stuff and actually knew what I wanted before I myself knew! She knows by looking at you what will suit you and offers honest advice even down to tiaras! I visited her shop at the very start of my dress hunt, not having a clue as to what I wanted at all, I was just hoping to try some dresses on to get an idea, she lets you take your time and is there to guide you if you want her help. I looked at a few that caught my eye and she suggested that she would pull some out for me to try. As I tried each one on she told me to say what I did and didn't like about the dress and by the 3rd dress we almost had it - white one 411. Me being the nightmare client just wasn't 100% sure with it as it didn't have any sparkles on it, to this I got told, don't worry about that, I can make it the dress you want, tell me the detail you like and I will add it! - This is where I thought, o.k. so how much is this going to cost me??? Much to my surprise, the prices were really reasonable and actually cheaper than some readymade dresses I had tried on and not been 100% happy with. She said to go away and think about it, no pressure at all like some other shops you go in. After a while and a few visits to other dress shops I was still thinking about this dress, nothing compared so I re-visited Agatha, tried it on again and loved it just as much, it just needed a bit of sparkle. Agatha was an angel in helping me decided the design for the additions, offering sound advice in terms of thinking about it showing up on the photos, positioning so it would be seen when seated and also not being covered up by the bouquet in photos, all things I would never have considered! I must admit I was slightly nervous not knowing the outcome of how my dress would look until a few weeks before the big day, however I should've known it was in safe hands, nothing was too much trouble even down to my control freak tendencies!!!!. She did a trial piece and pinned in different positions to see how it looked which put my mind at ease although I still couldn't completely imagine how my dress was going to turn out, however, once it was finished it was more than perfect, I never could've imagined it without Agatha, I couldn't believe I had managed to get a dress completely individual to me at such a reasonable price, it was my dream dress and I never even knew it! I had so many comments on the day and following the wedding about how expensive the dress looked, a few people even said it must be a really expensive designer; you can't get a better compliment than that and all down to Agatha.

I should start from the beginning to explain to those who are yet to meet Agata and her magic store… My best friend got married in 2012. We went to few famous bridal stores in London and we felt like we were taking part in a competition called ‘how quickly you can put on and take off wedding dress’. Customer services in all of these places was way under our expectations. I found the Bridal Gallery on google and decided to check if all these wonderful comments are true. We were not disappointed. My friend was very happy with her dress and looked beautiful on her wedding day. My fiancé proposed to me a week before my friend’s wedding and I already knew where I was going to buy my dress. From the very beginning Agata had always time for me. I couldn’t decide what dress I wanted and she was very patient with me trying on more and more dresses. She even brought some dresses that I wanted to try and there were not in her Gallery! I wanted a lace, fishtail dress but whenever I tried them on I didn’t feel myself. From the very beginning Agata was advising me to try satin, princess style dress and I kept turning them down. After trying about 10 dresses I decided I will try on this princess dress just to prove to her that it’s not for me. The moment I put it on I felt like it was made for me. I didn’t want to take it off. My mum came from Poland to see me in that dress and she had tears in her eyes. It was ‘my dress’ and Agata knew it from the beginning!! She also help me to choose all accessorise and even hairstyle. Agata has knowledge, experience and love for what she does. She always has time for you and never makes you rush to make a decision. I bought a dress from the Bridal Gallery for my wedding in June 2013. Agata and her team are an inspiration - I went to bridal dress shops alone in my search and so for me it was imperative that I could trust and be reassured by who I was buying from. As soon as you walk in you can see the team are bursting with energy. Agata was able to present me with a large range of styles and let me photograph myself in my favourites so I could go home and review with my bridesmaids (this is something that a lot of shops don't let you do which I think is ridiculous). You can buy or hire from this shop and I ended up buying a tobe-discontinued sample in her sale - her pieces are such amazing value.The dress required alterations and they were done perfectly. The service we received was fantastic and they went above and beyond - because I could trust them, they agreed to do an alteration on one of the bridesmaid dresses. Agata also helped me visualise what accessories I would need and I ended up buying from here. She advised on aftercare - I will be selling my dress and she has said that they will clean it and repair any damage in preparation. She told me of so many stories of having to rescue brides at the last minute who bought cheap but really poor dresses from overseas - have a look here first, you will be suprised at the value and if you recieve the service I experienced it will all be worth it.

This place is amazing! Some people have that sparkling energy about them, and it is such a joy and so inspiring to be around them - such a person, Agata runs this bridal shop in Ealing. I went to this place after reading positive reviews online. The shop itself is relatively small and not very glamorous, but it is incredibly cosy and welcoming, and (importantly for me) it feels private inside. It is one of those moments, that demonstrates love of person to what she engages in. That makes her not simply quality performer of work, but also talented in it. Agatha showed it from the first minutes of acquaintance and did not lose a primer to the last meeting. Among the uncounted number of dresses, just understanding my queries, and having knowledge of the collection, this woman managed to present me a dress, that created not only a mood but also desire, desire to shine on the celebration, in fact it couldn’t be differently. And masters staff completed character, abandoning me with perfection in a closet. "The only things we have after wedding are photos" - and here in I will agree with Agatha, after a triumph we can only keep pictures and our remembrances.
