What a fantastic place to celebrate my wedding! Starting from the amazing staff to the delicious and freshly prepared food they delivered to us. Decor was superb! I had tight budget and Elton gave me best deal i could get anywhere else! He was there to help from beginning to the end. I can’t thank him enough!!!! Thank you once again and we will see you in other family occasions. Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

I had my engagement party on the 8th of Feb 2020. I must start off by saying Elton is very pleasant & very helpful. He met all my requirements and kept me at ease at all times. The venue is beautiful and kept clean. The food we had on the night was absolutely fabulous!! My Guests were so impressed by the food and service i would highly recommend this beautiful venue. Elton thank you and thank you to your fantastic team for all your hard work!!

The venue and customer service exceeded our expectations. The venue is beautiful and elegant! The toilets were clean. The food was delicious and FRESH, the deco so elegantThe service was beyond excellent. My brother got married her and from the very first day when we went to view the place the service was perfect. The owner sat down and was clear with the options based on what we wanted. We also asked if he could recommend dj and camera man. He did so and called them for us on loudspeaker- this made us feel that he is being extremely fair no favours for anyone just tried to get the best price for us! We had some trouble with the cake- he allowed us to send the cake a day before and go in again another time to work on the cake. Him and his staff kindley let us save the day after a disaster with the cake. Everything we asked for was served with a smile. I could not find one thing to fault. Highly recommend for ang form of pry

We had our wedding here on Saturday 04th August. The venue is beautiful and the tables were so elegantly decorated - everything looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was really tasty. We had lots of positive comments from our friends and family. We will definitely come back in the future for another family celebration. Thank you!

Firstly, I would like to say what an amazing experience I have had at The Imperial Venue. The venue itself is exceptional and to a high standard. The decor and lighting has a very cosy feeling. Elton was very helpful from the start to end with the planning of the event. He was considerate, understanding and lenient with regards to the running of the big day. He definitely did his upmost to cater for our needs and requirements. I found his prices very reasonable. Although we come from a different background to Elton he did his upmost to provide us with a great service. He was always available to contact for guidance and assistance. In terms of the food, I got to try a few meals before proceeding with any bookings. The meals that were prepared for us to try were of such generous portions. The starters and main meal were absolutely delicious!! The chef (Valentina) did such a brilliant job. Best food I have ever had at a wedding venue!! Furthermore, Elton's staff were very helpful and friendly and all did their upmost to help plan and prepare on the day. Pleasure to meet such wonderful people 😃 I cannot stress how pleased I am considering their was a slight language barrier. They did everything in their goodwill to make our day special. Lastly, I would like to finish off by saying all our guests were amazed with the service and food and thank you and your team for all your efforts, hard work and support along the way and on the day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone thinking of having a party of any sort.

The Imperial Venue exceeded my expectations, I had my wedding on the 30th March 2019, Elton, Soni and his team manage the day extraordinary. all the way from the preparations until the end of the wedding they were always there to make this day one to remember. All the invites love the food, there was different options to choose from. It was great day at a great price as well. I will defiantly book again for any special occasion.
