A good experience with great people and knowledgeable dealers. Sadly, a few fundamental improvements could be made to vastly improve next year.
1) VIP Sunday Tickets - should offer the same benefits as the Saturday VIP Tickets (they are essentially a lot more money for 30 mins when most of the vendors are not set up!!!)
2) Music - when discussing the purchase of £100,000 + watches, I actually need to be able to hear the vendor I am talking to. The style and volume of music made it impossible to communicate.
3) Variety - please try to include more watch accessory sellers (time-movers, safes, travel rolls etc.)

Generally a good show but not sure if I would go again. There were plenty of dealers there but not much variety of watch brands. I would estimate that 90%+ were Rolex. The noise and number of people made it difficult to shop properly. Some areas for improvement are:
1. We arrived at 11:00 but didn't get into the show until 12:30 due to a long line.
2. The show was so busy, it was very difficult to actually browse watches (of which 90%+ were Rolex). Although most of the stands were watch dealers, I wouldn't go back to the show looking to buy a watch; it was just impossible to get a look in.
3. The constant music was not helpful when trying to discuss watches with dealers. It just added to the general noise of the show.
4. We were given our wristbands for the after party, and then 2 drinks vouchers each. This was not explained and we thought they were for the night time so we put them away. Turns out they were useless at night and should have been used in the daytime. This was not explained at all so they went to waste.
5. After party doors opened 45 minutes late.
6. Did the live on-stage speakers happen on the Saturday? I couldn't find or hear them.

Without going into too much detail, my son who has chronic anxiety but adores watches and all that is associated with them has been helped enormously personally by Charlie to be able to access the show. As a consequence of this outstanding help he will be able to attend the show. Charlie has literally made his year; thank you so much.

Charlie and his team have worked so hard to get this show on the road. It has been an absolute pleasure to assist them with their first show that I'm sure will prove to be a success. Good luck, looking forward to the 18th and 19th in London. Hopefully the first of many.

What an amazing show. There were watches for every type of collector and enthusiast, shown by friendly dealers in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
