Google should have 10 stars just for Christopher James Events! Wow! No words would be enough to thank Chris for everything he did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. He was the star of the day and in the lead up. The lighting was amazing and all of Chris’s ‘behind the scenes’ work made the whole event run without a hitch - we didn’t have to think about a thing on the day. Chris is professional, calm and thinks about all eventualities so you don’t have to. Chris is someone that you can really trust to take care of absolutely everything. He’s also just such a great guy to have around (his calming influence was welcome in the midst of my chaotic family!) thank you so much Chris, you are a true legend. Mr & Mrs McWilliams

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic, we had a number of suppliers and acts to co-ordinate for a festival party. Chris helped introduce us to great suppliers, communicated with all before the day and ensured that we could enjoy the party knowing that everything was in safe hands. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris, from Christopher James Events for my clients home garden party. As their appointed event planner, I needed to bring my clients ideas to life for a special 30th birthday celebration. Chris is my go to guy for all lighting and outdoor needs and he doesn't disappoint. He is always professional, calm and thinks about all eventualities which is a great skill I look for when searching for suppliers for my clients. Chris understood my vision and created something even better than I could have imagined on the day! We went for a festoon lighting walkway, guiding guests through a secret garden entrance and framing the stretch tipi. We also lit the garden trees with up-lighters and DJ booth, it was absolutely stunning when the sun started to set. Chris and his team set up all the electricity , lighting and P.A. System for our wedding at Alcott , I have to be honest they were first class in every way. We book Chris 2 years before we got married and nothing was a problem all the way through answering emails straight away changing or adding onto our order they were brilliant, and even on the day of our wedding they where there to see it go through without a hitch and always on hand. We can’t thank them enough and I’ll always recommend anyone looking for what they do to use them.

Chris and Nick are both very knowledgeable about their trade and made our wedding day go very well. They helped advise what to do and where structures should be set and and also helped with the logistics and schedule of our wedding day. They were very helpful in directing the entertainment and caterers on where to go and kept are timing well all whilst being quite relaxed and calming throughout. Would recommend them to anyone.
