We worked with Justine for our wedding ceremony and she was excellent - her speech was beautiful and emotional, and she even provided her own sound equipment when the venue didn't provide any. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony was, and we felt very glad we chose her for our wedding.

Justine held our wedding ceremony and we absolutely loved it. We hadn’t planned on a celebrant ceremony but due to registrars being unavailable we had to and we’re so glad as it was so personal and perfect for us. Justine is brilliant - so nice and very organised and communicative. She took into account our personalities and created a personal and funny ceremony that included handfasting. We found that the process before the day allowed us to reflect on our relationship more than a legal ceremony would too, which was an unexpected bonus. Justine was exceptional from start to finish. We'd had our original celebrant pull out last minute, and it turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to us! We hadn't realised what a GREAT celebrant really looked like until we met with Justine. Justine goes above and beyond in every respect, she creates a bespoke portal for you where you can answer joint and individual questionnaires, she meets with you as much as she can to really get to know you, she's creative in her thinking and open and warm in her approach. If you're looking for a celebrant who will make you feel like she's already one of the family, who will create a happy and energised atmosphere and who will take away as much stress from you as a couple - then look no further. She was brilliant - her speech was beautiful , creative, personal and very emotional. We’ve had the absolute pleasure to have Justine as our celebrant for our daughter’s naming ceremony. She is warm & patient, very intuitive and a pleasure to be around. The ceremony was interrupted quite a few times by our fidgety daughter but Justine paused and then carried on with her beautiful words so seamlessly! Justine officiated, for want of a better word, at my wife's funeral. I was wholly ambivalent about engaging a celebrant - I have always found the concept of one person talking about the life of a person they did not know peculiar; it's normally instant switch-off time for me. Justine talking about my wife, who she did not know, turned out not to be peculiar in the slightest. She visited me at my home and spoke to me for a couple of hours about my wife, and helped put a structure for the ceremony in place. She sent a draft script outlining what she thought she might say a couple of days later and invited comments. I did not need to make many comments - she had clearly understood both what I was looking for in terms of feel and who my wife was. At the funeral itself she delivered the eulogy beautifully. A fair number of people told me afterwards, unprompted, what a wonderful job they thought Justine had done. She also came up with a fantastic idea to involve people at the funeral which I shan't outline in case any other celebrants read this review and steal it! It worked beautifully, was entirely keeping with the rest of the funeral and was just ... really lovely. I honestly can't recommend Justine highly enough.

Following a family death where a non-religious ceremony wasn't appropriate, I found Justine via the Independent Celebrant's directory. She stood out from other celebrants because she seemed capable of still bringing joy to a ceremony where there was obviously sadness, humour where there was grief, and unity in remembrance for family and friends scattered around the world. I wasn't proved wrong. Justine did all this and more, bringing the relative's character to life as though she'd known them for years. She showed sensitivity, compassion and flexibility throughout the process of creating a fitting tribute and all those who attended were grateful for her presence. I can't recommend her enough.

Justine was a fantastic addition to our wedding party. We met her during covid times, as we had been married in a private ceremony and wanted a big celebration later.
