Visited from Ireland to exchange wedding bridal. After viewing many more dresses I decided to keep the original. The ladies were very patient with me and softly spoken. Took time to go through different options. Customer service is 10/10. Thank you for being super friendly. Happy Diwali 🪔

Went shopping for a saree, for a wedding event. Due to covid, there seems to be less options for sarees. Customer service was great from one of the colleagues. Prices are usually on the higher side for something that could be found of similar design. However the quality is noticeably better.

Wow well what can I say about this amazing bridal shop, I honestly had the most perfect experience. I was feeling very nervous and apprehensive before hand with this being the first time I’d ever tried on any wedding dresses ( I think it’s always a huge thing though potentially finding your dream dress) but as soon as I got to Alankar House of Sarees I was welcomed by a smiling friendly staff which instantly put my nerves at ease. I was then greeted by Rupa who I instantly felt comfortable with she was just incredible at making me feel comfortable trying on all the beautiful dresses and getting to no all about my special day. Rupa knew exactly the things I was looking for in my dress and she definitely went above and beyond in my eyes to find me my dream dress. After 3 dresses I finally tried on ‘ The one’ it was perfect in ever single way and I finally said yes to the dress!!! Rupa honestly made my experience completely amazing she was so lovely.Thank you for helping me to find my dream dress xx

If I could give this store 10 stars I would! Excellent customer service and such beautiful quality clothes with a wide range of prices. One of the employees spent a couple of hours showing us everything properly, taking the clothes out of the bags and packets and also suggesting she bring some more clothes from the store room if the previous ones weren't quite our choice. Very happy experience shopping here. Going back this week to buy more outfits!

Excellent service 👌 My wedding dress came on time. With no adjustments needed to be made which was great. I think they got the most beautiful collection. I got the perfect dress exactly what I wanted and I received many compliments that my outfit looked lovely. I wasn't sure before making my order. I was thinking it might not come as design and colour I asked for, but thankfully it came the exact design and colour what I ordered. Many Thanks.

They have beautiful clothes and their costumer service is skills is great. They paid full attention, provided us with drink and spoke to us well and in a kind manner. I went there with my family and in laws to get my wedding outfit. Even though the shop was very busy they treated us well and the lady owner was very lovely to talk to and doesn't mind giving discounts. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

This place has a good range of wedding and function clothing, customer service is pretty good, my Mrs got a beautiful wedding outfit that looked great. My feeling is that they are slightly overpriced for goods they buy from India at a fraction of the price they sell them for, I would not advise to avoid this place but to shop around a bit before paying out silly money on an outfit your probably only going to wear once or twice.

It was an amazing experience service was so sincere one to one fully guided towards my daughter big day went out of their way to make her feel special and the variety was in abundance

One (if not THE) first ever Indian Saree houses in Manchester, stocking everyday to designer wear in all styles - from sarees to Indian and Pakistani suits and dresses. Great customer service and great time and care taken with showing you what items they have in stock and even greater care and attention given to orders for custom made outfits or alterations. I found my wedding dress here in literally minutes and their service has been second to none! A family-run business where even hired staff provide a family service with a smile!

they sell some beautiful clothes but very pricey. their saris especially are not worth it for the price they charge. the ladies they employ are very helpful and will try on clothes to show you if you do not wish to yourself. however do not trust them to haggle for you because they act like they cannot do anything and its better you speak to the manager directly (not the older male one though, he gets quite offensive when you're haggling)

The staff were very helpful and there was a good range of bridal gowns/lenghas. I would highly recommend everyone to go there as I have been to a few other shops but I found this one to be the best as the price is very reasonable, the quality and design is excellent and most importantly the customer service is 👌

Great place to get your outfit ordered to your exactly body shape, colour and style

High end designer Asian fashion garments, made to measure service available to order, menswear and children's wear, fusion styles, traditional styles. Friendly, helpful staff.

Quite expensive for the price considering most of the garments do not come with a dupatta that compliments them. The dupattas are very plain, small, and almost childlike, they do not suit a garment that is filled with embroidery and designs.
