Louise was amazing , I wasn't very organised for my daughters 18th with work commitments. I was last minute trying to pull it all together. Louise was recommended to me and she was amazing. Louise pulled it out of the bag completely . Organised all the balloons and a cake . Thanks so much ❤️

We wanted to throw a special party for my daughters 2nd birthday as her first one was celebrated in lockdown. We decided on an animal theme as she’s obsessed with animals. I got in touch with Louise to get some ideas - which she gave me really good options. The morning of the party Louise and the girls came to set everything up, it was so much better than I pictured it was going to be, incredible attention to detail & fantastic service! Couldn’t of been happier. Thank you for making my girls day so special x

We have used JimJam WigWams several times now and I would not use anyone else. Louise and her team are professional, reliable and catered to our every need. We have had balloon displays to outdoor tents for my daughter’s birthday and just recently we asked Louise to make our house and garden special for our 10th wedding anniversary. The company created a wonderful flower wall, with a champagne cart, donut wheel and many more unique items that made the party extra special and look stunning. All our guests were impressed with the level of creativity. I cannot thank Louise enough for her attention to detail, quality products and outstanding service.

I highly recommend this company - I hired a light up number and balloon arch for a work event and their service couldn’t have been better! They were very responsive to my emails and very friendly. They made everything really easy on the day, they knew exactly where to set it up without needing my assistance! It looked absolutely amazing, everyone was so impressed! I booked this lady that I never knew after I saw how busy she was with events on social media . I liked the look of her products. She did not disappoint! I booked her on behalf of a client who wanted a bespoke theme. I was a little apprehensive as I didn’t know the details of dimensions & widths etc that my client wanted. Louise took all my worries away with that and took control of the situation. Delivered on time and the products were stunning. I had a balloon Garland, backdrop wall, LOL cut out, LOL themed items for my client and she was thrilled. I also love her pretty champagne cart which I’m yet to use. And she’s lovely so that’s a double bonus.

Amazing experience booking this Luxury Igloo - made my mums lockdown birthday perfect ! Everything was to a high standard even down to the personal touches that came with the igloo - worth every single penny . I would highly recommend .

With her being disappointed she couldn’t have her friends round for a party, this was the best alternative and she absolutely loved a magical fairy theme!
