Yesterday, it was my baby daughter's party gathering. The party was in the venue. I want to thank the manager of the venue because the decoration was perfect and the staff were kind and polite. They were doing their job perfectly. The food was delicious and warm and the guests liked the food. The venue is very clean and the team is very social with their customers. I advice anyone in Manchester to use this venue for any type of party or event.

On behalf of my dad and his wife We got married here Saturday 16th April 2022 and wouldn't have chosen any other place. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our needs we were both stressed out already because you know how weddings are but our nerves were put at ease the whole duration of our party at this venue

We filmed a wedding here, the venue was brilliant. The boss is very accommodating and such a lovely guy. We found out that he has family in Birmingham where we live! Great place, highly recommended for your events a day got lots of parking.

The food was delicious especially the mezze but the only thing I didn't like is one of the staff who were very grumpy and mean.

Amazing from start to finish, really made my mum's wedding day spectacular. Fatima and Abid communicated with us throughout and were very flexible and accommodating. The decorations were wonderful, food was great - they allowed us to bring some of our own too since it was an African wedding. They really formed an integral part of the planning process and we could not have done it without them.

Absolutely amazing place if I could give more stars I would. My niece got married here last night and everything was more than perfect. They organised the wedding from start to finish and did a fantastic job. We had a hassle free day and all guest were well looked after. Highly recommended!!

I was the Master of ceremony to a beautiful couple who chose this idealic venue for their wedding. Aby Khan, the manager and his staff could not do enough to ensure that the occasion went seamlessly. When the couple's caterers failed to turn up with the food on time, Aby pulled out all the stops and organised food for more than 200 guests. His staff smiled through what could have been a proper distaster and saved the day. The venue itself is beautiful, with outdoor and an indoor areas. The outdoor area where the ceremony took place was spacious and atmospheric with exquisite decorations which was well put together by the staff. I cannot speak highly enough of The Elegance Banqueting Suite staff and the venue. I would highly recommend it for weddings and parties. Thank you Aby and Staff.

Beautifull venue for a Mendhi and wedding party. Had 2 functions with this hall and i recieved exceptional service. The manager was polite and very helpful. Was originally going for own catering but the food that was provided by the hall was absolutley spot on. The amtmosphere during the mendhi and wedding was fun and enjoyable. We didnt have to worry about nothing as it was all taken care of by the manager. The pricing was really good. Had a lot of food for a cheaper price. They was no lacking in any customer service. Would definatley reccommend this venue to everyone.

I have been to many wedding parties at the Elegance Banqueting Suite over the years and have always loved the atmosphere there so it was an easy choice to book for my wedding, even better that when I went to the venue it had been revamped and improved. The room is beautiful, I first dealt with Fatima, who helped me with my original booking, she was extremely helpful and patient especially when I was organising everything with very short notice! She did everything she could to help me, from suggesting a DJ, to helping me with a colour scheme and choosing a stage, she was realistic with my budget and was on call for any tiny detail I needed help with. I then met with Abid who really secured all the finer details of costs and times and organising, Abid has been extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. As a team I can’t thank them enough, my wedding day was amazing and beautiful and Fatima just handled everything like a professional but also brought the best energy to my experience. Thankyou so much for everything. And I HIGHLY recommend the catering from the adjoining Fayrouz restaurant, unbelievable Middle Eastern food ♥️♥️♥️

Where should I start, I had my wedding here on the 6th July and it was the best day of my life, we had started off on the wrong side with previous manager but Abid is the most lovely man, even when my catering people were late he ensure that my wedding still went on, I had extra people but he still looked after everyone and everything, I had previously looked at the reviews before the wedding and I was really worried about my day but we worked together to get the wedding I had visioned so thank you Abid for the service you provided, it was a very good day and also the communication was good and he was very friendly towards us and he ensured my day was perfect. We had my auntie's Mehndi event at this venue. Abid ( events manager) and his team were very helpful in the running of the event. Venue was clean and decorated beautifully. Plenty of parking also. We will definitely have more events here and recommend to others.

10/03/19 I was the bride at the Elegance banqueting suite and hand on heart It has be an absolute pleasure to work with to make my big day run smoothly, from the staff to decorate, to the food, everything was outstanding... Everyone left the the wedding with a big smile on there face all we heard from the guest were praise over the food the service absolutely outsiding... It was really a stressfree day in very capable hands... Definitely will be recommending to all my friends and family... Thank you once again for making my big day a successful one... 😊😊😊
