Went to a wedding there on Saturday the 7th of May. Lovely setting ,decorated beautifully ,staff kind and friendly. The food was plentiful and varied. The lamb dishes in particular were fabulous .A wide variety of mocktails and puddings .The manager there was very nice and accommodated my sons dietary requirements, despite the vast choice of food there he still had something made especially for him .For the the first time ever my son stepped out of his comfort Zone and tried some different food .Definitely would recommend this place for your celebration .

Lovely venue, clean, good facilities. They catered really well… my partner went to feed the baby in the car and when she came back the staff bought her small plate dishes of vegetarian food especially. Attended a wedding recently at this venue. We all enjoyed it very much, and the food in particular was excellent. A special mention regarding the wedding co-ordinator Shahid who was brilliant. He took a lot of the stress out of the day, and furthermore he kindly watched over some of the little children, giving the parents time to enjoy their meals. Finally, he even promptly returned a large sum of wedding present money that went missing….a great host!

Absolutely exceptional service! For my sister’s wedding we decided to go with this stunning venue and honestly was so impressed. Brother Shahid and Adeel are so down to earth, they gave it their all to make the day as special as it could be for my sister. Management and organisation was so perfect, literally took all our worries away and made sure we had a stress free wedding! Went to a wedding yesterday, this venue was incredible. We were met with some beautiful greenery and fountains and then will some delicious canapés and drinks. The layout of this venue is to die for and the staff were very very nice.

we just had my daughters wedding here on the 17th September, thanks to shahid the manger it was an amazing evening. we booked maximum capacity of 750 guests and there where no problems. the venue exceeded my expectations, it was a gorgeous setting and was plenty of room. we booked the opulence package, the moctails where very refreshing, the canapé, and chaat where delicious, we opted for full leg of lamb and it was a show stopper everyone loved it, there where plenty of desserts on the dessert table and all the mains were very tasty. the service was on point and thanks to shahid the manger everything went smoothly. i would highly recommend the marquee their service is first class

Assalam u alaikum, My apologies for writing this review so late but I’ve been really busy with guests—a big Thank You to Shahid Ali for superb, hassle free organisation of the event from start to finish! As we live in Carlisle, we didn’t have any options here so we opted for Manchester & purely by chance I came upon My Lahore Marquee online & as soon as we saw the venue & spoke to Shahid, everything just seemed to click in place.My son, Uzair’s walima was on the 31st of July 2022. Even the bride’s parents decided to have the baraat function here. Food was excellent both in quality and quantity—table service was excellent! Price was very reasonable—decor was great as well! We’ve attended a few weddings & so far none of them have surpassed ours in any way & all our friends have conveyed to us that this was the best venue they had ever been to. If Uzair hadn’t been the youngest of all my children , I wouldn’t have hesitated to have more weddings here!Once again, our sincere thanks to Shahid and his team-May Allah put barakah in your work. Very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was great, the staff were very helpful especially Shahid and Adeel who provided an excellent service. Shahid in particular came outside with us for the photoshoot outside to provide extra security which we really appreciated. Myself and my wife were provided mocktails which we really enjoyed. Attended a wedding at the My Lahore Marquee, everything was perfect from the reception drinks n snacks to the farewell desserts n pink tea. Staff were attentive and always offered service with a smile, they were good with the kids and elders alike, always showing the up most respect. Main purpose of this review is the loyal, honest staff My Lahore have working at this venue. My wife lost her wedding ring, I contact Shahid one of the managers at the venue the following day, who assured me the staff will have a look, I contacted him again and there was no luck. Shahid went above and beyond my expectations, he drive to the venu himself and checked the vacuum cleaner and to our surprise the wedding ring was found in the vacuum cleaner. If you want a honest company who have exceeded my expectations and have my upmost respect for what they did, then I would highly recommend to book My Lahore Marquee for you special event. God bless them and once again thank you for finding my wife's ring.

I had my Walima at MyLahore Marquee on Sunday 7th of August and I can’t recommend this venue enough! Shahid is exceptional at his job! He is very organised and pays attention to every little detail so that the family, bride and groom are not stressing on their big day. We had a meeting with Shahid before the walima and he went step by step through everything and how the day would go which I have not seen at any other venue! No one is as hands on as Shahid. He also organised food tasting for us, where we got to taste a little bit of everything so we had an idea on what to choose for our day. From constantly making sure we were okay to helping my family on and off stage, making sure everyone got pictures, he was phenomenal! Everyone who attended loved how organised everything was and how beautiful the marquee is, it is evident how passionate Shahid is about his job. The food was absolutely delicious, such a unique menu and what they offer! I got to have my favourite dessert ever served at my wedding which was a bonus, I recommend the falooda! Thank you once again for everything Shahid, we had the best time!

I had my walima on the 7th of this month and me and my wife felt we both got the day exactly the way we wanted. Brother Shahid is an amazing organiser, from the very first meeting we had he shared his plans and visions on how we could improve the day. He focuses on a lot of the details. We both felt nervous which was natural but we didn’t stress knowing the organisers had everything under control. The food was very nice, the decor was so elegant. Thank you Shahid bhai and the marquee team for helping to deliver our big day the way we wanted to.

My brother had his walimah here this summer and the service provided was superb! Shahid helped every step of the way and everything was fantastic Mashallah! The food was amazing and we still have people reminding us how delicious it was months later. It was a segregated service which can be a bit more difficult but Shahid and his team were always there to help, any request I had was dealt with accordingly and the day ran so smoothly Alhamdulillah. Shahid was extremely successful in personalising the wedding to our needs, from the menu to the decor. The quality of the service provided caused my cousin to book her wedding at the Stanley House venue in Blackburn which was also a huge success! We also have another family member who’s now booked his wedding at the marquee later this year too. I wish Shahid and his team all the best in all their new ventures

First time there for an evening wedding on the 15th august - service was sooo good - only writing this review for one stand out person there - she was one of the servers called Zara - give that girl a raise ASAP - the nicest - most polite person everr - and she literally catered to all our needs on that night perfectly - we had 3 kids to run around after so it wasn’t easy but she made the expereince there amazing. love her love her love her

Great atmosphere 9/10 Complained about kebabs being stale ignored chicken starter over done, lamb chops reheated, and asked for Shahid , ignored, for their status could do a lot better. 17 August 2022 Invitation again for wedding to My Lahore, must give credit to bhai Shahid, he took my comments on board, the food was fresh and quality great, met bhai Shahid personally and he gave explanation how he addressed the previous food issue and how he was going to address issues which he was unable to address but it was work in hand. Result, bhai Shahid came across as a professional, caring about comments I had left previously, and proactively addressing the issue. We recently held our daughter’s wedding at My Lahore Marquee at the BMHC (College Rd) - it was a really pleasant experience from the time we first enquired about the venue to the conclusion of the event. Mr Shahid at the Marquee manged the entire process very professionally and kept us informed about everything and helped us make choices such as the decor and food options etc.); it’s very helpful to have an experienced events manager such as Shahid to be involved throughout the process, so the big day goes smoothly and as planned. On the actual wedding day, the decor was just as promised and the staff was very professional and friendly, which left our guests with a great experience. The food menu included 5 courses and the food variety and taste received so many compliments from our guests on the day and even afterwards, the entire experience was professional and reassuring, which is a testament to the Marquee’s management. Excellent Service provided by the Marquee Team. Brother Shahid handled everything professionally from start to finish from booking the venue to the end day result. He provided an excellent service for an amazing wedding. The venue was very welcoming and elegant the way the staff have been trained from the parking staff to the waiters and waitresses it was a headache free service. The food and catering service was 100% all perfectly done no hassle and tasted amazing. All the guests were really happy with everything. Brother Shahid helped in every way to make the perfect wedding. Our wedding was just before the Lockdown on the 1st March 2020 a day to remember and I would like to 100% recommend this venue to anybody looking to hire it for an event. you do get access to the side field and building as well for photos etc which is an extra bonus.

Nice venue and friendly staff. The food is always spot on and comes out hot just how it should be. Very friendly atmosphere for the family and the place doesn't disappoint. Plenty of parking outside and also good praying facilities in the surrounding buildings. Also has ablution facilities so another less thing to worry about during prayer times. Would highly recommend this place for a muslim wedding venue. Been here twice now and had a good time on both occasions. To the Management, please keep up the good work. :)

Nothing much too see, small museum to show few historical things kept inside the museum recovered during the war or something. Our event was held on the 24th December after a last minute change. The manager was very nice and changed our date two days before the event. The food was really nice and fresh and made to our standards. The staff were also very nice and professional, they went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a good time. Everything was very organised from start to finish and was timed accordingly to make sure we could have a smooth day without worrying. We also had a fresh jalebi stand also provided at an extra cost by the marquee and it was hot and fresh, they also gave wipes to clean your hands which not many people do. Highly recommend.

Excellent venue which my wedding was held over the weekend. From lights to stage presentation everything looked tasteful and to a high standard. The venue car car park was big, very useful as not always the case at other locations. Food feedback was great from guests 10/10 ratings all around. Great package offered by Shahid as main point of contact. Shahid made the whole experience simple when discussing arrangements and was welcoming to any alterations. The actual day was organsied and smooth. I would recommend this venue for sure!

We had to reschedule the wedding a few time but he was superb throughout. The venue looked stunning, I couldn't get over how beautiful the petal shower was, the decor was just perfect and the surroundings are amazing for pictures. Very professional & friendly staff! After visiting this venue for the first time, I fell in love with it & wanted to book this venue. However, due to Covid restrictions, weddings were limited to 30 people, but we did not feel like it was worth it to pay so much and only have a handful of guests. However they then offered a package with a set stage & menu, which we then took up. Although there were less guests, the hall was set up in such a way that it still looked stunning & didn't feel empty. The food was the best food that I've eaten at a wedding & dessert table was amazing! The level of professionalism is unmatched- special thank you to Mr Shahid who for making it possible& being extremely cooperative. All the staff were very nice & professional also. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Because of some personal unforeseen circumstances my wedding was taking place at home not at our chosen venue. So we got them to cater our event instead. Due to it happening at home everything was very last minute and extremely stressful. Shahid was lovely and such amazing help, even though he only catered for us, he helped and looked after us as if the event was taking place at his venue. He finished with an event very late the night before my wedding but still came to our house to help with organising our day. Even though he didn't need to. Thanks to his professional advice, for food, table and chairs placement our day went smooth alhumdulillah. On the day of the event he personally came to set up the food and dessert table and kept everything in check. Disorganised sitting arrangements as we were asked to move tables dispite having allocated a numbered table. One table of guests were refused food and manager had to be called out to sort the problem.

There is great lighting within the venue as well as heating, making it a super comfortable place for loved ones. The staff at the venue were so kind, helpful and friendly. There is easy accessible parking outside the marquee, there are also beautiful scenery spots located all around the different parts of the venue outside for perfect wedding pics. The manager Shahid was an absolute delight, he was very kind, helpful, and informative with great customer service. Would recommend this gorgeous venue to all friends and family. Hi, Just want to leave an amazing review for my Lahore’s marque. I am a regular customer of mylahore and I always go for a brunch on Winslow road but we decided to go for fine dining option. We opted for menu on the day and booked our tables by ringing shahid directly on his mobile number and on the day there was social distancing between the tables and people. Very strict rules with no gatherings. There was also temp check, fog machine and hand sanitiser everywhere. We received VIP service from the minute we entered the building. They told us to park the car and a manager came to the car to take us inside the venue through all COVID checks and then they served us welcome drinks on the table and some canapés. Food and service was absolutely amazing and the ambiance was great as well. I would highly recommended this place for fine dining and all the procedures was 100%. Very beautiful wedding venue that's if you book in spring or summer. If you book in winter it will be very muddy when walking along the path to get in the hall. Overall very nice from inside and outside. Photos will come out beautiful if booked during the spring and summer season. Also has a nice big car park making it convenient for guest to park. The hall has both heating and AC to cater for all seasons. Food wasn't absolutely great but I'm not sure if the food was done there or if it was ordered from else where.

The Lavish grounds is and overstatement. The carpark at the back is limited with a small hard surface. The overflow carpark was soggy and muddy, a complete turnoff for first impressions especially when you have you best clothes and shoes on. So ok for a dry summer event. I was there for a wedding. The myLahore wedding food overall was great 6/10. Starters were excellent 10/10, Mains 6/10: Byriani was overcooked oily and low on meat content, Lamb Karahi was tough lamb but otherwise very tasty and spot on spices, Chicken Karahi oily but otherwise spot on. Sweet 9/10: rice pudding & Gajar halwa. The marquee is a good well heated and spacious venue for and event of 300-400 people. The seating chairs are so uncomfortable that after an hour you are forced to get up or you end up with a sore bottom. Completely unsuitable for the elderly. The chair seats are the size for a slim adult but very uncomfortable for a long sitting of more than an hour. Best bit was the myLahore service, they girls were excellent they served the food and everything worked like clockworks. They cleaned and were prompt on providing refills. THANKYOU.

I decided to view the Marquee Venue a year before my wedding, I wasn’t sure what to expect but as soon as I stepped in to the actual Marquee I knew this was where I wanted to get married. Me and my family felt such peace and tranquillity. I met Shahid who introduced us to the venue and told us about all the changes that were about to take place. Shahid’s character, personality and the way he was so down to earth pushed me to book my wedding there. Throughout the year before my wedding Shahid kept in touch and often sent me ideas for my wedding whether that was regarding catering, decor etc. He was actually like a big brother to me and made me feel that my wedding would be in safe hands. On the day of my wedding as all brides would probably understand- I was extremely nervous, but the whole team made me feel relaxed! They exceeded my expectations and everything we had discussed was all in place. That helped me to feel at ease and enjoy my day! They managed the whole day and everything went perfectly. My guests still remember how professional the event was handled and most importantly how delicious the food was! This is something I expect everyone worries about during weddings- but I can assure you the food served at The Marquee is nothing but amazing!! Overall I would not change anything about my day- it is the perfect place for any couple to get married.

I ordered the sharing box from MyLahore today for my family, and I was extremely pleased that I opted for this particular restaurant. Not only did the food arrive fast, but it was also hot and very tasty. We started our meal with pappri chaat and pakoreh which tasted just as good as they do when you order at the restaurant. I enjoyed the stir fry and noodles the most as the main, which had the right amount of spice and sauce. My mother enjoyed the biryani and my grandmother enjoyed the curry. That's the great thing about the sharing box and about MyLahore itself, there's so much variety that everyone in the family is bound to enjoy their meal. For dessert I had a delicious cheesecake presented well in a plastic tub, whilst my mother and grandmother enjoyed their gajrela. I will definitely be ordering the sharing box again. I appreciate the initiative that the staff at MyLahore have, and the efforts they have gone through to ensure that their customers enjoy their amazing food in the comfort of their own homes through these unprecedented and difficult times. Travelled from London to study an Islamic course at Salford Uni over the weekend and this place was recommended to me for Jumuah salah (which Alhamdulillah I made on time). Can't say I didnt enjoy my experience. As soon as I arrived a sister began talking to me which in London doenst happen often, the wudu facilities were sparkling and I noticed the sisters on the congregation were just so organised and laid back. Was a complete breath of fresh air (well coming from London I guess that'll be in the literal sense too!). Really enjoyed the khutbah and will visit again should I ever visit Manchester in the future inshaAllah.
