Good acoustics and a really enjoyable place for a lunch. I have previously been to conferences and I view this as up there with the very best facilities in the North West

C.We attended a charity AGM here and were generally very impressed: nice event spaces, comfortable seating, modern projection and sound for presentations, excellent (plentiful) food and drink, and smart toilets. The only limitation was sound-proofing, which isn't good, and led to us being disturbed throughout the sessions by preparations in other rooms. That aside, a very professional set-up and staff.
M. C.Works Xmas party. Food service was shambolic. We ordered our meals at work months ago. When they came to serve us (everyone really) they asked us what we wanted the staff were walking from table to table with a choice of dishes in each hand. But the venue and entertainment was good.
