I called to book an appointment and managed to get one the very next day which I was very surprised at as they were having a sale day so i thought they would have been all booked up. So I was very happy that I managed to get an appointment. This was the first wedding dress shop I had been to and I was very nervous but the ladies were absolutely lovely. Helping me to get into the dresses and advising me on what alterations would need to be done. They were very patient with me. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on but for my mothers satisfaction I went on to try a few others to make sure I didn't prefer a different style. They had a good array of dresses for me to try on which I was surprised at as I'm a size 16/18 and didn't think they would have many dresses in my size. I tried the first dress on twice to then go on and buy it for the amazing price of £450 (half price). I was very pleased and they gave me the card of a local dress maker (who altered the dress) which saved me from having to find one. They are then going to also steam my dress free of charge for me before the wedding. Very happy with the service and very happy with my beautiful dress.

Unfortunately didn't buy my dress from here as I found a dress that suited me better closer to home (Banbury, Oxon). The ladies in this shop were really helpful. They are very straight talking which I liked. I was a bit bewildered having never tried wedding dresses on before, and being unsure of the style I wanted. The two dresses that nearly made it were both under 1000 pounds. I did not feel rushed at any point. Thank you Emma and Sandra- and sorry I didn't buy my dress from you but I will be recommending you to my friends. Very good level of customer service.
