It's a nice modern and clean venue. Staff are great and the drinks are reasonably priced for a sports venue. Good parking facilities and plenty of restaurants nearby for the break. I went for the English Open final 2021. The merchandise stand was a bit naff. I've seen better market stalls. The biggest frustration though is the seating! Considering this is a sport where you're likely to be sat down for up to four hours at a time, you'd think they would provide something better than fold up garden chairs. No cushioning, hardly any leg room. You get much better seating in cinemas and theatres where you're only sat for half of that time. Unfortunately it has put me off attending future matches at the venue.

Went to the Great Electric train show today. Excellent venue. Loads of parking available. The Arena is mostly on ground level however lifts are available to go up to the 1st and 2nd floors. Food and drinks available but alittle pricey which is to be expected. All in all a good day out.

Great stadium and atmosphere, went to watch the ladbrokes masters darts and was impressed by the ease of service at the bar, plenty of seats and good access for all. Pay by card only at the bar but wasn't advertised anywhere so only thing to watch out for.

The place is very good! It was a cheese festival! It wasn't the best cheese festival, they had a good cheese choices but everything else is just not good. It was a bit dirty inside, the food choices were terrible. Even I can't understand why they trying to charge a lot of money for the entrance! They were some prices like £20, for what!? Only one or two stalls gave you to try there cheese, which is not fare! The rest of the stalls, no one even asked you, "do you want to try" or something similar! Even most of the people were very stuffy! Anyway, it was a good experience but that's it.

Third visit. The wait in the queue for the Darts Masters in Jan '22 was unacceptable for a fully ticketed event (it's been fine in the past). Two entrances plus one VIP was not enough - it took 30 min to get in and we had to queue on the carpark. Once inside it was OK except it was too warm and lacked ventilation. But it's still a decent venue and facilities are decent enough.

The venue is nice. It's fairly new so you would expect that. The big positive for a change was the security team. They were friendly and approachable and did their jobs firmly but fairly. As we were a captive audience the obvious negatives were the prices. £1.80 for a yorkie

Great venue with brilliant staff and an excellent layout for indoor concerts. Had the pleasure of seeing the Black Eyed Peas there on the last leg of the UK tour. Amazing night especially having the privilege of meeting the band and management etc .thanks to Family member who works with Will IAm for the VIP access! Will definitely be back again for future events.

The arena itself was a large space with plenty of toilets which were relatively clean. Not so many food places in the building but loads of places to eat nearby, plus retail shops.
