The staff at Accent are fab, they make you feel completely comfortable and are very good at helping you find a dress that suits your figure. I went all over London and Edinburgh trying to find my dress and the perfect dress ended up being on my doorstep in the North at Accent. They had a much better selection of dresses than some of the other shops I tried and it was definitely a very welcoming and friendly customer experience. I would definitely recommend Accent to any bride!

The staff at this gorgeous bridal boutique are absolutely incredible! From the first day I visited the boutique and chose my perfect dress, the fitting appointments in between, right up until my final collection appointment I could not fault the service they gave me, absolutely second to none! What more can I say! Gayle and her fabulous team are the nicest and most personable people I have met. They are so professional and efficient and the service they provide goes way beyond 100%! I ordered my two Bridesmaids dresses through Gayle, from the moment of ordering to collection I could not fault a single thing. We had last minute panic stations two days before the wedding, my daughter had lost weight after the 2nd fitting, however, the ever calm and relaxed attitude of Gayle soon had everything under control. She re altered the dress and brought it to the venue we were getting married in on the morning of the wedding! I don't know anywhere else you would find this exceptional service. The most genuine and professional, and knowledgeable team you could ask for when looking for your wedding dress. Made me feel at ease from the first appointment throughout my journey, through lockdown and after. I had even booked a last minute slot to go and look at a dress I couldnt get out of my head. I was alone and felt really looked after. Dress adjustments were perfect aswell and ready for collection in time. There's a selection of one of, beautiful pieces of accessories as well as veils and other goodies. I would 100% recommend a visit here for your dream dress xx

Where do I start! From calling them for the first time in early 2019 with only 9 months before the wedding I asked if they had availability for that day. I was in luck they had a spot available. (Be careful I don’t think you would today as I know they are super busy). I arrived with my Mam, they were so lovely as soon as we walked in. They asked a few questions about what style I liked. Gayle and Lisa collected a few dresses from the rack and I started to try on. (It was a wide range as I was quite open minded) It was so relaxing and I felt no pressure at all and all attention was on us to find ‘The Dress’. They told me as I only had nine months till the big day time was not in my favour however, they remained calm and expressed how they would find ‘the dress’ for me during that appointment. They were right the third dress I tried on was the one! Next was sourcing the dress which needed to come from Australia. After one phone call they were able to get it with one month to spare. I then asked if any alterations could be made to make it a bit more me! Gayle was able to work her magic and it became a bespoke dress. I felt great knowing that my dress would be one of a kind. With two fittings the dress was ready. They made me feel amazing throughout the dress process. Such a great place to go and try and I’m sure they will find the dress for you. From their Instagram account I recognize a few ladies who have been before and after me who have been able to find their dress. I have also recommended all of my new brides to be friends. My wedding dress shopping hadn’t gone very well with other shops, they’d not had a good range of sizes and everything had been so Lacey and sparkly. I then visited Accent Original and they were so friendly, kind, professional and got just as excited as I did when I found MY dress. Gayle happily made all the changes I asked for, she created my beautiful bespoke and unique tiara and added rose gold leaf to my veil after I’d shown her the idea on Pinterest. She even suggested adding some special sentimental bits to inside my dress. Such a beautiful shop, with amazing dresses and a great group of ladies working there. I can’t thank you enough, 5* is not enough.

I can honestly never thank the Accent girls enough for everything they did. Absolute superstars from start to finish! They have a wide range of styles in the shop to try and they were incredibly helpful with explaining how the dress choosing and buying process worked. I had been to several other shops before visiting Accent and had the best experience here out of all the shops. The girls were so personable without being overbearing and the whole experience felt special and unique ❤️ I ordered my dress in October 2019 and tried it on when it first arrived in March 2020, the weekend before lockdown. When we had to postpone they were there with advice and support, and they stored my dress for me until 2021. I called them several times during this period with questions and they were always available on the end of the phone! When it came time for alterations, they helped advise me on timings for appointments and did an absolutely beautiful job on altering my giant dress, hand-stitching the entire hem! I collected my dress the day before my wedding and cried when I said goodbye to the team - they also gave me a lucky sixpence to put in my shoe on the big day ❤️ I genuinely couldn’t recommend this shop enough, from the beautiful dresses they sell to the wonderful people who work there, thank you so much for the part you played in making me feel like a princess on the big day.

I don’t know where to start! I bought my wedding dress from accent after seeing it in their window many months before at the end of last year. Despite the pandemic they made wedding dress shopping so fun ❤️ In the run up to my wedding I wanted a few changes made to the dress and Gayle was so patient in my pickiness when doing so. They even opened the shop when usually closed to accommodate me. I felt like I was with friends during my fittings, telling them all about my wedding stresses and worries. I’m a little sad I won’t be going back! My dress turned out amazing, the alterations looked like they’d always been there and everyone commented on it ❤️. I really couldn’t recommend enough

Accent Bridal is by far the best bridal shop in the North East. The service is amazing and every detail of finding the perfect dress for me and my bridesmaids was thought of and executed perfectly by Gayle and her staff. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had the most perfect fitting dress, even ordered extra material to help amend one of my bridesmaids dresses so that fitted perfect too!! The prices are reasonable and the selection is extensive, but by far the most triumphant aspect of accent is the service and attention to detail. After going to a fair few Bridal shops in Newcastle I came across Accent! I had the most amazing service & experience at Accent! Gayle & her team immediately made me feel so comfortable & relaxed. Firstly they asked me lots of questions about what my likes & dislikes, and the details of the special day!! This was really important as I was getting married in abroad so I needed a dress that firstly suited me but was also suitable for the weather & travel. I did try on a fair few dresses, but believe it or not the 'very first one' was amazing. I felt so comfortable and it was just what I pictured in my head, it was as if it was made especially for me!
