Booked in to try some wedding dresses on. Was a really positive experience from start to finish and the lady dealing with us was really knowledgeable in what would suit my figure. This store holds a great selection of dresses to choose from. Would highly recommend this shop.

Popped in today to enquire about menswear for our wedding. The two ladies in the shop were lovely and very helpful. We’ve booked an appointment for fitting and looking forward to coming back!

Love this shop. Went in to look at the sale dresses and the store girl was so helpful she picked up a dress I hadnt even noticed. (Which ended up being my perfect wedding dress). I tried on 4 other dresses and left the one she had chosen till last. It fit perfect, looked amazing, never slept all night when I got home and went back the next day to pay for it. They kindly said they would keep it in store for me till nearer the wedding day and will pay for it to be cleaned and arrange for someone to come and do the alterations in the store for me. I would, and have already, recommended this shop to others. Perfect location in Newcastle. Reasonable prices. No pressure to buy. Definitely give this shop a try, you wont be disappointed at all.

A wonderful selection of designer dressers, the choice was superb. Joanne and the team make the whole experience so special with a lovely personal service and gave loads of advice and knowledge about what would suit me. Definitely give them a call, highly recommended.

My daughter found her perfect wedding dress. Nice relaxed atmosphere and a great experience.

Used Waltons for my wedding suits and the service was amazing. Due to the two families living so far apart we found it hard to get a time and date we could all go in but the Waltons team were great and very accommodating. Suits looked great and the customer service was even better.

Waltons have been fantastic from start to finish. This has been a long journey due to Covid-19 and having to changes dates etc and the ladies at Waltons have been amazing. Very understanding and flexible. Also great in the store with my 2 boys. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Popped in today to enquire about prices of menswear. I was greeted by friendly staff and the shop was spotless. By far the tidiest store I have visited and the suits were immaculately displayed. I will definitely be returning with my groom to show him and I know he'll be as impressed as I am. I also popped upstairs to book an appointment to try dresses too and again greeted by lovely staff and a great selection of dresses. Can't wait to try some on.. if I am this impressed now I know my suits/dress will be a success.

I didn't feel welcomed by two of the staff when I picked up my suit, I tried the suit on and it wasn't even close to fitting me. Asking for an alternative size made the staff almost annoyed and from then on it felt like they were doing my a favour. The shop seemed unorganised and that made me feel uneasy, that mixed with two of the staff members being unhelpful made me feel uncomfortable. As an example, I tried on different sizes of jackets, once we found the right size I handed it back assuming someone would immediately hang it up or put to one side. When I came out of the changing room there was a different staff member there and I asked if they had put the jacket I just tried on to one side. The staff member didn't know where it was and picked a jacket off a pile of jackets which looked exactly the same and asked if this was the one. I had no idea and neither did she. The shop is littered with similar items of clothing, all in the same style, based on how unorganised it was I couldn't help but think something was going to get mixed up and the wrong size included in error. There was one older lady who I think could sense how uneasy I felt and actually went out of her way to reassure me that everything would be sorted, or that she could get me a different size. If it wasn't for the older lady I would have gave this place less of a rating. Thankfully the suit fit when it come to wear it and seemed in good shape however I would recommend the staff try and go the extra mile for customers. Simply showing up to work isn't good enough, you have to apply a little bit of customer service.

Nothing has ever been a problem to you and if we had a query you answered these quickly. “Aunty” was the first to have met with us when we called in for a quote and she welcomed us and made us feel like we had known you all for years. All our suits were top quality, we ordered 2x Grooms, best man and 3 pageboys, the quality of your suits were of a very high standard and alterations made were spot on, they were that good other family members hired suits for our wedding. I can’t recommend Walton’s Formal Wear enough for your big day, the customer service received was second to none from all the lasses here.
